Arrived at 7:04 am on a Saturday and they already had a line of about 5 trucks and trailers.However, I was purchasing rock so I went into the office, purchased my order, drove easily to the location and their front loader loaded up my truck and 15 min later, I was out.Very impressed and would recommended them to anyone!

Great staff. The gals in the office will definitely remember the visit from Santa. Unfortunately the owners have no sense of frivolous behavior. Im 73 and was told, by the Shirt Police, that I needed to put a shirt on to buy dirt.

Absolutely the worst. They are completely inefficient. I had to spend almost 2 hours of my day for what should have been a 20 minute thing. I got there and waited in line for over an hour to be weighed. It should be much easier but they are completely unorganized. It took me 15 minutes just to be weighed. It should be a simple weight check and take collateral then tell me where to go get my stuff. Loading was fast but then it was another long line to get weighed to leave, then when I went in it was 10 minutes because of the unorganized staff. Should be weigh do simple math and charge. It was a joke and I wasted my Saturday sitting in lines that shouldn’t exist. I would highly recommend you guys look at simplification of your process. Even the city dump is 100x’s faster at processing a vehicle.

I was very impressed with my experience today. I was that guy and came 20 minutes before they closed, but was treated like I was their first for the day. The ladies inside were very helpful and got me set up to get the gravel I came for. They pointed me to where I needed to go, and has a loader waiting for me. I have a black short bed pickup, and the the loader, being fairly new, decided to call someone with someone with more experience to come load my truck as to not run the risk of spilling and scratching. I appreciated his understanding of his limits and respected his decision to call someone else over. The guy who came to help was very skilled and amazed me with his loading skills. I can confidently say, he spilled fewer than 10 pieces, out of a whole ton of gravel. Will definitely be back.

Honestly asphalt materials is probably one of the best places around for dumping earth materials and picking up rocks, sand, dirt, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. They are pretty inexpensive and are speedy in their delivery. They make it very easy with their receptionists on hand and maps to direct you.

All-Pro Asphalt has been doing buisness with Asphalt Materials since the 70s. Top quality products. Great employees and very skilled material production and handling crew. I would reccomend Asphalt Materials to contractors as well as the general public.

First off, they are NOT just an asphalt company, and not many people know this! They also offer all the materials for landscaping your yard, and we have really enjoyed the garden soil, wood chips for the edges of the yard, and special wood chips for under our playground. They often run small sales, so be on the look out for those, and offer reasonable delivery and drop of the products right to your driveway.

This is personally the best place in the valley to get materials such as topsoil, gravel, slate rock slabs, roadbed base another materials. Always giving a fair price in and out quickly and always polite and willing to help. Also the only the best topsoil that Ive found not just in the valley but of every one that Ive gone to in Utah thus far; little to no rocks, the ones I find are small and very far and few between. Not composed entirely of clay, gravel, and large rocks. Very impressed. Those are all requirements for the machine pumps we use, so the get our business exclusively!

We ordered the soil that was supposed to be ready for planting a vegetable garden. Sadly, our plants are stunted, now dying and the soil has had white forming on the top layer. I didn’t know what it was and I have figured out it is excess salts in the soil. Really bummed about all the money I spent on everything for my raised beds. The soil is not good quality. Everything else in my yard, not their soil, is doing great.

Good company, worst delivery driver, asked him to Drop gravel in two different spots, said ok but made no effort. Now an hour job is an exhausting 2-4 hrs. I guarantee if he had to move 2 tons of gravel 40ft with a rake he would have figured out a way to dump it better!

Unless you want to participate in a circus and have the guy running the loader yell at you after patiently waiting for him for more than a half hour. I would recommend somewhere else. Nobody here that I dealt with cared about customer service. It took me 1 1/2 to sit in the long line to weigh in wait for the guy on the loader to be a jerk. Then wait in the long line again to weigh out. I’ll pay a delivery fee from another company to purchase the rest of the rock I need.

Awesome place to recycle clean asphalt and concrete. I prefer to recycle wherever possible. They also sell recycled products and landscaping materials. Gets busy sometimes so make sure youre not in a hurry.

Excellent service! They have had a huge influx of business with people getting home projects done during the covid-19 outbreak and they are doing their best to keep things moving even with the added traffic.We just about lost our tailgate and a half ton of Sunset rock was ready to come flooding out but the staff quickly rushed to help us out and get the truck loaded back up. Couldnt say enough nice things about our experience and the folks working here.

This place is great, Ive been coming here for years to get bulk rock, sand and dirt for my yard. Their sandy loam topsoil worked great for my sod and hydroseed at my last house. They have always been professional and did their best to get me what I needed and on my way. Last year I hauled multiple loads of dig out dirt and busted concrete to their yard, and as long as you follow their rules and are honest on what you take, you will never have an issue.This year is crazy with the Covid-19 stuff, so be prepared to wait longer in line. I have a lot of fill dirt to haul off this year and I am planning on the fact that I might spend more time waiting in line to dispose of it. I would rather wait in line here than to wait in the line to dump at the landfill by the airport. Everyone is doing projects, so expect to wait longer for those places that offer the best service. They are doing their best to balance service and safety, all while dealing with people who dont understand that.I appreciate their service, and will continue to use them, nothing is like it used to be, so we all better get used to it.

Been in line for 30 minutes just to get a tare weight. It’s like they don’t even know how to run a scale. Ive literally decided to leave this review while I sit and waste my time. If your tome is valuable to you, choose another place.

