I loved going to my new dentist office. Everyone was very pleasant. Dr. Inclima was very nice and knowledgeable! He has the best technique for dilating the eyes. I cant tell....you have to go! I would recommend Inclima Eye Care to anyone who likes precision.

Dr.Christopher is good. But unfortunately they are changing their system that I do not agree with. The bill was sent to me after we paid the day of the visit. Supposedly the service is not covered by my insurance, and I have to enroll in a plan for $800.00 each year.

This doctor and his staff made me feel very at ease, as if we were all old friends. I can see that we are going to be old friends for a very long time. As well as my eye care office. I was very disappointed. I have been going to this group for 30+ years. I dont feel I received the service as in the past. Was told they dont bill any more. Was never informed of this before hand. Needed copy of bill, was told computer was down. They would mail it. Guess what! Ended up going to office and getting it myself. Medical has changed. Not for the better.

This was my first time walking into the office to see Christopher and the staff. I had not seen a eye doctor in over 15 years. I needed a new prescription badly. The staff and assistants were very pleasant and helped me feel at ease. The evaluation was smooth and thorough. I told Christopher my my history and he explained the possible options moving forward. He or the staff didnt judge me about my past but he also guided me in ways i can improve now. I felt heard as a patient and it was one of the best initial visits Ive had with any doctor. I have been a patient at Inclima Eye care for over 25 years. It was always a pleasure to deal with Judy and Alphonse. The retirement of Alphonse and Judy has caused the whole practice to go down hill terribly. The staff is not knowledgeable and is always changing. The staff is not informative of changes and charges that they apply to their patients. The office is never on time with appointments and always has some excuse. The practice is always booking more than they can handle, with no respect for their patients time. It just seems they are not making the money they used to and are cramming patients in! I do believe a big part of the problem is the addition of Christophers wife Colleen. The women has no people skills what so ever and most times is just plain rude! I would imagine she is the reason for the change over in staff. If she is treating patients the way she does I can only imagine how she treats the staff. I give this practice no stars what so ever I had to click one so the review could be posted. My family like so many more familys I know will no longer use this eye practice. They are unprofessional it really is a shame what has happened to this practice. There are so many great eye doctors out there this practice should worry. I am among more than a dozen people that have already found a better practice. I do not see them staying in business long. I will share my experience with everybody I know as some doctors have lost their perspective on how patients should be treated.

After being A patient For over 4 years I’ve never had an issue With the front desk staff. In September 2020 the new staff that is there now is beyond Disrespectful I stood there for 14 minutes while they sat in front of a screen, looked at me finish eating and still did not ask me or tell me that they will be right with me. So I had to make it Known Hi I’m here for my appointment . very disrespectful no customer service skills at all. 2 weeks prior this Same exact lady older woman orange hair doesn’t deserve to work there it’s not for her. Please hire the RIGHT PEOPLE TO WORK IN THESE TYPES OF ESTABLISHMENTS. Dr Chris Inclima however is A Wonderful Dr. It’s only because of him I’m going to return

My mother is on oxygen and uses a transport chair, she only needed to be fitted & pick up her new eyeglasses. I have to take my young niece with me to help. We arrived at Inclima Eye Center, I rang the bell, the young lady came to the door, and said shed come out to the car with the new glasses, dont have my mother struggle with everything. Out of all the years Ive been going to Inclima Eye Care this has been the worst experience with the staff. There is an office full of all new people. I understand Covid-19 has everyone all nervous and scared; however, it doesnt make it ok to treat people anyway you want. The staff is not friendly at all, and I took my daughter for her appointment the lady name Karen wasnt friendly to my child she made my child very nervous and she cried on the way home. Karen must not like people because it shows on her face and children can feel negative vibes from people. Thank God only 1 nice person stepped in her name was Brianna she was very kind and patient with my daughter and she helped her in the end. The only 2 people who were nice was Brianna and the Doctor. The Doctor also takes his time and talks to you like a human being. The other people at the receptionist desk did not give a warm welcome greeting also Karen did not give a warm welcome greeting. Very sad customer service in this office. I miss Analise she was very friendly like Brianna. Those girls know how to make you feel welcome. Also I dont understand why I pay for my glasses at time of visit and you cant provide me with a receipt at time of my payment why do I have to wait days later for you to mail it out. All the other years my receipt has been provided to me at time of payment. Ive been going to Inclima Eye Care for years since I moved up here from New York and I know great customer service when I see it and its not in this office these new people are the worst Ive ever seen and no smiles from anyone except Brianna and the Doctor. You made my baby cry and thats the worst thing you could ever do. Bad service with this new staff.

