I love the Forest Nymphs soaps they sell here!!! They smell soo good! Their all Vegan, and Gluten free too!! Their in the Whole Body area. I just love them!
Two major incidents in two days. I will not be shopping here again. It has been over 24 hours since I filed a complaint about two separate incidents of gross unprofessionalism but more importantly—racial profiling when I drove to this store curbside pickup. No one from Whole Foods has contacted me or even attempted to apologize. Never again.UPDATE: No one from customer service EVER reached out or reached out to me regarding my complaint nor apologized for this disgusting incident. This store is an absolute disgrace.
This, downtown LA. Grand Wholefood store is the BEST! I had a pretty horrible customer service experience on my second occassion visiting, but the manager, whose name escapes me right now, recovered in an AWESOME way! He, gave a gift card that took care of a 10$ portion of all I paid for and that probed to me that he definitely had customer service skill in mind! #ThanksManager@WholefoodDTLA
I enjoy shopping at whole foods. Theyre fresh produce department is stocked with quality items. The bakery department has a wide variety of cookies and cakes even vegan and no sugar product. They also have a good variety of products that you cant find at other stores. I like the fact that I get 5% back when using my Amazon prime card.
No way. absolutely not. i have had it. remember whole foods before? i felt like it didn’t have a creepy atmosphere like it does now. i was walking in while it was raining and i heard birds, “birds?” i thought. and i looked around and they were coming from a speaker, what the fudging fudge is that? when amazon bought it the prices should have gone down. now we have speaker box birds that are a result of some UX Stem technophile stuff. parking parking parking
Went to pick up some Koia protein shakes. The store had cold brew coffee flavor and cinnamon horchata flavor. My favorites. 💗😻
This whole foods is ridiculous majority of the employees have a bad attitude and act like it’s a problem when you ask them for help ! And they racial profile people a lot . No one deserves to be treated so poorly because of what race they are or how they’re dressed! The people who work at this location need some customers service etiquette and need to learn not to discriminate against others .
Less and less healthy options. Used to be my favorite store. Now they dont sell any of the same things I used to go here for. Jovial Einkorn cookies were my favorite cookies now theyre gone too! Now the only thing I go here for is cleaning solution and salad dressing.Too bad theyre like so much like other stores now.
If a great selection and healthy foods are what youre looking for, youve come to the right place. Amazon Prime members will get the best deals!
This store, and other Whole Foods Markets in my area, do not make Chicken Caesar Wraps at the sandwich and wrap counter. There are premade Chicken Caesar Wraps in the grab to go refrigerator, but those wraps come without the dressing put in the wrap which is useless to me, as I have to do so much work to unwrap and rewrap the wrap to put the dressing on. Chicken Caesar Wraps are perhaps the most basic and fundamental wrap and I dont understand why Whole Foods Market cannot fulfill this very basic task. I am incredibly disappointed and it has made me rethink which Whole Foods as my supermarket of choice.
The meat counter looks good. Sausages and carne asada were CLEARLY TOP SHELF QUALITY, ok? But,( those prices should negate any buts) guy who wrapped the red meat couldnt help me with a piece of fish (10 steps away), pointed to that section, waited on the next guy....and theres no one waiting to get the fish. So me no fish (a hidden blessing).Pics? No need - close your eyes, picture grocery store eutopia, international beauty contest, and zero sense of humor in this emporium of folks who take themselves way way too seriously. It could be called like Uptight Foods. the customers might need a good loosening up sesh. I wouldnt mention such a thing if it didnt scream. Bring Lube. Its tight. Kind of like from the time you walk in youre doing something wrong. Just a grocery store tho - youve done it a gazillion times. Dont fall for it.
Wonderful supermarket stuffed with excellent quality products in a convenient and nice location with friendly staff.I particularly enjoy the wide selection of produce and cheese and also the natural cosmetics department. In october they have an incredible amount of colorful pumpkins of every variety...love them!
