I went in to get product to bleach my hair. Zarra was super helpful and knowledgeable and probably saved me from ruining my hair! I’ve never had a bad experience here the staff of great and knowledgeable and I will never go to anyone but Zarra for my hair questions ever again!

Ivan was quite curt with me and when I questioned him about the stores advertising he stated that wasn’t the case, yelled across the store and left. Unfortunately this is not my first experience with Ivan’s short temper. Britney was helpful and answered my question within 90 seconds taking ownership for the lack of organization of the store. I will go again when Ivan isn’t working. Poor customer service on his part.

I have a love hate relationship with Sally Beauty, if I find what I am looking for, its always at a great price, but that is rare that I find what I am looking for. Sallys is never really stocked and on the rare occasion that it is, its all messy and unorganized unfortunately.

These guys are the worst. Rude and incompetent. Used to be a great place to go but has really gone downhill.Sally’s website will tell you stores have items, but when you show up for pick up, they really don’t. Shop somewhere else.

I waited outside (patiently) in line in my car for curbside pick up starting at 5:20 pm 2 cars ahead of me and one ended up leaving because they clearly got impatient. 5:50 comes I’m the only car left and I’m still trying to get ahold of someone inside. Someone even drives right up at 554pm shows i.d and picks up there stuff. They must have called from home. So I knocked on the window and asked how do I get ahold of someone next time because I’ve been out here trying to get ahold of someone. The person in the store turned off the lights (before 6pm) saying we take our last call at 5:50. I told them I have been waiting outside trying to get ahold of someone I’m the only car here. The people in the store wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and said try next time. Horrible customer service. I understand we’re going through a pandemic but I just waiting with my kids to be told try next time. That was ridiculous.

I walked into Sally’s pretty undecided on which hair products I wanted to go with and honestly, didn’t really have a game plan in general— one of their workers, Zarra, approached me very kindly and asked if she could help! I kinda just shrugged and mumbled but she sat with me not only giving me her honest opinion, but made sure she recommended the best product and helped me with a game plan. It sure was a nice experience to have someone that knows what they’re doing give a noob like myself some advice. Thank you again, Zarra! You were awesome!

They had the clippers I wanted in stock and for a decent price. The employees were helpful in finding accessories and offered suggestions. The store is clean and organized. Plenty of free parking outside.

I would just like to thank all the staff that was working Sunday night ( July first ) for being super patient with me. I forgot to use my %20 off coupon and I didnt realize how much of a chore it would be to to fix it after I had paid . The employees came together as a team to no only try to close but also help the rush of people that suddenly came in right at closing time . Thank you all so much for helping me, im sorry to be the pain in the butt customer, and Im super excited to put the purple in my hair, and the rest of my long hair family appreciate all the other products I got today. We tend to think that our leaders or managers are held to a higher standard then that of the employees. Today, I witnessed quite the opposite. On Sallys website their slogan states love it or return guarantee I recently purchased a free standing dryer at this location. I brought it home tried it and it kept tripping my breaker. So, obviously I returned it. I had gone online before returning this one and bought a different one. As I was returning it, the employee needed to do an Override. Anything over $150 needs approval and could possibly include a restocking fee. She proceeded to call the manager. The call might as well been on speaker phone. The manager asked why I was returning it and the associate told her. Her reply was Oh my God, She has to pay a restocking fee. People were standing around it was embarrassing, for me as well as the employee. The associate explained to her I bought it in store. I asked the associate the managers name. Her name is Christina. Ive been coming here for over 15 years. My business is worth going to a place where employees and customers are treated with respect and kindness.

Good Location. Sometimes out of stock quickly on certain/popular items but most employees are super customer friendly enough to make sure to order more product, check back inventory, or inform you when the next shipment will be in if you ask.

Purchase a product the product did not work. Went the next day to exchange it. They told me I would have to exchange the defective product for a product that was more money. Causes I did not have the recipient with me. They could have looked it up on my sallys card but wouldnt. They have lost me as a customer for life. The customer service is craptastic.

Failed Curb side pick up attempt. One phone line within the store and employees with no work ethic = five unanswered calls. One answered call hearing two workers BS about a previous customer. Waisting 30 minutes of my time trying to support a business that doesnt need to be open.

Love this place to get their Argon oil haircolor, gloss color, & other stuff for Cosmetology services. Also pluse you dont have to have a cosmetology license to shop here & the products are better than grocery stores. Stop buying box dye & try their cream hair colors!

Why is it every time I come to this Sallys I have a horrible customer service experience. Every. Single. Time. Ive always come here, to get everything for my hair needs and more but every time I ask a question or for an opinion. I just get the dirtiest looks ever or I just get very short answers.Yall arent special okay. You arent. You work in a customer service industry. Do some legitimate customer service. If youre going to act like a snooty little teenager every time you come into work, get a different freaking job that doesnt involve face to face human contact.Ive worked in the customer service industry for 5+ years. Its not like Im being very rude or hard to work with. Im asking for things that should get legitimate responses.Dont come here unless you just want to be glared at and not appreciated for your business

I usually dont but here often but when Im looking for something in the beauty supply, Sally is a good place to find it! but it doesnt seem like the employees take care of their customers very well. I stop on my way home last night, Ive been looking for magnetic eyelashes that I needed by tomorrow. As I come in through the door no one was at the front desk, so I just go inside and take a look. Now I dont come often so Im trying to find things and looking around. I do hear 2 girls were talking at the back of the store, so it seems someone was there. Another clients comes in. Im having a hard time looking for the magnetic eyelashes in the eyelash section. But theres no one to ask. Finally when the other client was ready to check out someone comes up to the front desk and checks her out. As I waited my turn, I went and ask if they had magnetic eyelashes..?She points to me where they are, from where shes standing. If she dont want to walk and show me thats fine I guess. So I look and wasnt finding the one I looked online. I try to ask her if this was all she had as she was walking pass by me, but she didnt hear me cus she was talking on the phone. She seemed to hear me a little cus she turn but wasnt paying attention and just head to the back room. Then she came back to the front desk, and she was still on the phone. Didnt seems like she was talking to a customer cus she kept saying something about the manager position. I went and while she was on the phone asked her if this is all she had for this lashes, she said yes. I was trying to make a decision without asking any more questiokns cus she seems to be busy on the phone. To be honest I didnt find what I needed cus they didnt have it on stock, I understand that. But when the customer is trying to get your help, as longest their a customer at your store. The employee needs to give them their full attention and be aware of the customer. I left and went to another store, it wasnt great either. On my way out I asked myself, do this employees must not really love and enjoy their job.. also this gal from last night was looking into the manager position should not get it, shes not putting her customers first like it should be.

This is definitely one of those places that you should already know what youre shopping for. The employees there dont really know all that much, theyre just there to help you check out. But they do have a lot of hard to find products so thats okay, I guess.
