This place is first rate. The croissant was better than I have ever had—buttery, light and a little crispy. With jazz playing in the background, and a cozy chair to sit in, I can picture making this a regular hang. Come for a cup of Joe and something yummy early. It will start your day with a smile. They also have great grab and go type food. Come and be happy.

They not only have delicious pasta and sauces, but amazing cakes and pastries. Theyre open from morning till night. The service is very personable and friendly. I have enjoyed them so much that I have meetings there. And, a bonus, theyre members of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce!

Extraordinary! Dont be fooled by the name--the fresh, organic pasta and sauces are only the beginning of what makes this an out-of-this-world dining experience. Their Pasta doesnt really need anything beyond good olive oil and a little grated parm--so delicate and flavorful--but the sauces are all to die for delicious. Best Eggplant Parmigiana, ever, anywhere. And the chef/owner does not stop at Italy. Traditional Matzoh Ball Soup to top anything anyones grandmother ever made. Carefully designed meatloaf speckled with toasted pignoli and golden raisins, served with grilled zucchini and richly-flavored, perfectly-executed mashed potatoes with just the merest whisper of a fine bleu cheese hidden within, giving an unparalleled depth of flavor to the simple potato. Braised Moroccan Chicken; grape leaves stuffed with orzo and flavored with fresh apricot, spicy stuffed poblano peppers. You get the idea. And I havent even mentioned the mind-blowing Pistachio Sour Cherry Granola, baked goods, sides, or the best cappuccino in Hartford County. I encourage all foodies to go there and enjoy asap, before the word gets out and we all have to stand on long lines to get a glimpse of the glorious offerings.

My husband and I frequent this amazing and incredible place and we love going here so much! Their coffees are delicious and the baked goods are spectacular; the truffles are really flavorful and the cakes are superb, all of the pastas are of such great quality; not to mention the lobster and shrimp ravioli are very special, this place is a real gem and we are thankful that we have this so close by! All of the side dishes are great, the polenta is awesome! Don the owner has a great amount of talent and expertise in the culinary realm; Anthony goes out of his way and he’s so friendly and professional; he’s always smiling and engages customers; he really makes great connections with his customers! I love recommending this spectacular gem! Great food and they offer catering too! The lemon caper sauce, vodka sauce, and Gorgonzola sauce are all delicious! Great seating and wonderful hours that they’re open until 7! We look forward to going back to this place again and again; all of their food is impressive and they use the finest ingredients, the truffles are so good; the best tasting homemade truffles around; with a decent variety to chose from!

We love CT Organic Pasta! Everything about this lovely eatery makes for a pleasant dining experience. The food is fantastic from amazing fresh pasta and sauce to glorious baked items sweet and savory. The space is gracious and comfortable and a great place to sit, sip your coffee and watch the world go by outside. Don is a meticulous and talented chef and Anthony is always ready to serve you with a smile. I cant recommend them highly enough, get here before the secret is out!

This is a place that understands great food from sourcing high quality seasonal ingredients, to thoughtful and creatively inspired preparation along with beautiful presentation, and finally and most importantly DELICIOUS! Pastas, sauces, entrees, sides and baked goods are all amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the space is warm and relaxing. Nice place for a sit down and perfect for grab ‘n go to have a lovely meal at home. A great find!

I had a very great experience here, customer service was awesome. The head chef let me walk to the back to see the new machines used to create the pasta. All the food is fresh, my food was made from beginning to end as I was getting a tour threw restaurant. Restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly, I felt as if I knew them all my life. I rate this place 5 stars food is AMAZING!

Amazingly fresh, made from scratch meals and bakery! The quality and freshness of the food here cannot be beat - I have not had anything this good in the area prior to this - tried the chicken parmesan and the salmon with cucumber grab and go and both were amazing - going to stop in and try more. The name does not reflect everything they have in this place - stop in you won’t regret it!

AmaZing culinary experience for your heart and soul. Everything is fresh made on the premises from pasta, salads, soups, entrees, desserts, the best damn granola Ive ever had and so much more. Great customer service and Chef Don is the best. My go to place when in the area from the NW corner. Nothing else compares to them. Put them on your list and see for yourself. You will love it😍

Ive been to CT Organic Pasta twice in the past month with friends. Excellent service, wonderful fresh food and out-of-this-world pastries! So glad to have a place like this nearby. Just a few tables to eat in, but they do a brisk take-out business as well as catering. Well definitely be going back.

A WONDERFUL PLACE IN ELMWOOD! what a find! great food from ready to go to eat-in. opening so early there are a wide selection of breakfast offerings. during the day is a great place to find mouth watering lunch options. at the end of the day even more temptations. smoothies, breakfast muffins, salads and more. i will continue to visit the new establishment. it is worth the trip. a great store manager, pastry chef and talented chef.nothign more is needed but a visit by you.

Connecticut Organic Pasta has it all. From pasta, to fresh pastries, to healthy smoothies and salads - there’s such a variety of options. The staff are very helpful and friendly every single time that I come in. As an iced cofffee person, I appreciate the ice cubes made from coffee so that my iced coffee doesn’t get watered down. (Plus they use paper straws!) I’m so happy to have this place right in the neighborhood.

I just discovered this little gem in Elmwood a couple of days ago and have already been 3x! The staff is super friendly, the coffees are delicious as are the pastries. Dont be fooled by the name, this place has not only amazing homemade pastas, it has tremendous desserts and espresso drinks too.

Stopped in for lunch. Picked out a fresh cavatappi pasta and paired it with the house made Bolognese sauce. I was rewarded with a wonderful, perfectly al dente, delicious, generous plate of pasta. Most importantly the bolognese was the best I’ve had. (Even better than my homemade I’ve been making for 40 years plus) This wonderful plate of food was only $12.I couldn’t resist taking home some goodies. A chocolate hazelnut truffle that darned near caused me to swoon with pleasure. A tasty slice of carrot cake and of course fresh pasta and sauce to make at home. Highly recommend

After becoming a frequent customer of Connecticut Organic Pasta, I decided to ask Chef Don Pinger to cater my father’s 90th birthday party. Don made the most authentic, amazing, delicious Hungarian stuffed cabbage and sauerkraut along with traditional Hungarian chicken paprikash with spaetzle in a sublime paprika sauce. As vegetarian options, Don prepared his house-made Italian gnocchi and masterful marinara sauce plus a Greek salad with a wonderfully flavorful dressing. Prior to the main course, we served Don’s famous stuffed grape leaves with currants and apricots and his creative dips with crostini. The guests were absolutely delighted with the food and raved about every single item. The pièce de résistance was the multi-layered dobos torte with vanilla cake, chocolate/hazelnut mousse filling and a chocolate ganache glaze. It was incredibly delicious! We rounded out the desserts with seasonal strawberry rhubarb pies and Hungarian poppy seed rolls. I would highly recommend Don and Connecticut Organic Pasta for catering services. Don’s cooking is brilliant and the quality is second to none. Everything was ready right on time for pickup, all for a reasonable price.

The pasta is delicious along with the meatballs and the desserts are awesome!