Best for organic food whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner find everything there no wonder they control the market
Wonderful team of folks that work here at Whole Foods. Stopped by to pick up fresh sushi.
@thefourcompany shopped here, and honestly this is one of the most healthy conscious stores in the area, the manager and the workers are amazing, if you ask any question they will help you without thinking twice, they have many bilingual speakers, super amazing fresh salads, always freshly baked bread, what more can I say I recommend everyone to come if you want to try some of the freshest best tasting food in the area, and did I say they also accept EBT, you cannot beat that, I suggest everyone come from shop here, you will leave satisfied and happy
Nice place for grocery shopping, parking is little hard but it tottaly worth to wait. Customer service is amazing in here. Fresh produce and beautiful organic cosmetic department. Highly recommended.
I love this whole foods. It’s constantly stocked well and everyone is extremely helpful. Fish and produce is fresh! I will definitely keep going to this Whole Foods
If I could I would give it 0 stars. My mom just had the worst experience as an immigrant at this place, employees extremely unprofessional and xenophobic, THEY forgot to take out the alarm security label that comes in so when she was leaving the alarm starts to beep and the employees treated her as she was stealing a package of RICE and started screaming at her, she was so nervous that she let the package fall on the floor. She said she never had a more humiliating experience in the USA.Whole Foods please give a better training to your employees!!!!
Small whole foods. There is a lot of hot food to chose from and some outdoor seating to eat.
Very pleasant and clean. Produce was astounding. Very helpful staff.
Lots offered in a smallish Whole Foods. They have a coffee/juice bar, prepared foods, pizza station and everything! There is even a Lifestyle store next door. Parking lot is tight and usually very busy unless you go before 10am.
Whole foods sometimes has some really nice plant selections, especially at this location.
Parking at location on SM and Fairfax is terrible. Very time spaces, and almost always full
After purchasing groceries, got told to bag my own groceries and that the cashier was leaving and closing the register and that “you can feel free to use the space as long as you want”, gave me a bag, and she walked away. Easily the worst service I’ve received at a grocery store in the last 5+ years. COVID is no excuse for this type of service - and I have been much more empathetic about employees and working conditions lately.
They have almost no vegan options at the warm buffet, so thats a bummer. but i had the most delicious pesto tofu and couscous (mixed myself), that i had to review. this is one of the things of ever gotten at any whole foods all over the country.parking is really difficult there. the parking attendant ignores cars, that are going the wrong way. After all this store much cleaner and better than that one on Fairfax near Grove.
Love this location as they have Russian bakery close by with the best pastry ever!!
Great selection and lots of variety.
The store recently removed their specialty cheese and charcuterie counter to replace it with an unimaginative reconfigured wine selection. There is little reason for me to shop here any longer. Disappointing...
Its an okay whole foods. No one is really friendly or greets you that works there. If you need assistance its hard to find an employee. Produce is fresh and everything else also.
Music is always too loud. Cashier was rude, the manager left the bagging process in the middle, the cashier did not help out. I spend lots and lots of money at whole foods, therefore Mr. Bezos have your employee be nicer and stop the loud music.
Really Cramped Layout which makes it hard to find find items as it seems more about navigating around people in such a small space... As with most Whole Foods these days, the staff are way less than friendly.
I love to go there to buy some meat, canned good, and others. Thank you very much for this grocery store, theyre doing great. Highly recommended!
My favorite things to get from whole foods - the vegetarian marshmallows and not milk. Everything is easy to find and there are lots of helpful employees. The store can get a little crowded.
I got a Stale cake. Do not buy from here
Does this really need a review? ♥️
Nice selection of products and fast cashiers.
This Whole Foods is smaller than the one on 3rd Street. Not as crowded (usually). But the selection of items is also smaller than the 3rd st. store.
They dont have a big selection
Wonderful selections.. love that they carry the hard to find items
The physical appearance of the store inside and outside is different from most grocery stores I have been. It is pricey, but the food looks nice and fresh. But who really knows right.
