While some of the shelves are empty and aisles are a little bit messy, I found everything I was looking for here and this store has a good variety of a little bit of everything you would need. This place is awesome!

They really need to stock the shelves it was pretty empty there.

I was very impressed when I first walked in. Was not expecting it to be as large as it was and also was not expecting the quality or cleanliness. Went to pick up plastic forks and ended up doing a huge chunk of my shopping there.

Had what I needed.. Great prices.... Friendly and warm...also WHO ever has the snow removal contract had it safe for walking

Although I went very early, I loved it. Not too many people and Nicole was by herself and handling her business on her own and still had time to assist me better yet knew what I was looking for and went and retrieved it for me without getting annoyed. I Will go back when Im in the neighborhood. Thanks Nicole

You can always find a little of everything you need for the house when you dont feel like going to the large grocery stores. You will find milk, eggs, bread, tylenol, baby food, paper towels, cleaners, pjs, socks, greeting cards....you get my point👍

Some of the nicest workers Ive ever met. They seem to work hard and are given very little patience from rude customers. Recommendation from me to everyone I meet.

Verry good stuff for averything

Isles were very crowded with freight bins, floors not marked clearly for direction, dirty empty shelves. If a shelf is empty for lack of a product there is zero reason for it to be dirty.

Horrible..people buying stuff like its the end of the world! Its just snow not Armageddon.!

Its always organized and staff is friendly.

Best place to purchase paper products, snacks, water, soda. My go to store, employees are very very helpful. Im there every Sunday.

I went to this store a few days ago and had a horrible experience with one of the associates . The guy followed me around the store then asks me if he could check my bag. Of course I refused . He then tells me that someone saw me stealing items from the store. At this point I was furious. He accused me of shoplifting and followed me throughout the store just to prove a point . I will not shop at this store again.

Best place to shop on a budget and for household items

The store had plenty of things inside but was very disorganized and messy.. The to sales people I spoke to were friendly kind and courteous and were also very helpful.... Store is a 3 star customer service was a 5 star.

Very unorganized. Stuff everywhere and dirty. Not enough staff. Long wait time in line. Convenient location for a quick pick up of a few items but thats about it. Lots of improvement needed!🤦

I love Dollar General, but this is the worst one I have been to. Items are often left on the floor in the totes they were shipped in for the customers to sort through. As for the products that do make it to the shelves they are scattered and you can rarely tell what price anything is. This location is a mess. They need more workers to maintain the registers and stock flow. I have never seen more than 2 people working ( one on register and one standing around) with always atleast 5 or more people in line. They can not maintain this location.

A Bottom of the Barrel lowlife operated store. The cashier refused to give me a price check on an item the rang out incorrectly and ordered me to leave the store. When I asked for the manager I was handed a piece of paper with fake names on it, A bunch of unprofessional racist thugs that run this store.

I enjoy this store. My only complaint is that some of the aisles are a complete mess. I know if I was manager of that store, no way would I allow it to look like that. Presentation is everything.

This chain has good prices on day to day items. The name brand pet food is also cheaper. The staff is always pleasant.

A lot of the shelves are empty there are a Stock on a lot of things And this is not the only Dollar General store that is like this

I have been visiting this store since it opened a few years ago but only because its 4 blocks from where I live and its open late. They have a decent selection but the refrigerated items is not great. Its kind of a glorified candy store.

Everything was very good not I had to go looking for a cart. Bit the guy behind me counter helped me. I am disabled and well with a cane.

Great place for last minute, but the staff isnt too keen on keeping the store straightened up enough to make it look appealing to walk around and shop for more than whats on your to-do list.

Located on the Post Rd in West Haven, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the store was. Nicely priced items for both humans and our fur babies.

This is by far the nastiest store Ive been into. A total disgrace. It was dirty with items all on the floor, dried food on the floor and the shelves werent organized. I ended up just leaving. This is a big embarrassment to the Dollar General name.

Ive read a lot of comments about the staff and store looking a mess but, Ive witness the staff cleaning up time after time and the customers with no regard to anyone else, drop stuff and leave it there, place items anywhere throughout the store and just leave trash anywhere, its not that the employees or management dont care, its the lack of respect from the customer.

It is a neighborhood go to. You wont get any fresh fruit and vegetables here but definitely a decent spot to pick up supplies or food items. It is somewhat between walgreens and a family dollar store. Prices are suprisingly good. You dont get as many sales but when you want to pick up a few suppliies quick without a massive line its great.

I love that store. Im founded everything What I need.

Not a true dollar store, Things cost more than, 1 dollar. Often times I have to wait. These companies dont want to hire more cashiers.

Both cash registers were down when we visited and had to wait 10 min for them to work again to buy something.

The store was neat and the savings with the store coupons and digital coupons saved me a lot of money
