Very unprofessional location. The staff complained very loudly the whole hour I was there. Complaining behind the counter to each other about mobile orders, coworkers quality of work, personal problems, and giving sass to customers. I understand this is not a normal time, but the volume of their voices was uncalled for. Brace yourself if you visit.

Shirley and staff are amazing here! I travel quite a bit for work so I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks. While here, I watched her great each customer that walked in the door by name and if she didn’t know their name, she would start up a conversation and was so upbeat. She and her staff have a great thing going there. They run like a well oiled machine. Can’t wait to come back!

They were out of most everything including caffeinated coffee to make drinks. Cashier said we can just add a shot of espresso to make up for it. But wanted to up charge another.80 per drink . The sign says theyll try to make everything right for you true at a cost to the customer

This Starbucks is so friendly and warm. Shirley, Shaina, Alyssa, and Liv are awesome and make me feel welcomed all the time. Kudo to a job you can tell they enjoy!

Had mold on my snap peas from my chickpea protien box. I told the girl and her response was “okay” like really? People don’t have common sense. Another time they put my cake pops right next to my hot food so the cake pops were practically melted and stuck in the bag. I asked for them to be exchanged and they seemed like it was an inconvenience for them. Either way they’re getting paid the same amount. I don’t know why they act like their pay rate is going to change based on them actually fixing things.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! I usually do a mobile order with pickup inside. My order is always correct and on time, and the staff are great!

I try to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt because the workers are truly very nice people and I know they’re so busy but you wait for SO long :( I placed a mobile order at 9:14 and didn’t leave the Starbucks until 9:45 for 3 coffees. And half of the order will be done for 15 minutes so my coffee is watered down and not even filled all the way by the time it gets To me

This Starbucks is completely trash. Worst customer service ever!!! I placed an mobile curbside pick up order. My husband arrived there at 4:43pm, per the estimated pick up time 4:46pm. My husband waited there for ten minutes. I called them to find out what was the delay, the person who answered was very impolite. She immediately placed me on hold without letting me finish my sentence, then comes back to the phone only to place me on another hold to take an in-store order.. I wouldn’t recommend coming here! What’s the use of mobile orders if you’re going to prioritize in-store orders over it!? Ridiculous. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I found this Starbucks to be very clean and organized. Although there always a little to busy for my tastes but then I realize its because there coffee is nice and strong. Rich bold flavors, high caffeine and I think I can feel good doing business with SBAs from what I have read there a pretty conscientious company, overall I just still like this coffee better than the other guys.

This is my go-to Starbucks location! They’re so sweet and know so many of their customers by name. Plus they always get my order just right.Today a customer was so mean to them even though it was clear that they were swamped and they were working so fast/hard, but they handled it with grace and kept going with a lovely attitude!

Insane they are more focus on people who order on “app” than people who come in and order coffee or food, to wait on a coffee is good but not more than 15minutes!

I can never visit this location, which is unfortunately the most conveniently located by my parents house, without an issue. I’m currently waiting what’s going on 40 minutes for two coffees and two sandwiches, only for them to call my name because my order is “ready” and tell me they’re out of one of the sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous. Please hire more staff and train them better. Please.

So I rarely go to Starbucks because Im a dunkin donuts person. I ordered a grande dark roast with extra heavy cream, four pumps of Irish cream syrup and extra whipped cream plus a shot of espresso and a cookie. I did a mobile order and when I got there I sat outside for about 10 minutes but then I didnt get a cookie and they gave me a brownie instead which is understandable but my coffee had no whipped cream, no shot of espresso, and no Irish cream syrup in it. Not good Starbucks if trying to steal dunkin donuts customers You should try to make their order right

This time I ordered online and still was waiting . Long line. I understand the need for limit of staff . I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund. The cashier was very pleasant and apologized for the disappointment .

Yogurt and decaf with 2 decaf shots. This Starbucks consistently underperforms! They either get my drink wrong and/or it takes a ridiculous amount of time. They are very nice, but cant meet the demand.

I’m not sure who runs this location but it is by far the worst location. I’ve been to, you will ALWAYS WAIT 20 mins for a drink. No matter what time of day it is. They have horrible time management skills. Everyone is looking wide-eyed like they don’t know what’s going on. It’s ridiculous. Even if I pre order through the mobile app. I still have a wait. I have no idea how this is even possible.They need a serious clean up!!!

Such a poorly run Starbucks. We used the mobile app to order ahead. We went earlier than the estimated prep time said in the app and saw what a SLOW, disorganized system they have! We ended up waiting about double the wait time ON TOP of the wait time the app said! Thats THREE TIMES the estimated time the app said - thats how SLOW the workers are.They dont have the pre-ordered things made. They make it when you ask them for the order! Such inefficiency! Do not pre-order for this location!

Enjoyed a Sunday morning after church hazel nut coffee and warm coffee cake. We relaxed and sat down to chill. Cafe was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Take a moment, relax and smell the coffee. This Starbucks is conveniently located off I-95 south, exit 42. So when traveling its easy off / easy on.

SLOW SERVICE! Waited for my drink for over 20 minutes! 2 frappes. Meanwhile the workers were talking to eachother about non work related things and laughing which aggravated me more seeing as if I’m 8 months pregnant and there’s no where to even sit because so many people were waiting. People came in for their online orders which weren’t ready either. Too aggravating. Not going back!!

I was not pleased with the service I received from this Starbucks. I went there a few hrs after landing in New York from San Diego, hunger and fatigue plagued me. I was greeted by a male of a shorter statue that seemed annoyed with inquisition of options from the menu. Mind you, Starbucks isnt as popular in the country where I am from, and he made my first try of the well famous American coffee house a troublesome one. After purchasing a chicken wrap and an ice brew coffee, I sat and waited patiently for my drink to be ready. I had no knowledge of the average wait time, but with being one of four persons currently in the facility, I figured my wait shant be long. After 20mins I approached the cashier once more to asked about my illusive drink, and he responded with total ignorance, as if he knew nothing of what I spoke. Then after describing my drink and presenting my receipt, he pointed to my coffee that had been sitting and waiting. He claimed my name was called, but if that were the case, it must have been done under very minute volume. He also claimed that I must have been preoccupied why I did not hear. When I collected the drink, the name was incorrect (my name: Page), which could have mean that they called the wrong name. This vexed me, but I had no time to begin a discussion about it, as my weariness was too great. I enjoyed my drink and wrap, and it is something I would try again, but definately not from this location.

They do well with mobile orders depending on who is working. It is the only Starbucks in the area so it does get busy. I recommend placing a mobile order.If you get a mobile order then go in the door on the side so you end up at the end of the counter where you pick up your drink .The drinks are somewhat inconsistent as I get the same drink every single time in the same way. Doesnt always taste the same

Great as always but my Server fell asleep standing up....pain killers..long day? She did it a few times. I ordered a Scone and she just went to wash containers. Luckily, after about 3 or 4 minutes the other girl saw me standing there and got my scone. Very odd visit. Never had this happen.

These baristas are very entertaining and fast. There are a decent amount of seats and there is a good amount of parking. This Starbucks is right off the exit, a good off and on stop during a road trip.

Its like Dunkin but if Dunkin tasted good. But in all seriousness I really enjoy the strength of the coffee and the staff was great. They even spelled and said my name right!
