I had a great experience at this store. The staff are great and I had a really crazy technical issue with my phone that they worked on even though they didnt have to (Phone number and SIM card werent working with device). Jose put in the extra effort to try to get my phone working. He was patient and went the extra mile for me which I really appreciated.I noticed that most of the people that came in had an issue with their Verizon service rather than the actual store or something they bought there. The people in the store usually try to help them as best as they can, but a lot of it is outside of their control.Large/ convenient, quiet store with usually no line and great customer service!

HORRIBLE...Bait & switch. DO NOT GO HERE.... Its like a 7-11 store with a fake VERIZON sign out front..Dont go there. They have a Verizon sign,but are a private business.They charged me $5.00 to pay with cash. They didnt have change so i asked to keep change and subtract remainder of change from my next bill. They just kept the money. They never identified themselves as a private business. I caught on when they needed authorization from Verizon to view my account... RIP OFF....

I bought a Gizmo watch for my 7 years old daughter, she just used it 2 times, and she felt not comfortable with it. It is uncomfortable. It hurts after a few hours. She could not wear it. I return it and they charged approximately %50 as stocking fee... I strongly recommend you not to buy it...

My boyfriend and I just switched to Verizon from Sprint/T-Mobile and are so happy with the service we received. Ask for Douglas and Nate - they made it such a quick, easy process. We traded in our phones, switched carriers and got our new iPhones set up in probably 30 minutes or less. It was so simple, and they set us up with a great deal. Great service, highly recommend!

The worst experience of life. The customer se red ice is poor! The manager, Alex Garcia is nasty with a bad attitude and poor communication skills. His colleague Jose Rios is no better and they are arrogant and uninformed about Verizon’s policies. I reported them both to corporate. If you want to save time and energy go to another location - the one on Vine street is way better.

Not great service- rude. I expected better service since I’m a first time customer switching carriers to Verizon. Guy also tried to charge me for a Verizon SIM card when it should have been free. I brought up that online it said it was free, and only then did he check and confirm it was free.

Eric at the 7100 Beverly office, should honestly be the only person allowed to sell phones in LA. After calling several locations and being sent to corporate or with individuals without good english... i was blessed to have a clear breakdown of services and advice on how to get the most of out of every deal. Hopefully, any prospects read this before making decisions and save yourself some time!

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff with no sales pressure. If you are in the market to upgrade your cellphone, this is the store to go to. Much thanks to Anthony V. who was incredibly helpful on Black Friday when I first went in, despite the fact that I was only there to request a replacement for my Samsung S6 which would only charge when powered off. After verifying my extended warranty, Anthony took the time to help me connect with the appropriate warranty person using the store phone. I went back today, one week later, with the replacement phone that Verizon sent me by Fedex. Anthony transferred the data from the old phone to the new one and could not have been nicer. Great service to be commended.

Mostly great experience, only hiccup was a semi-busted pay terminal that took a long time to work. I would also appreciate a better layout for the iPhone cases; everything’s kinda mixed together and it isn’t easy to see and compare all the options for a particular model of phone. Otherwise everything was good.

Convenient to foot traffic, locals. Large underground parking structure provides free parking for first hour (and I dont believe any of the stores/vendors provide validation; however, there are parking payment machines located throughout the structure (mostly near entrances to big box stores Target and Best Buy). Verizon store visits - depending on your purpose/needs - can often take longer than hour.

Had a fast and easy experience with this Verizon.I saw all the terrible reviews but decided to chance it because this location is on my commute home. I recently purchased the iPhone 8 plus and after having it for less than two weeks, the charger cord only worked intermittently.I arrived at this location and the crew was super nice; the woman that checked my phone was great. She promptly checked my phone, then the cord and issued me a replacement cord. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Stay away! Beware these crooks will defraud you. They are Not a Verizon store - Verizon Wireless Customer service can not undo the trickery that Julio Ruiz the sale Rep pulls. The free gifts he loads on you are not free they add sim cards, extra lines, activation fees. Cost $475 to cancel two free garbage gifts- thanks Julio Ruiz for laughing and being friendly while you were really being abusive and committing fraud. Spent 4 hours talking too Verizon customer service no success and no one knows who the manager in that location is but Verizon keeps saying go back into the store and confront them. Verizon made $131 Million last year - they wont be making another dime from me.

I’ve been having issues with my old phone for quite some time. This location in particular was very patient, understanding with my frustrations, and helpful in helping me find a solution. I would highly recommend this location for their knowledge and ability to hear and work with the clients that come in. This is not the first time I had a great experience at this location. I’ve walked out of other Verizon stores unhappy because of employees but never feel like that at this particular location. Julio was the initial great and patient employee who helped me. Brian, Ross, and Anthony were all helpful and supportive the following morning when I returned with help restoring my phone.

I went in a few weeks ago to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the X, after I had trouble doing so online. (The reason I wanted the online deal was b/c of the discounts and other bundle of speakers, screen protectors, etc.) Ross was the associate / manager who helped me, and he really went above and beyond in his service. Not only was he able to beat the online deal by a significant margin, but he also gave me a MUCH better deal on some of the extras. Being a big audiophile, I couldnt have been happier with my purchase, and especially Ross expertise and customer service. I saved close to $200!

