One of my favorite places to be. What woman doesnt live a gorgeous shoe store. Staff and security are also very kind and helpful. I like that I dont feel judged when I walk in. They are friendly no matter what. Thats exactly how it should be.Thank you for everything!!

Absolutely pleasant shopping experience! We were graciously greeted upon arrival and the staff was helpful and not at all pretentious or snobby! I treated my daughter to a pair of adorable strappy 👠 heels perfect for ringing in her 21st Birthday. Though I love Rodeo just as much as the next girl, this location is super chill and low key, yet had an good selection.

I’m so glad I got my ballet flats from here instead of Chanel. The boutique is so cute and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my shoes. I wore them to a Christmas party and got so many compliments. Can’t wait to come back in spring to get a pair of open toed pumps!

WORST SHOE EXPERIENCE i got! I would give -number if I had a chance! They refused to take back shoes the day after I got them! They said the shoe had a scratch, therefore the store can not take them back. I never wore them, and I would never return something I already had used. They are simply deceivers! Plus the shoes I took was on display, so most likely people already tried them on. There were no proves that I did whatever they saw(but I think it was in same condition I have got). They just refused to take! Horrible! WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE!!!

I am just a regular joe and came here for my wedding shoes and I was treated with the utmost kindness, care, and respect. Associates working here were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They helped me find the perfect shoes in the perfect size, took pictures for me, and offered me champagne. I would come back here a hundred times over for how well I was treated. The establishment is also beautiful, and very clean. Best shopping experience I have ever had.

We had such a great experience - Hector spent so much time with us making sure my wife was completely satisfied with her decision and beyond that was a pleasure to speak to. Great experience!

My boyfriend got me two pairs this Christmas. One of the pairs was a bit too small for me. The exchange process was so easy. They are a busy store, especially during the Holidays but overall GREAT experience.

A Blast. Brian and the rest of the staff were warm and wonderful, and knew the stock inside and out. Among the best customer service Ive seen in the US, they treated customers like friends, regardless of race, color, class, or actual intention to buy at that moment.

Oh my God it’s really very bad. I hate this plase and their managers. There was A horrible customer service. I bought shoes for my birthday but When I try it at home I saw that they are very uncomfortable and when I want to exchange it couple of days before they didn’t take it back or exchange it with another style but I don’t weird it more than 10 seconds.

Horrible costumer service. My husband give me shoes as a Christmas gift, when I open them they have glue on a red soul and size was wrong (my husband said they don’t have another one in a store), so next day we buy another pair from another store. Couple days after my husband go to return first pair to the Christian Louboutin store and they refused do refund because they said it’s have a scratch on a bottom, but I don’t wear them at all. They give him store credit, but I don’t need another pair of they shoes, I already have all what I wanted.

Workers were very friendly with me, They gave me specific details on how to acquire their hard to get shoes that sell out very quickly such as the Louis Pik Pik, and I picked up my first pair of Louis Pik Piks without a problem today! Absolutely love the shoes and I havent stopped receiving compliments on them!

They just stand there like idiots and cant answer simple questions about the terms of returns and stuff. I went there to buy my first pair of louboutins and probably the last one and now i regret it, but cant get my money back.They just give you a store credit even when you return within an hour. I would never think that there are these kind of stores in US that dont even try to help you and are so rude !!!
