Just had the sweetest guy Rod help me for 20-30 min to solve my problem, he even got out tools to make sure it worked for me! Everywhere else I have been have said I would have to just buy a whole new piece but thanks to Rod I only spent a fraction of what it would have cost to buy it new!! Thanks Rod
Ive gone to this home depot for many years. My sister used to work here and the staff and work environment is pretty great. Good place to go for project material, or if youre just curious on how to start on one, theyll help you out.

I really love this home depot. I like coming back to it time and time again (well not that I spend so much here).The store layout makes sense.The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable.The products are good.The location is easy.Renting tools and trailers is painless and I havent been charged crazy fees. Although once I was almost charged a cleaning fee for a few elm seeds on a jack hammer or something.Love it.
Not happy with our experience at all. We wanted to talk to someone about countertops. Nobody would help us. Claimed the people in that department isnt in today. Try again tomorrow. Seriously nobody could help us? Worst customer service. Home depot could really step it up.
Beware! Make sure you save your receipt. Tried to return an unopened floor vent cover and because it couldnt be found connected to my credit card, i was refused even in-store credit. You just lost my business due to your new return policy. It was a great 21 years, Home Depot on 90th South.
They have super cheap plants which is usually the only reason I go in, I also really needed a car key but I could not find anyone to help me.

Typical home depot store. The only issue is that the American Fork store is somewhat smaller than some of the others so their inventory is sometimes limited. But still great service and reasonable pricing.
Ive always had great luck here with service when I need it. been here hundreds of times and even when its rediculously busy Im able to get what I need and check out faster than any grocery store when they are slightly busy. Returns could happen much quicker sometimes but thats not too bad. Had an experience where the guys loading my truck with a forklift dented the back of it pretty good. it was an honest mistake how it happened and I want mad. The managers insisted on getting it fixed and there was zero resistance from their insurance to get it fixed ASAP at the shop of my choosing. they just had me go get a bid and they half the rest! super awesome service in my opinion!
No issue getting items from this store, but if you have anything beyond that, prepare for the biggest nightmare of your life. Complete lack of communication between the business and the customer on projects. Told that our flooring would be ready to installed within 3 weeks, turns out to be 3+ months of wait time. When we canceled the labor for the job and expected to pick up the product and do it ourselves, they forget to mention that they don’t even have our trim in the first place. Then, even after getting a refund for delivery and trim, they STILL fail to accomplish ANYTHING. Upon asking to just pick up our flooring, they claim that it’s not in the store. It was two weeks to this day that they said they’d have it in here. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!
I needed to buy slime for tires for ATV tires and bug foggers for the garage and shed. Was able to find both items with multiple selections. The staff member I asked at the front door were to go got online immediately and told me which aisles to go to. Great help from the staff kudos to home Depot for making my job easy.

This location is well organized and well maintained. Everytime we have gone there we have been able to quickly find what we are looking for. If you cant find something you can look it up on their website or ask a staff member. Both are quick and easy options.
I shop at Home Depot several times a month. It has goid prices and goid products. The workers are helpful.
They need to start carrying better products. Their sprinkler parts are far inferior to a sprinkler supplier and they are even more expensive. If you are making a repair they will do in a pinch, but I wouldn’t make Home Depot a regular stop for sprinkler parts. In fact, I have been a professional sprinkler installer for over 25 years and I am amazed that they don’t even carry all the components to do a proper install of a large residential system. They need to get their head in the game and stop providing substandard products and ridiculous prices.
Half the aisles are filled with carts with mechendise and clutter. Cant get shopping carts thru or get to shelves for products.

This location of Home Depot has the best customer service ever!!! My husband and I came 30 minutes before they closed to get vinyl sheet flooring for our office. Chris (in charge of the flooring section) came up to us right away and helped us and he was awesome!!! He knew exactly what was doing and since the vinyl that we chose was a return from someone, he gave it to us at 1/2 price!! The two boys at self-checkout were kind enough to help us checkout our items and then took the car back for us from our car once we were done using it. Very, very impressed with how amazing the employees were here. Thanks guys!

I went to get some BBQ pellets, I got one that I wanted, paid and started to walk to my car, I noticed that the bag had a hole in it, so I brought it back in and got it replaced. No problems.
It is Home Depot, they have almost everything you could need for projects at home or for work. The issue I run into is that the employees really dont have a deep depth of knowledge and therefore arent the best at helping you solve a problem. So if you know how to fix something or what you need, youre golden.
The customer service was great and pretty efficient. I was able to find everything I needed shortly after asking where it was.
I like Home Depot. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are better than the other big box store. Quality of stock is good. Ordering on-line is simple.
Appliances got my washer/dryer delivery address wrong, canceled it instead of fixing it, then when they redid the order, they said the delivery date was going to be two weeks later than the original date (which was already a month away). I understand mistakes happen, but the only reason any of this happened is because for the delivery order, I gave them my phone number, which happens to be associated with an account I had in Boston, so even after I had given them my West Jordan address several times as the delivery address, they changed it to my Boston address. Just please be more careful in the future.

