Don’t go to this location i came here to upgrade my phone and the worker ty added lines to my account without my consent . He changed my plan my bill went up 300$ . I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this store a lot of fraudulent activity

Very satisfied with the staff and service at TMobile West Haverstraw!! Switched from Verizon.. 4 lines, 2 new phones and our bill is now cut in half from what we were paying at Verizon. Staff was very knowledgeable and fast even with all the transfer of info they did! Highly recommend!

******IMPORTANT UPDATE*******Approximately 10 days after giving my sensitive information (SSN etc.) to this company, there were attempted fraudulent credit applications using my aforementioned sensitive information. Bear in mind that I havent applied for any type of credit in several years. There are only 4 possibilities about this nightmare scenario that I now find myself in:1. This companys system has been compromised and hackers are diverting information for nefarious purposes.2. The company is actively engaged in criminal activity3. Certain employees of the company are engaged in criminal activity unbeknownst to the company ownership.4. A wild coincidence.I dont know about you but I dont believe in coincidences, and I find the first 3 possibilities much more likely. You, the reader, can make up your own mind.As an aside, I filed a police report today regarding the theft of my identity and the officer indicated that there were complaints against this business.Have a great day._______________________________________________________________________Initial Review - I recently transferred my family plan from AT&T to T-Mobile. I walked into the T-Mobile Store located on 9W in Haverstraw, NY. T-Mobile is running a promotion whereby “assisted support” and “SIM card” fees are waived. The store even has a sign right at the register saying as such.Needless to say, I am dealing with 2 very young and inexperienced people at the counter. They were having difficulty with the transaction making one would think that transferring service only happened rarely. They had to call their “manager” for help several times. As all this is going on, time is ticking. It has taken approximately 1 hour when they indicate that I owe $90 plus tax. I wasn’t sure what for but I am now exhausted breathing in my mask and have things to do. I am charged without being shown an itemized receipt (they have some electronic display that you sign with your finger). At the end of the transaction, I see that the charges are for the aforementioned “assisted support” and “SIM cards”When I inquired that the sign indicates that those fees are supposed to be waived, the young lady said that they were not a corporate store and did not abide by the promotion.Here are my questionsIf you don’t abide by the fee waiver, then why do you show the sign saying that the fees are waived?Since there is no realistic way to look at the store and tell if it is corporate owned or not (basically it is your typical T-Mobile store with very large pink signage), why wouldn’t you tell the customer upfront that you are not corporate owned and only mention it at the end of the transaction when I made an inquiry?Obviously these are rhetorical questions. They don’t say anything because they are ripping off the customer. They know that no customer would pay the fees if it only meant driving down the road to a corporate store where there would be no fees but they feel that they can trick the customer which they did to me.My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL STORE and make sure that you only deal with corporate stores. I believe that the stores in the mall are mostly corporate owned. But always ask upfront.PS. I did call T-Mobile customer support and they did issue me a credit.
