The sales staff were all wonderful, helpful and pleasant. I am a regular customer. The security guard was very rude. First he stopped me and without explanation told me to remove my mask and look up at the security camera. I had to use the restroom abs left the store to look for facilities twice based on recommendation if sales staff; as I exited I told him I was leaving to find facilities and even mentioned it was hard to find. He did not respond at all- nothing- no greeting or acknowledgement.I was made to feel like a criminal. For the record I was dressed professionally and was very respectful and polite each time I entered and exited fully complying with the request. I did report his attitude. I went back to get an expensive necklace my friend had liked as a surprise gift and relieved to see he was replaced. The employee at the door was polite and helpful. Again, the sales staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

I was so happy to receive a call recently from Matt letting me know that the watch I had been looking for had finally arrived! What a great surprise! I have been in to Lux Bond & Green locations in Glastonbury and West Hartford a few time in recent months to look at some Tudor and Oris watch offerings. While in the West Hartford location I ended up striking a great conversation with Matt about watches and ended up talking for over an hour. We talked Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Oris and other brands. He let me try on quite a few different ones, and we had a great conversation. He never once tried to rush me or pressure me. It was like two buddies talking about watches and other things too.Today I went in to get an anniversary gift for my wife. Just bought my second Tudor from this location. This time the watch was for my own use, a Black Bay 58 Blue (my wife’s “daily driver” is a Black Bay 36). It’s a fantastic watch, but it’s in high demand. I special ordered a Jill Rosenwald bowl, tho the artist took a bit of time, it is gorgeous! Karen was extremely helpful and updated me on the artist’s progress along the way. As always, fabulous service and very friendly sales associates! I am thrilled with this piece.

I cannot overstate the quality of service that I continue to receive at Lux Bond & Green. I have been a customer for a number of years and have been consistently impressed with the level of customer service that I receive, whether its a simple watch battery replacement or helping me with a new timepiece. I have limited my in person shopping in this post-covid world, but could not have felt safer in my 2 recent visits to their West Hartford store. I came here on recommendation from a friend on 12/23/20. I was greeted by David and right away I knew I came to the right place. He was very knowledgeable, didn’t treat me differently because of my age and never tried to push products on to me that I didn’t want.David was very eager to show me some of the new Rolex releases, even letting me check out the new 41mm Sub (unfortunately it was already sold). Im glad we were able to bond over our love for timepieces. Although I wasn’t able to make a purchase because they didnt have what I was looking for, he took down my information anyways and put me on a list! My visit was so pleasant that I would not hesitate to come. Can’t wait till my next visit!