Went to return a few items that I never used. Took 7 receipts in but Couldn’t find a receipt that had a couple of the items on it. As I personally pay mainly with cash. Acting store manager Jeremy in West Jordan ( store #4410) told me store policy has changed and will not give store credit or return without a receipt. Or a credit card that has that item on it. Went home got all my receipts I had and about half of those items were on those receipts only 3 items not on receipts I could find. Only response I could get out of jeremey was I’m sorry you feel this way about policy and next time use a credit card or have receipts emailed to me. This is all over about $10 worth of product. I called 3 other stores asked about policy and got told to bring those items in and they will give me store credit without question. I think Jeremy should be reprimanded for losing a customer from this store who spent well over $20,000+ In the last 12 months between personal buying and renting equipment for me and my employer. I do have a company card and will no longer be using it at Home Depot. Especially in West Jordan. Same goes with personal purchases. Other home improvement stores can be more expensive but will now forever have our business and I will be smiling while paying more for the same item due to his lack of customer service. Im sorry your employees have ruined this customers opinion of Home Depot but this is strike 3 with this store in just the last couple months. Items your losing business for is wasting my time when I call and get told they have so many of a certain item and when I get there they tell me there system is wrong more than not how do you keep inventory straight with a system that says you have 25 of an item and come to find out you have 0 of same item after driving to the store and wasting time looking and asking for help. Also customer service has been the absolute worst all around with the exception of a few employees. Congratulations on having some stores who care to keep customers happy by telling the truth to people but it is far and few between in the West Jordan store. Also thank you and congrats to sandy store #4409 for your customer service and apologizing for other store managers lack of training and respect for customers. They assured me that in their store they always will treat the customer with respect and honesty.

Home depot is pretty consistent across the board. Good customer service with a bit hectic floorplan trying to find what you need. Regardless, they do have what you need or will help you get it.

Bought an evaporative cooler and picked it up from the store and unpacked it. It had a huge dent in the top. I had already returned the truck i borrowed so i called the store. Debbie sent over John and Ryan with a new cooler in about a half hour. Thats awesome customer service. Thanks guys.
Went to the garden center. Bought clay pots. They have a 10% Veterans discount. You need to register at the customer service desk and get a card. GREAT DEAL!
Home Depot is always the best place to get home improvement items, and the store here in West Jordan has the friendliest employees, the most in stock items if you can’t find it another Home Depot the West Jordan store probably has it !
Almost everything I need at any given time. Better prices than Lowe’s most of the time. Lost one star for dropping the E-go line of products. I was just starting to collect E-go and Home Depo changed their batter powered priorities.
Only been here a couple of times. On my first trip here I went to masonry to get some spikes. They were about to close the aisle to use to pallet loader for resupply of some items. So I asked a Home Depot Homie (representative) if I could just pop down and get some spikes real quick. Dude says, Uh, spikes? Those are in the garden center. I felt that the information Homie supplied was dubious, but I said okay, and walked to the complete opposite area of the store to the garden center, where there are no spikes.On my trip to Home Depot today, there was no homie misdirecting me to the garden center. Found me some spikes in the masonry dept, and some blades for my Sawzall and went on my merry way.
I had a return to make. They were quick, thorough, and very friendly and accommodating.

