They installed 3 doors and openers at my new house. I havent moved in yet, but everything works as expected and looks good. I upgraded to a high track and side opener for one of the garage bays and they did a good job getting the track as high to the ceiling as they could. The employees are polite and friendly and do their best to answer all your questions in a timely manner. I would recommend them for your garage door needs.

JAG Installed new garage doors for us 23 years ago. Over that time, they have had to come out a couple of times for minor service. They have always been very prompt and prices were reasonable. It was time for all-new doors because were remodeling, not because there was anything wrong with the old doors. The son is now involved with the business. He just installed them. Same prompt, friendly service and the new doors look great.

Excellent service. Love the new black metal garage door. Installed perfectly a few days earlier than quoted. Not overpriced. Dizzying amount of designs and materials for garage doors to choose from. I chose in 10 minutes but you could drag out the decision making if you wanted to. Great local place.

Our garage door broke to the point of being unusable a few days before the New Year holiday. I reached out to JAG & Sons and was given a friendly and quick quote and was told that they could come out to me within the next week which I thought was more than fair for it being a holiday week. The next day, Greg called me to let me know hed have a crew to my house in 30 mins. The team arrived, assessed and fixed the problem and also did a thorough inspection of our 30 year old doors. They identified some obvious concerns and quickly fixed those as well to extend the life of our older model doors. They were in and out within 1.5 hours, super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From door breaking to being fixed was less than 24 hours and completely stress free. I cant give a good enough review of Greg. He did a hi-lift garage door at my house which included new tracks, new jack shaft opener, new wooden supports in the walls and much more as well as doing a maintenance to my other garage door and it came out flawlessly. He also cleaned up his work space and was in and out in a day. Other people told me what I wanted couldnt be done, or would take multiple days to tackle but he was able to get in and out. Like I said, I cant speak highly enough of him, and I fully recommend his work!

Very nice and professional. I just needed my sensor fixed, however he thought he was there to replace the door, so in the end he tried to sell me new door springs. Wasn’t sure that I really needed them but in the end I was able to see the difference.Would use again!

Having had a new opener installed in October 2019 by a company from Milford, and having that company come out 8 times and STILL not fixing the new opener, Greg from JAG came out and within an hour had diagnosed, repaired, and got my door up and running again.