Typical Whole Foods, jacked up prices and hipster shoppers
Love this Whole Foods, not a big fan of the parking situation but if you’re a local and want to go for a walk and grab a smoothie or handmade tasty pizza, you know where to go!
Otherwise great - but not Covid-safe. A stupid white guy with long blonde hair was shopping casually with his face mask below his nose, and demonstratively ripped it off his face several feet before the exit.PLEASE enforce the mask mandate!!
Just dropped a package.
Lots of choices, but the line was super long self check out is better you get out faster.
Well organized, great choice of (organic) produce!
Self-checkout lane is fast. Very clean, maintaining proper social distancing.
Nice... a little more smiles 😃
I used to love coming here but over the years its been getting a little crazy. Parking is stressful and Ive had my car door banged twice in the lot. Prices are a bit high but its not unaffordable. High quality. They have a nice selection of natural cleaning products and body care items that I enjoy. Vitamin and supplement selection is ample.
Great market! Great staff! Hot clientele! Whoa! I even see Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) there from time to time! 🤩🤩🤩
Why would anyone sell uncleaned fish stakes and filets?! With squama on the skin to be precise. Why?! I have mentioned it several times to the teem. Executives, please address this already. Squama is inedible, and it is a nonsense to sell pre-cut/portioned/not whole fish like this. Have you tried to clean the skin on a salmon stake? The whole fish MUST be cleaned before portioned.
Healthy groceries, healthy preprepared takeout food. On the pricier side, helps if youre an Amazon Prime member. Parking lot is usually full, and it takes patience to find a place to park.
Great Healthy Selection!
Dirty, pretentious, tiny selection. Worst whole foods I have been. Service is great though, so you get 2 stars.
Nice grocery store.
Angela is a great employee. She makes delicious sandwiches and I’ve been visiting her and this branch more often now. She has been working there for a long time. Thank you Angela and Whole Food!
They had some great deals today. I came to get a pizza and some things. I got a little more. While the staff are very friendly I ordered a pizza saying I wanted one. He asked me if I wanted too and I said only one. I still got two pizzas somehow. Maybe because I asked for the boxes. But now I have way to much pizza and paid more than I wanted. They really need to allow for online ordering of pizza so we can order ahead for prime members. The pizza is way better than pizza hut but this was frustrating to pay for two.
Never been by this place but its a really nice area you guys should hit it up and Im only putting a 3 star because Ive never been here before
Go later its easier to park!!
Great selection
If you’re going to close early please adjust your hours on here so people don’t drive completely out of there way to go to your store for no reason
Just a place where no body cares.
Need more staff on the floor to help ppl find items or answer questions about food. Specially when its busy i can never find a staff member to help a sista out!!
I expected so much more from Whole Foods. It lacked integrity because there was junk food along with organic food. The deli was absolutely atrocious because there was no organic food there.
I did curbside pickup and it was the best experience.
Love whole foods, staff are really friendly, everything clean. Very grateful to have them open during covit19, Really appreciate all their effort.
It must be a California thing with the small crowded parking lot at most of the whole foods. The staff is amazing and friendly. Security guards all over the place. Must be a bad area? Store is busy fully stocked. Dont worry about your car! Security has you covered!
You can tell everyone at this location is at the frayed ends of sanity.Nobody is friendly at all.
I really like their frozen items selections. Since the advent of covid-19 missed the free samples.
QUICK and EASY, for a change, are compliments. Waiting in a long line with a full cart, one of the Customer Service ladies waved us down to check us out.THATS prioritizing Guests, 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Friendly staff great hot food bar and if you want to buy then prepare and dine in then you are given access in a community oriented market.
Whole Foods Market is one of my absolute favorite places to shop!I love the bulk section! They keep it very clean and well-stocked. Being hesitant at first about it, I have really found this selection handy!
The self check out employee is too rude.we complained about amazon prime discount but didnt check it at all.parking spaces are too small and super croweded
Great place to shop! Friendly people! Great produce!