They have lots of products, today I received my materials fairly quick. Some days I have waited 40 minutes to get loaded with what Im picking up, thats when I called and told them that Im still waiting to get loaded

I ordered rock from Asphalt last year and had a great experience. The delivery driver came and talked to me and delivered the rock to my driveway. This year got the same delivery and they didnt knock nor did they call leave a message or anything. My son just heard them drop the rock and then I came up to talk and they were gone. I dont need the rock in the street I need it on my driveway! I specifically asked this when I called and made the order. I expected at least a knock on the door. The pink receipt that was left literally says Someone will be home. WE WERE! Now I have to spend my afternoon getting rocks out of the street instead of the work I planned todo. PLEASE learn customer service! It would have taken a few minutes to knock on the door.Update: 08-12-2020Found out that my son was not in the room that had the knocking at the door and instead was still upstairs so *I* missed getting the delivery notification. I admit my mistakes and this was one of them. I also spoke with Roger and he provided great customer service and took my suggestions to make things better. I cant thank him enough for doing that. 5 stars for the reveiw now and Ill continue to give them business in the future. Thank you

Fine product, fine price, but poor traffic flow and nightmarishly slow transactions. Its a commercial place, not a retail place. Dont expect any service or assistance, aside from loading. If you ask for directions to a particular product, youll get poor, half-hearted directions.

Very pleased with all good people that had my best interests in mind. This was my first time purchasing a ton of anything. Great customer service and knowledge. I appreciated the desire to make this a great experience especially without me being a consistent customer.l have a place around the corner from my house that is almost triple the price. They would answer the phone but they had little interest in serving me without being a repeat customer with a large order.

We needed 2 dump trucks of roadbase for our property. They were super friendly throughout the entire process, got here in couple of days within us calling AND they were over $300 cheaper then every where else we called. Definitely recommend!!!

Been coming here for a few years but annoyed today. Ive picked up quite a few yards of dirt in the past and this time the yard didnt fill the trailer to the normal lines. While the truck and trailer were still parked by the dirt, just 5 mins after I made my initial purchase, I asked to buy another 1/2 yard to make up the difference. Nope! Full yard min sale. Really? It still same trip, same 15mins, same truck, same driver, same cashier... they were busy and Im just a small purchase.

This place is awesome to do business with. I called last minute(horrible planning on my part) and Sam was able to somehow work some magic and get me 11 ton of pea gravel delivered the next day!! Good people, good prices.

I have never been disrespected so bad in my life as I have with this company. Apparently customer satisfaction means nothing to these people. I went there to get a load of sand and kindly asked the loader to scrape some of the dryer sand. He never tried and instead he rudely told me no cause its all the same and loaded from the wettest part of the pile. Well I had to dump it out and wasted all that time and he refused to provide me with the materials I was looking to get. I told him thanks for nothing and he make a jerking off motion at me. I told him I will report his behavior to his supervisor but before I could do that I received a text from Roger his supervisor telling me if I come back he will call the police and he didnt want to hear my side of the story. Ive been a customer for years and have had some rude moments there but this is the final straw. What company does that? I will never step foot there ever again and I recommend everyone else the same advise.

Great place to do business. Which I have done for years, they accept concrete dig out at a reasonable price, and then recycle into road base. This makes preparation for a job much easier. The wait for this place is ridiculous. Were charging our own clients by the hour and have to wait 45 just to get in and out. By far the most poorly ran facility in the area.

I love asphalt materials! They have some of the best landscape products in the state, mulch, topsoil, gravel bark. Some of the best prices I have ever seen for this good of product. Their mountain blend topsoil is half the price of anything you can get in the state. Give them a shot and you will not be disappointing.

I bought some dirt last summer for some spots in my yard. I pulled in loaded the dirt into my truck paid them $25 for a load of dirt. It was perfect for my yard. Great price. So easy. I definitely recommend these guys.

These guys are such great people that run a great company! We have purchased asphalt and other products from them for over a decade and they have delivered high quality mix and service everytime! I would highly recommend them for any pavement or landscaping needs you may have!

I would not recommend coming here if you are a residential customer and not a contractor. I asked for 1/2 ton of river rock and they gave me a full ton instead. I told them I had only asked for half and they said it’s not their fault, I should have been paying closer attention when they loaded it. 🤔 I didn’t want to pay for the amount I didn’t order and they said I could drive my truck back over and shovel it out myself if I wanted. I wasn’t being unreasonable, but was met with girls that were dismissive and rude and wanted to just keep things moving.

I came for 4 dump trailer loads of top soil all in one day. I called ahead to make sure they had it available, and they said yes. When I showed up at 3:00 for the last load, they said it was all sold and they wouldnt load me any. No one said anything about it to me the first 3 loads before. I was only gone 1 hour between 3:00 and 4:00. This place is a joke, go somewhere that has some customer service cares about there customers. I wont be back, there are too many choices for this kind of stuff.

Very quick in and out service. I think they should lower prices for people who make multiple trips, especially if its a low amount, like 1 ton or less. But either way, their prices beat everyone elses! I was very pleased with the products too.

I was recommended and sold some material that was not able to complete my project satisfactorily... The women in the office have very little knowledge about the products and what capabilities the materials have. When I tried to explain what happened and that they recommended and sold me a product that failed they told me I couldnt return for a refund... but that I could dispose of it for free. 125.00 in their pocket for materials and Im out the material plus 2 men x 2 days wages. Thanks guys... Ill use Staker or geneva from now on.

We use Asphalt Material for all of our regular needs and they have never let us down. Their entire company is really friendly and easy to work with on all of our projects.

I decided to do the demo on my driveway to save money. I was told by another customer this place charges a minimal fee around $20 or less. Went there and was charged $100 for each load and I had 2. It was 20 per ton with rebar or 1 without. Thats a huge price difference with a couple pieces of metal that a machine takes out anyways.