Abhorrent Customer Service - Worse Associate Knowledge. However, they were polite - I will give them that (second star):I went here to get some flooring that closely matched the existing floors on our stairs. After conferring with the flooring specialist, I had them order some items on my behalf. That was in January. The items shipped, and when I started getting into installing them, turns out that they are not compatible parts, I had to return the part that didnt work and order the kind that would. That order got delayed for some reason, now were into March. It was sent to my house and I start to install the stairs, but unfortunately our stair tread is thicker than typical, and I need the laminate for stair tread that is thicker (totally an oversight on my part, but I went into this asking an expert for advice, and that turned out just great).SO. I need to return the stair laminate thats too thin (again, my bad) and order - PER THE PRODUCT BROCHURE - the Type 2 option for thicker stairs. Awesome, hopefully this is the last time I have to order 700 dollars worth of laminate flooring. Its not on the Home Depot website anywhere, I text with the Home Depot text an associate about my issue on a Friday afternoon. They let me know theres a long wait time for responses, whatever, cool, I get a person and explain, they say give me a little while - never got an answer. Tried again the next day and long story short (after 12hrs of waiting for a text response), they say yeah we see that brochure, but I cant find it. Talk with an associate at your local Home Depot and they should order it for youFine. OK.I called the West Jordan Home Depot not once, but 4 separate times asking for a flooring specialist and I was hung up on 3 times before I calmly explained not to just transfer me because of failure of understanding how phones work on their part. They get a flooring guy on the line and he says sorry I dont know how to help in this situation. I had to look up the manufacture - Zamma - and give this guy the Home Depot Associate liaison phone number for him to order these dang stairs for him.Im appalled and concerned for this stores employee competence on multiple levels from customer care to their specialty. In a totally separate instance I tried to order a set of french doors in person and the associate told me itll be over $1,500 for custom doors. Found the exact same thing with an existing product for half the price and just had them order it for me after giving them the model at first then just forwarding them the URL. Its impressive how clueless the associates are at this location.
If youre looking for assistance with window coverings I would not suggest this store. I placed an order and down payment to get someone to measure and install window coverings. They never contacted me to schedule the measure and I called many times and kept being told someone would call me and they never did. I had to contact them daily and seemingly nothing was being done. I have waited over a week and have yet to have my measurement scheduled. I am finally asking for a refund on my down payment for the measure/install and that is proving to be difficult as well. This is supposed to be a service, of which I paid for, but honestly its too much work just trying to get them to do what they promise to do when you pay for measure and install. They must be incredibly busy and dont have time to contact me to schedule a measurement. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am so sick of the mispriced overpriced items here. I do not want to go across town to lows but every time you have a big sign that says something for sale you go up and its not on sale. Also Ive rented items here a number of times and its hit mess they have some good people in some terrible people. RETURNS TAKE FOREVER. Many time i just eat the cost instead of waiting.

We were ordering carpet, and when they needed to tell us a detail, they searched for us for a good bit, luckily catching us before going on a wild goose chase. Sorry to whoever this was! It was also very clean!

This Home Depot is a bit small and the aisles are super crowded and the parking lot is tight. Id only visit this store out of convenience and would avoid if I was shopping for a large project.

We have been waiting in the curb side pick up for nearly an hour. I went in to check on the order and the staff passed me between team members. Finally after waiting at the service desk they said sorry they had been busy theyd get right on it. We continue to wait and still do have our order 30 minutes later. I my opinion you should not offer a service if you cant actually help with. To top it off they offered us 25 dollars worth of merchandise but we had to stop and shop now. Why would you give that as an incentive to a ticked off customer who had been waiting an hour!
Always love The Home Depot. They have that crafty builder feel every time I walk in.We were looking for an extended auger bit to drill through multiple 2×4s so we could run some new electrical through the ceiling downstairs. Lowes is closer to us, so we went there first. The employee in that particular area of tools said he had never seen any such bits there, and he had no idea where to suggest I look.A quick Google search let me know that I could drive to Home depot and get what I needed immediately. It even gave me the option to text myself the location of the part. The text included address as well as aisle and unit within the store. My trip inside the store was less than 5 minutes.As always Home Depot, you have the best prices and widest selection available. Thank you!

This particular location has been a go to for many years now. The systems they have in place to keep people safe and clean are fantastic. I very much appreciate the staff and their help everytime I walk in the store. I usually place my orders online and they always have it readily available same day.

Not all of the breakers fit well into certain breaker boxes. GE box with GE breakers worked best for me
They had everything I needed but no employees to help me find what I needed. It took quite long to find what I needed but they did have it.
I am constantly having to go to Lowes to get things HD doesnt have. HD does have better lumber generally, but Im honestly starting to feel like whenever Im not buying a bunch of 2x4s Ill just go straight to Lowes...I ordered a scheduled delivery. They said they could deliver Tuesday. Then it was Thursday. Then Friday. Now its looking like Saturday. If it was Saturday to begin with, just say so! Maybe just give me my money back and Ill shop somewhere else...

Generally a decent Home Depot location, though some areas (like rugs, blinds, and appliances) are very cramped and disorganized. The biggest issue, however, is that employees at this location are typically less than helpful.While not true for all of them (there have been some good experiences), a number of occasions have resulted in employees simply not responding to requests for assistance in their department, while others have involved waiting for assistance while the employees animatedly talk amongst themselves at the appliance desk or have acted like answering a question was an inconvenience.
This is like my second home I love this place and I could go there just to look around ha ha