Love the location. and the amazing options
Love the sandwiches
Friendly staffs. Excellent choices of organic products. Produce and seafood departments are fabulous.
I love this market. But PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH expired food. That’s crazy, that you have high prices and mold!!!
Well maintained and well stocked Whole Foods. The biggest disappointment is the cafe-area, where they sell fresh juice and coffee. This portion of the store is the least regulated, and I feel like its seriously lacking in employees with barista or juice experience. I have tried to order many lattes from there, and each one was worse than the last. The last one I got was supposed to be a mocha with almond milk, and it just tasted like half a cup of burnt espresso. The juices are also inconsistent, I try to order the same one regularly and it seems like theres no accountability for the ratio of ingredients in the juices. I have also recently ordered an immunity shot there before that has oregano oil, and youre only supposed to use 10 or less drops of oregano oil for a serving, and they clearly used an entire dropperfull in my shot, which left my lips and throat burning, I couldnt finish it.The rest of the store is great, with knowledgeable and friendly employees at the register and behind the counters of the sandwiches and meat/seafood.I love their sushi bar and sandwiches, and I used to get their pizza all the time. Their hot food/salad bar is pretty good.Other than the inconsistent and unregulated cafe, its a great market that I frequent.
One of the worst Whole Foods in L.A. Parking is manageable, but the selection is overall pretty small, especially for a pretty healthy conscious part of the city. The worst part, though, is the checkout. I’ve yet to meet a cashier who cares about what they’re doing. Your food will be smashed. They’ll put so much into each bag that the handles will break. They’ll be too busy talking to each other or asking for their break to pay attention to what they’re doing. If you have the time, brave the parking lot at 3rd and Fairfax. It’s definitely a better store experience.
Long lines bc of covid
This Whole Foods has the worst parking lot youll ever encounter. Usually a very slow cluster of chaos. Then theres an overflow payed lot, but they only validate at certain hours that arent clearly indicated in the lot. That being said, its not uncommon to have a close encounter with a celebrity, or taste some delicious samples once you manage to get inside. Its a smallish whole Foods, not the smallest Ive been in, but still doesnt have a full selection of everything you might find at a larger Whole Foods.
This whole foods is great except for the parking. The attendants dont do their job and I was actually harrassed by one of them two days in a row. He actually followed behind me, I had to tell him to back off. Whole Foods, how about a background check and people who actually do their jobs in the parking lot. He is creepy enough to make me want to drive to the next closest location.
Best price on the best Beef chuck steak around. I know it is a chain place, but Whole Foods still has quality
Very helpful staff; easy to find items, clean restrooms. This is just one of the worst parking lots in west hollywood; almost all day is absolutely nerve wrecking, there are cars that take up 2-3 parking spots, i have no idea why they have security in the parking lot. its better to find parking at a park and walk it; at times it can take 30 minutes to find a spot.
Good for you and your friends and family members and you are not going anywhere and there will be more to you than they are for the other gals and the relationship between them is that they are going through the same way that you have a relationship and that is the same way you have a boyfriend or girlfriend and that is a few different times and they dont want it in
Great place to shop outstanding
Fresh juice is the best
Could not find the Rice n Shine cereal, could not find just plain green tea, and you dont seem to carry chocolate Almond Dream ice cream in the larger containers. It would be nice if there were some wheat free pastries/desserts. Nice sale on the Atlantic salmon.
Small store that gets busy but well staffed. Cashiers are polite and helpful. Parking is tough. Avoid peak hours to get out faster.
They open up early enough to swing by on the way to work. Could use a little more selection in the ready made lunch/dinner section. The Burbank store has more variety.
Great store! I got some clam chowder for a to go order. I love that the store offers so many food choices. The store location is between Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
They have great prepared food and a salad bar and hot food bar for lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Olive bar with so many delicious choices of a variety of olives. Dont forget the to die for desserts like Belgian choc mousse cake in the dessert case!