The young lady that assisted me was very sweet, the one that administers the tests before the doctor sees you, kudos to her. ** UPDATE** At the time of service the office let me know my insurance was good and my bill was all set. A couple of months later I receive a bill saying my insurance isnt valid. They billed the wrong insurance, I advised and gave them the correct insurance, I continued to get the same bill... I had to involve Title XIX

I have been going to Dr. Al since 1958. I was in high school. Moved to Florida in 1985 and still go to Dr. Al. There is no one, and I have been to many, like Dr. Al. Prior to seeing him I went to an optometrist downtown in New Haven, I think I was a freshman or sophomore in high school. This prescription only worked for a few months. I was referred to dr Al by my brother who went to school with him. Ever since then he has taken care of me. Now, I have macular degeneration, and it hasnt gotten much worse, blepharitis, dry eyes which he has administered specific testing, cataract surgery, abrasions and many floaters. I could not see the big E and would never be able to work or drive if it w as sent for him. I moved to Florida and tried other doctors who wanted to go laser. I actually walked out on them because Dr. Al warned me and told me to never have any dr. touch my eyes. I could go on and on, but he has been my savior and still is after all these years.

Ive also had a few impromptu issues, and they responded immediately and always fit me right in to be seen.

Horrible service. There have been several occasions when I have called during business hours and no one answered the phone. I have also stopped by within business hours due to no one answering the phone and the doors were locked. I requested a prescription they needed 24hrs to provide although prescriptions are readily available at any other eye facility Ive ever been to. Why anyone needs 24hrs to provide anything you just print out is beyond me. I have called multiple times and when I did actually get through, Ive been placed on hold for 15 minutes or so. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Great experience and very glad I chose to go here. I need contacts for distance and reading glasses for up close. I told the doctor I hated having to put on glasses to read so he suggested a contact that does both. Today is day 2 and I am so glad I went there... Loving the new contacts.

I agree with Christy Collins. For me, the eye care facility did not hold up to the great google reviews. Its true that this is a very comprehensive eye exam. However, this also means you need extremely comprehensive insurance. I gave them my insurance information ahead of time and told them not to give me any exam that wasnt covered, but they still charged me over $100 for an exam I didnt even know was part of what they were doing. They also kept trying to add bells and whistles to the glasses I was getting that made them extremely expensive, and would argue with me when I told them I just wanted regular glasses. It was really difficult to get them to give me a prescription; I went back when I noticed I didnt have one in the packet of papers they gave me even though I asked for one, and then they wrote one up fresh. Finally, they keep signing me up for follow-up appointments without asking, and then sending me phone calls and letters to remind me of these appointments that I never agreed to. Ive called twice to tell them not to give me any appointment, and low and behold, today I got another animated call to remind me of the next appointment.

I have been a patient at this office for over eight years. My experience is very good. For example I woke up with two small pimples on my lower eye, I called the office and was added on to their appointments that same day. They are the greatest staff that I have experience in years. Dr. Chris is outstanding, he takes his time an will explain everything to you. This is what a patient is looking for.

I wasn’t disappointed for the facts that the MD himself and his staff showed me the highest professionalism I have ever experienced compared to others eyes doctors I have met.

When you come in for your annual exam they dont bother to tell you that they are also fitting your for contacts. So at the end of your visit they charge you $150 extra for a service you didnt even know they were performing. The staff is consistently difficult about giving you your written prescription. I had to go there twice for it because the first time they left off more than half of the actual prescription info. I understand that they want you to order contacts from them but if you choose not to they go out of their way to make it inconvenient. I would not recommend them to anyone, they are untrustworthy in my opinion.
