My wife shops there occasionally for gifts for me and I’m really not pleased with service . Most recently I brought back pants & shirt that didn’t fit. Picked a pair of pants that needed to be shortened; that was six weeks ago …I called and told they were ready and didn’t get answer on exchange of the shirt. When I arrived and waited told that pants were not done so did Re-measure again . Going there later to pick up and check on the exchange of the shirt that didn’t fit .

Daswani is more than a place to buy a suit or have one made. The staff all get fashion, and clearly enjoy helping you understand how to best dress for your personal style. They have the highest end stuff, but can also dress you on a budget if need be. They also have some great high quality casual wear. I will never go back to a big box store, and more specifically I will almost certainly never not go back to see Matt when I need to make a purchase.

Staff focuses on selling as many items of clothing along with the most accessories possible per customer while neglecting fitting and tailoring. Lack of attention to detail defeats the purpose of purchasing high end clothing so you will not look your best after spending a lot of money. In summary poor customer service.

Very high prices with shirts sometimes reaching several hundreds of dollars but no cash refunds or credit to your card... In what universe does this work?! I am very particular about my suits, and even more particular about the kind of service I receive when I shop. I recently had my first Daswani suit made, and I wasnt let down on either the quality of the suit nor the service. Three professionals helped me -- Cory, Matt, and Manoj -- with Cory as the point person for me. They gave me very personalized attention, and in the end I picked up a well made classic garment. If you decide to check this place out, and youre skeptical about what you buy and from whom, I doubt that youll be disappointed by any aspect of the experience.

Sales are not to the customers advantage. Instead of a straight percentage off the high retail price discounts are 10% off the first item, 20% off the second item and 30% off the third. Is the owner nothing but a cheap so and so? You be the judge…

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Daswanis for the past 2.5 years. The store is intimate and classy and Manoj is a gem. Manoj possess a sixth sense as to what he believes I would like and look good in and he has never steered me wrong . He understands the value proposition and would never think to oversell. He believes that the customer not the salesperson should decide but he will certainly let you know his opinion. My wardrobe has been significantly upgraded since the beginning of our relationship and Daswanis is my go to tailor/clothier. My walk in closet starts to tingle when it sees me carrying a Daswani bag LOL

This place has a very welcoming environment (free bottled water, couches, etc.) and excellent staff. Corey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful yet laid back, the prices were reasonable, and I left feeling confident in their ability and reputation.

Not your run of the mill haberdasher.Custom or off the rack they have a great selection of great quality clothes.

Had sleeves shortened on suit jacket & requested pressing - the jacket needed professional help on that count. $35, got it home, discovered they hadnt pressed it. Disappointed this time.

Simply the best around. They re-weaved a tear on an expensive sport coat and you cant notice. Great service and friendly too.
