Both women in the store were not friendly… they were very short with me when asked a question… a very unwelcoming energy for it to be my first time visiting and purchased $100’worth of Crystals

Had my first visit to Curious Goods last week and I absolutely loved itThe prices are reasonable, and the overall vibe is friendly and welcoming. Im not a huge review writer but I wanted to make sure this place is on peoples lists if they are into any of the types of things you find at shops like this. Incense, crystals, stones, books, calendars, wind chimes, smudges, decorations basically everything. Even a couple of clothing items. I cant think of something I would come here looking for that they didnt have.

Had an amazing experience at the shop today. Super friendly staff, as well as such a variety of items at an affordable price. Definitely will be coming back!

I travel here from Waterbury, and everytime I come they never seem to be too enthusiastic with people of color. Lately theyve been quite rude, should have a better attitude when people are spending their money. I will never return here again.

Insulting experience. Was shopping here as a regular customer and brought my own small bag to save waste. Was approached by staff and accused of stealing and handed a basket to put my things in. Completely humiliated in front of other customers. Will not be returning.Edit** on surveillance doing what exactly? Shopping? With my blatant bag of items, not concealed in any way? I hope you’re able to learn and approach customers in a respectful way, here’s an idea “excuse me, we have a no bag policy, here is a sanitized basket” rather than shoving a basket at customers and telling them it looks like they’re stealing. Yikes. Bless your heart.

I have been to several stores like this one in the past in different locations. I stopped practing my religion because I couldnt find myself purchasing items that gave me BAD feelings from these places. I met my husband 14yrs ago. He took me to Curious Goods, OMG, I felt the most beautiful vibes. I can not explain the energy this place makes me feel. I will only shop here. I dont care what I have to spend, its happening here. The staff are so amazing with me. I just Love you guys. Thank you for the love & light. Blessed Be!

Such a nice shop! only 10 allowed in at a time so you might have to wait outside but only for a little. but other than that SO cute!!!! there’s so many different stones & all have their benefits listed/healing properties. most small tumbled stones are 3$, but some go for more. big clusters range from abt 15$+. there’s a bunch of jewelry like pendants & bracelets. other than that there’s a bunch of incense, tarot cards, etc..

IF SHE EVER CLOSES THIS SHOP I WILL DIE!!! I LOVE IT THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT AROUND! Never have I ever seen such a selection and never have I seen such detail put into everything! The best thing from meeting my west heaven fiancé a few years back was being introduced to this store

If youre a crystal/gem lover its worth taking the trip. Had a pretty good selection (some tarot/incense/beads as well), fair prices for the most part, good vibe overall.

Good little store for Crystals!

I found a lady that works there much warmer and respectful than the owner. Perhaps my numerous shopping experiences were just on bad days. I will say they have managed to fill quite a lot of unique items in a very small space. I prefer Rock Garden because every time I shop there theyre kind, welcoming and very knowledgable about their inventory and ethically sourced stones, so thats the business Ill continue to support. I hope other people have better experiences than I did. Many blessings~

I called a couple days ago about a certain stone and then a lady said they had it. I went there and I found the stone but there was something wrong some of them it as it seemed to have paint rubbing off of it. I don’t want to assume anything as I’ve had many positive experiences in this store. Also when I was leaving a man working there asked me if I was a spy for another business and I was confused as to why he said this, came off as kind of rude. I don’t want to rate this store low, but my recent experience hasn’t been great at all.

I am saddened to find out that they are selling glass & selling them as stones. I just had mine checked & half of them were real, the other half is glass being sold as stones. They also sold me heat treated amethyst & told me it was citrine. I spent over $100 in this place just to find out they ripped me off. Maybe it’s their vendor, but they definitely sold me glass. I’m about to purchase my own gem tester. They’ve been in business for over 30yrs which makes me wonder how much fakes they have sold. Very upsetting. Please do your research before buying stones/crystals/gems.

A small shop, but absolutely jam packed with the most amazing things! Raw crystals, tumbles, break your own geodes, books, jewelry, etc. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. Insentives to spend more with free gitfs at check out. And, just an all around amazing environment. The perfect store for geology lovers, crystal lovers, witches, new age healing enthusiasts and trinket lovers. This shop is about an hours drive from me and well worth the trip. I highly recommend it.

I love this place! The staff is amazing and very helpful! They have a huge selection of crystals, books, incense, Tarot, jewelry, sage, figurines, etc. . If you dont see something youre looking for, just ask. They have certain items behind the counter such as the elusive Moldavite! The store itself has a great vibe and even the customers are very friendly. I have been recommending this place to all of my friends and family. I love Curious Goods.

Ive visited this store on more than one occasion and Ive been thrilled with my experience each time. Sambina is amazingly helpful, fun, and so friendly. The store has the most beautiful vibe to it, and the selection is spectacular. She offers outstanding classes for everyone from beginner to advanced, and her celebrations are awesome. I heartily recommend a visit to Sam and her shop.

The owner was condescending and mean as hell. My friend has said perhaps she was just having a bad day because she had only good interactions in the past. Doesnt mean much to me though. She made my day and even the following days bad. Rotten, bitter woman.
