So design was amazing perfect but they forgot to write names of cake and I ordered Oreo crumps for flavor and they forgot that.

Ice cream is amazing. Bubble tea is bad, I would not recommend. Never tastes right and the tapioca pearls are waaay too big to the point where you can’t use the straw.

Acai bowls are great! however, I’ve tried their bubble tea multiple times and not a fan- too watery. staff is always nice and polite! looking forward to trying other things on the menu.

I ordered the 5 scoop sundae from Door Dash and it was amazingly perfect. 2 scoops Strawberry, 2 Scoops Cookies and Creme, 1 Scoop Oatmeal Cookie, Banana, Caramel Sauce, Marshmallow Sauce, Whipped Cream and Cherry on Top in a Waffle Bowl!!

Our favorite Ice Cream Place in Town. We love they Cake, my daughter’s favorite is cotton candy ice cream.

Spoke with the owner Christine recently in regards to some issues I had with a transaction at this shop and she was very rude and had a very bad attitude. Extremely unprofessional for someone who runs a business in these trying times when all I needed was a receipt of a past transaction. She Should really rethink her customer service outlook as that is a terrible way to talk to customers. I would recommend not going to this business.

I am from nyc and never had hersheys ice cream before today. The very best. I just wish they came to the city. It was that good. Almost wants me to move to long island.

Delicious ice cream, so many different flavors. Bought my grandkids there last Wednesday and surprise 2 for 2. Cant beat that. Kids loved it.

Make sure you check your receipts. I was charged a “convenience fee” for using my debit card. The girl told me my total and then once my card was swiped it was for a higher amount. When I questioned the girl she just shrugged her shoulders and told me she didn’t know what it was

Excellent ice cream been a big fan of this shop for a while now. The store has really been improved recently and looks wonderful. I love the new Italian ices such as Swedish fish and my favorite ice cream is cookies and cream. I love the shakes and sundaes and the special offers they have daily! Big fan all the employees are very sweet and happy!

The young girl who worked there was very nice, so this is nothing against the staff.But the soft serve I just got seemed almost like it was bad, it has a cottage cheese texture and leaves a pretty gross gooey film in my mouth. I couldnt stomach it and ended up throwing it away. Waste of money.Font expect Carvel quality of you go here... Do expect Carvel prices, though.Overall, very unpleasant experience. Wont be going back.

I am appalled with the service of Hershey’s Ice Cream in West Islip. I strongly suggest rethinking ever supporting this business. Based on how things turned out, I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner uses spoiled ice cream just to save a dollar.A picture for an edible image was brought in on Thursday night for a party on Saturday. We paid $15 for the image. I get a phone call the next day, Friday, that its $20. The owner didn’t know it was paid for already. Then on Saturday, the day of the party, I had to call to see if it was ready. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just completed and they didn’t get a chance to call. Up until here, everything was actually fine. They were taking care of the order, paid for was not written down but they didn’t ask me to pay anything additional. Fine!! BUT…..I’ve seen their posts on Facebook about custom cakes and pictures of cakes the store has done. I know this is not their first edible image to print. What I don’t understand is how they could possibly think it was OKAY to tell me it was ready on the phone and NOT SAY its not perfect. The cake was the main focal point of our sons 2nd birthday party dessert table. The image is what brought everything together and their store RUINED it.My husband went to pick up the edible image as I was greeting guests to the party. Imagine how stressed I am that the cake was not ready to go before the party. I should have told them the party was Friday. The images were so bad that he didn’t even take them from their store. The colors were WRONG on a major character and the background was supposed to be white not a light green color. The wording … appy Birthda … NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! The image was brought to them EXACTLY how it was SUPPOSED to print. And furthermore, I asked, when on the phone about the pricing issue, is the image printed exactly as given. The owner said its printed exactly how I bring it in, size and all. I said perfect. It’s the exact size and shape I need for my cake. This was not my first edible image to order. My image to them was centered and horizontal. WHAT gives them the right to print it vertical, wrong colors and missing letters!!! Then you print it horizontal but all the way to one side so still missing letters, wrong colors and UNUSABLE!! They clearly had my phone number to call and say there was a problem with it. Instead my sons 2nd birthday cake was a disgrace for pictures.The owner neglected to call my husband back after 2 phone calls to get our money back. Now its principle. Monday night (day 3 of problem) my husband went down to the store and spoke to the owner. He REFUSES to refund us the $15 and offered a $5 gift card. Let me tell you want he can do with that gift card!!!!!!!As my husband was standing there and talking to him, he kept walking away to help customers. Now that would be fine if he was the only employee. The poor girl that works with him wasn’t allowed to help anyone. He had to make all the sundaes and actually checked EVERY bill with a counterfeit pen (singles, fives, tens, etc). If he’s so worried about losing $15 with us or even possibly getting a counterfeit single …. Can you imagine him throwing out spoiled ice cream or toppings? I would not be surprised if the ice cream is unsalable yet still being sold.NEVER EVER EVER SUPPORT HERSHEYS ICE CREAM IN WEST ISLIP!!!