This experience, the sale, and after hearing from Verizon corporate; what happened in there was fraud that has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau.A couple of nights ago, I noticed that my phone wasnt charging. My goal was to get a new charger/chord through warranty or pay separately if necessary. In addition I wanted to get a pair of cheap gym head phones. I went to this store and was met by Wilfredo, who said it was the phone chord that wasnt working and found a replacement. It still needed an adapter. It never worked. During the wait he brought out a pre-owned tablet. I dont know why. He said due to the fact I didnt use one cloud it would subtract the fee, hed throw in a $50 gift voucher to take off the activation fee, and bill would only go up $2. Even though I didnt know the family account password, said two consents had to be made before a bill would increase, and that I wanted to make no account changes; I was given this free pre-owned device that reflected a huge change in the bill that Wilfredo didnt show me. I not only had 2:days of no phone, I was out a few hundred dollars and my family and I felt very screwed over by Verizon.Upon talking to Jim from Verizon corporate, he said that this should never have happened. He said no employee can change the account without both consents and especially without the password. It had to be reset! Verizon also said weve been customers longer than most of their employees. 21 years is a long time. Its also a lot of money.Personally, unless you like fraud, dont go here. Youre better off throwing your phone and your money in a lake.

Friendly Service, Usually short waiting line. Ive been going here for almost 11 years and only a couple bad issues. You always have that One Bad Apple in a bunch guess thats not bad in all these years. Most experiences are really good here and problem is usually resolved quickly.

I walked here last night to buy a choose a cell phone. I am very indecisive, I guess too much so for the guy that was helping me to care about me at all because even the other workers there asked him if he was helping me and he gestured me away so I left. Very rude! I dont know why he did not want to help me, I will go to the other Verizon on Vine where Don the Manager was very nice to me and helped me by talking to me about the phones as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I felt like I was not welcomed and like I was not liked so I left, There was not one other customer in the store either. It was awkward and I will not go back there again even though I bought both of my current phones there. I need to feel comfortable at a place where Im going to be spending $800 on a phone. I am excited to go see Don tomorrow to buy my phone at the other store. Glad there is another store close.

Terrible experience with one of the workers, Josh! He promised a deal that was non existent, we lost an hour and a half in there and left with nothing. He noticed that the deal was past due until the very end when we already had the new phones on and with contacts and apps transferred! His explanations were not clear, he was unprofessional, and he was not up to date with the recent deals! Don’t shop here!!!!

Worst experience ever. Came in for a phone swap and had to wait over an hour to even be put on the wait list. When I finally got helped by the Manager Taylor Hunt, he spends his time giving me attitude and when I ask him to stop giving me attitude he denies it angrily at me saying he never did that. After that Taylor Hunt proceeded to serve 2 customers before I could say anything. He got done with me and yells across the store ARE YOU GOOD NOW?!?! In the most snarky tone. I said no because you didnt help me. The manager Taylor Hunt yells again across the store. Oh so now your giving me an attitude?!?. Then he proceeded to kick me out because he didnt want to deal with me

The employees seemed unflattered when I brought my brother in to upgrade to an “old phone.” I highly reccomemded the iPhone SE in 2018 but VeriZon was very inconsistent to know that the SE has a prepaid model and a fianancable model. The employees here did not seem happy to explain that to us, nor interested to just try. We got nothing but a flat “no”

Is there a 0 star option? ha. I felt compelled to write this review after the 207th bad customer service encounter over the past couple of years. Its SO close to my house so I keep going despite these terrible interactions lolol. Why hasnt Verizon sent someone to train these people not to be A-holes? Its not even that they dont know what they are doing or have long waits or things that they cant control, its that they have TERRIBLE attitudes towards basic questions and transactions. I would go so far as to say passive aggressive? Its mystifying. Verizon fix your broken store, there are so many that give great service.

Dont do it. I placed an order for pick up in store for a phone and new line / port from AT&T and the rep never activated the phone, never offered to transfer anything and only asked for payment and if he wanted to buy any accessories. I used to work for Verizon for 4 years in that same position. Even on iphone launch day we still activated phones and at least got the icloud restore started and those were high commission days. This store is a joke from this experience and a previous call I made. These people make about $40,000-$75,000 a year selling cell phones. This guy should be fired and this store needs to be shut down or filled with all new staff most likely. Im taking this to the District Manager and the Director.

Bought a mophie case for my S6 2 days agoFelt like exchanging it for a lifeproof.Didnt bring receipt -but no worries- when I bought the mophie case the representative at this store said it was tied to my phone account and my card. So I thought, no problem.So wrong. Even by 2015, even when I specified Id like a distinct 14day trail of the product and would likely bring it back, they cant find a trace of its purchase.My bank statement, my card, the sku #, & mint condition package? Not enough.Its been 2 DAYS!For a store selling cutting edge technology I find it mind boggling youre using (a land line mind you) to call a different company to track purchases for a trial product sold AT YOUR LOCATION 2 DAYS AGO!I was asked multiple times if I was sure I bought the mophie at this location, which I was 100% certain, had to repeat, and kept pointing out 1 of the representatives who helped sell me the mophie was standing right there.I could do this for customers for as little as a $4 fork at bed bath and beyond in 2009. Even if you returned that fork 2 years later, itd probably still be doable.Are you throwing out logs of your transactions?For shame Verizon for shame2 stars because after an hour and a half, they did finally oblige to allow for a trade

Nice looking store. Worst customer experience at a VZW location. I walked in because the phone rep said I needed to go to a corporate store and have my sim swapped to avoid losing unlimited web on my new droid ultra. As soon as I walked in I was approached by a guy that immediately asked me where I got the phone as if I stole it. Then he tells me that at that location no matter what they will take my unlimited internet usage and gave me some B.S that Im screwed. I then walked out immediately and went to another location where they did it in 5 minutes and said the guy was lying!
