Extremely rude.....bought nine trees for 900 dollars, one died. Manager Brooke extremely rude and nasty, would not even replace or give a replacement tree with any money off. Stay away from this place, they are smoke and mirrors with diseased trees and nasty attitudes. Zero common sense of customer service.......
