Terrible experience with the sales team. My wife and I dealt with three different people to buy out our lease and they made it so difficult because we were not financing the buy out through Nissan. They had us wait for 3 hours and at the end gave us the numbers on a paper without going over the numbers. The sales manager that did the calculations never met with us and we ultimately left without the proper guidance to close on the buy out. The assistance sales manager was also very short and rude to our bank rep. Ive been with Nissan for 6 years and this dealership makes me not want to do business with them again and wont recommend their business to anyone else. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because they dont even deserve a 1 star rating.

Just leased a new 2021 Nissan Rogue at George Harte Nissan in West Haven . Ive been coming here for 20 years and was always more than happy everytime i drove out with my new car. Recently came in to buy a used car, and my experience was excellent! Everyone was kind, welcoming and helpful, but especially the agent I worked with- Tim Blue! Tim walked me through different options, and when there were some challenges on my end (DMV needed a few days to process my new license) was extremely helpful and responsive. I was able to get into contact with him easily, and was kept informed on what was happening. Tim even came in on his day off to help me finalize everything, sticking around for a few hours to make sure everything went smoothly! Great staff.I stopped by to charge my Nissan Leaf on my way home and found the connector was plugged into a car, but the charging was finished. The lady at the front desk took a lot effort to find the person in charge of the car to allow me to switch the connector to my Leaf. It worked out very well.

So I decided that I that I wanted a toyota 4 Runner during the worst time of the car market. I Had been looking all over the tri-state (I’m living in NC, I have family in NYC), and had no luck, Dealers would say they were holding cars and then screw me when someone else walked in before I could fly in to see car. Well this dealership was different, they held the car and worked with being an out of state buyer. I can’t say enough about how good these guys are. In today’s used car market, they cared about me as a customer, most dealers I was trying to work with did not.Dylan and Mike where great and easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier with this experience and car! Amazing stuff guys.

This place is very friendly and even pet friendly. No one seemed to mind that my puppy was there. Employees are great the only issue I really had was the repair I did I paid 700 for front and back brakes and rotors not only did I pay that amount it didn’t come if any warranty on the brakes which I wished I knew because I could of went somewhere else and got lifetime warranty on the brakes. It wasn’t only that but they went ahead and put the same rusted hardware my car already had on. I don’t think I’m going back to Nissan to get repairs done if there’s not a warranty. I don’t even know what type of brakes they are other then there oem brakes stamped by Nissan. Not if there ceramic, semi metallic or metallic.

So disappointed with this family owned and operated dealership. The sales representative was kind, understanding and helpful but their financing department is a joke. After trying to purchase a vehicle for the last month I finally speak with financing for the first time in weeks and all I received was a condescending, rude individual. He spoke to me as if I knew what was going on and as if they were transparent. They NEVER communicated with us directly about anything that was going on and instead expected the sales person to do so. The sales representative tried to communicate but was just as confused as us and kept saying he would get with finance for more clarification. This was our first at this dealership and our last!

The service team at George Harte Nissan is amazing. I went in for an evap code and they diagnosed and resolved it for me in an excellent and timely manner. The service rep ordered a ride for me to return to the office while they worked on my car. The money I paid for diagnostics was applied to my service and parts charge. I was hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because of the pricing reputation but they truly surprised me. Excellent service, clarity, speed and fair pricing (they had to do a smoke test and replace one of the valves on my fuel line).

About a month ago before my Rogue lease was up I started investigating new SUV sport vehicles. Went in and drove many. A very good friend recommended I go and look at the Outlander Mitsubishi Sport. I am so glad I did. Took a test drive and loved it. It had all the features I wanted. I chose the Limited edition. All of the proffessional pundants have this car pegged WRONG! It is Not noisy or whiny! The 2.0 liter has in my estimation plenty of pep to safely get on and pass on highways.
