Dave and his team always do a great job taking care of my lawn tractor, mower, and snow blowers over the years. They offer pick up and drop off service which is very convenient as I do not have a truck. Their prices are fair and the service is quick.

This was the first time going here because my friend said they were good. First thing out of the owners mouth was “get that thing out of here, I’m not working on that” all that was wrong with my weed whacker was that it needed a pull cord. I took it apart to try and fix it and didn’t bother putting it back together since they were just going to take it apart again, figured I’d save them an extra step. And his smart remark was “well why would you even attempt to fix it!” Very rude, unprofessional and snotty!! I will rather take my business elsewhere. Giant oak in north Branford is better than this place. Highly suggest going there instead of supporting this rude owner!!

Called during the summer time “June 17th, 2019” to get my lawn mower serviced because I just needed a sparks plug & a blade. I was told it was “too busy this time of year for that to be done” and was hung up on.

I have been a customer at Zarnowski Power Equipment since 1985. Their service is excellent - their staff goes above and beyond to help and service equipment. My property is perfectly manicured because of equipment purchased there and existing equipment which is annually serviced at Zarnowskis Power Equipment. I experienced a major problem with my edger on July 3, 2015 - called and within an hour the edger was picked up, repaired, and returned so that I could complete the job - in time for the 4th of July. After a major snow storm my snow blower would not start. I called Zarnowskis and explained the problem. David explained a procedure I should use - he stayed on the telephone to be sure it worked - it did!!!!! That type of service can only be found at Zarnowskis Power Equipment. There have been times when David was not available and Richard has been my go- to- man - the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! The family owned business is also lucky to have Kevin on staff - he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I require pickup and delivery for the annual maintenance of my equipment - Raymond is always friendly, on time, and speedy - I enjoy our brief visits - another asset to the business.
