Gerry & the entire staff at Edible Arrangements are incredibly kind & helpful! I have always had a positive experience with them. They have more/new options now like cookies and cheesecake. I personally love their sugar cookies. I also just ordered the beautiful happily ever after platter for friends getting married. I highly recommend ordering from this location.

Meant to review sooner but on 5/18/2020, I had great service on the phone on the day of delivery when the representative called to inform me that they no longer had balloons but could offer me alternatives. She was very patient and pleasant! My recipient also told me that she had received all items well packaged and had a good experience with her delivery person. Overall, great service and communication - Ive placed orders with this store in the past and they have been consistent in their quality. Recommended!

I placed a delivery order online the night before and i didnt have to worry about a thing.

Great experience today. They finished my order 1 hr early. Friendlyand pleasant customer service. Ample parking in front of the store. Interior is clean and simple. The coupons in the mail lead me to place an order for coworker who was leaving.

Horrible customer service!! The girl delivering my order tried to tell me she was going to leave it on the ground by a garage in an “insulated bag” with an attitude. This is not even part of their policy to leave food outside! Then, the manager must be friends with her because she took an attitude with me as if I did something wrong! Talk about ZERO customer service skills! DO NOT waste your money! They are rude and condescending!!

Two wrong items of three for mothers day.No people skills.I orther online, a Lemon Raspberry popcorn, a mothers day balloon and a arrangement with fruit. They run out of mothers day balloon and the put a plain one without my consent, after complain about the balloon that wasnt the mothers day balloon that I had ordered, the lady threat me saying that she would took off the wrong balloon from the arrangement to give the money back. So, I said, yes please and she said that I should keep and she would give me the money back. (I was charged full on my credit card and so far, no money back)The second item was the lemon raspberry popcorn that was replaced for a spicy barbecue, again without my consent. I only noticed the replacement at home when I gave to my wife on behalf my one year son. And, she doesnt like spicy things.The third I item came ok and it as good.I am giving two stars because at least the main item was good but, he service was not.

If I can give them zero stars I would they don’t answer their phones let alone the doors my order was late didn’t arrive till 8 pm and had no way of contacting them ! Sticking with the New Britain store for now on

Easy and simple arrangements made online, messed up some words on the card message and I called them to fix it and they fixed it for me quick and easy without no hesitation, arrangements were delivered under 2 hours. I would recommend this place out of all Hartford. Thank you

The delivery guy almost crashed into me as i was entering their parking lot. Decided not to go with this location after that.
