As usual some sort of overblown crisis is going on behind the deli counter. Over 20 minutes waiting for cold cuts. Time is too precious to wait so long for cured meats. Secondly not a single deli associate wears a mask. Disappointed again

I liked shopping at this location because they had everything in stock I needed!

Very spacious, updated, & clean. As per usual though they didnt have 3 of the items I wanted. Went to another, did get 2 of the items I wanted there. They do have good sales, & do have all their sale items, unlike some others closer to me. I also like their rewards program.

Why dont all employees in the Deli have masks on? They are breathing on the food we are supposed to buy. Taking my business elsewhere!

The best one is a town away, but only 10 minutes away.

Its bad Ive seen this store go down hill little by little Ive been shopping there since the Grand union days its the only store I shop because its so convenient but the meat is horrible pre packaged prices change on a daily bases not happy when I shop there anymore Im miserable when I shop their but like I said its convenient and I really dont have time or energy to go somewhere else. Do unfortunately I keep going back

This is a pretty good supermarket. Reasonable clean and well managed. I recently used their pickup service and it was fantastic. Higly recommend letting someone else do the shopping for you. They app needs some work and substitutions are a bit tricky, but all in all, I would use it again.

Very over priced. Produce is not fresh. Fruit displayed is rotting away but overpriced. Shelves poorly stocked. Checkout personnel are friendly and helpful.

Store is always bombarded with employees and boxes everywhere. everytime i go in, cashiers are being yelled at by management for the simplest things. tags always have expired sales. i formerly was a frequent shopper and have overheard a few times that there is racism going in between management and cashiers. stopped shopping here due these reasons. definitely wouldn’t recommend this store.

Clean and very large, nice wide aisles, lots of workers willing to help. Big parking lot easy to get in and out. Lots of convenient way to order in advance or while shopping to speed up your trip. Good experience

Convenient supermarket with decent deals when there is a sale but I find some of their products are overpriced compared to other supermarkets.

Much better and nicer than it used to be easier to leave and enter and cashiers all seem mostly better.

Finally a store that does not have those Damm arrows..and someone screaming what register is open

Beautiful store, very clean. What is disappointing is that many of the cashiers won’t even help a senior citizen bag their groceries. Just because we have the 5 cent bag law, isn’t it still their job to bag? They actually stand and watch me bag without offering to help. This is my only complaint about the store.

Its extremely convenient, not only being close to my home but having the scanners and being able to use the reusable bags. You can scan the items you want to purchase so that you know how much youre going to pay before you check out, even pre bad your items then go to the scan only self check out. I would have given it 5 stars if they werent so expensive.

The store has more inventory and different prices from 2 of its chain stores in west Babylon. I have noticed it on several occasions. Do not know why that would be.

Checking out could be easier with additional help, not just the cashier and me, who happens to be elderly. Parking for seniors closer to the store would be helpful.

Stop & Shop is always super clean and friendly. One of my favorite thing about them is their variety of local items.

Anything on sale is always very hard to find and most of the time they dont even have it. The shelves are empty most of the time and I am constantly dodging the workers whoAre getting the food out during those busy hours. They dont carry a lot of items I wish to buy and a lot of times their fruit is awful and a waste of money. Coffee is one of the items I find myself going to buy and since they moved it, I most of the time go backand forth looking for it. They carry Bryers ice cream but of course the fav flavors are never there, especially if its on sale or the container looks like it has been frozen and chipped out of an ice burg so Im afraid to purchase it. The only reason I go there is for convenience but its becoming a huge inconvenience to leave and have to go somewhere else or try again during the week.

This stop and shop is one of the best in the area they always have the roasted chickens ready to go which others dont the only thing is they only have 1 child wagon which I had to call and ask them to get and when they did get the 1 they never installed the seat belts inside the play car
