Couldnt be happier with my experience at the West Jordan Mattress Firm. Kelly W displayed a wide range of knowledge, professionalism, and patience in explaining the ins and outs of mattress buying. He made the experience easy, pleasant, and all around awesome. His assistant manager Carolee was also a great asset to our buying experience. I didnt intend to walk out the door with a new mattress, but with the deals, price adjustment policy, and 120 sleeps guarantee, Kelly made it impossible to say no.

Great people to work with, they were kind and professional doing their work helping me and my wife to choose the best option for what we were looking for. Great products, we bought a Tempur-pedic Cloud pillow and my wife told me this morning she slept like long time she didn’t… very comfortable.

We needed to replace a horrible mattress that not many years ago cost us a boatload. I researched online and saw many options, but when you enter the store most of those options are not on the floor. We tried many options at the store and eventually found one at (no surprise) a higher price, but we were willing to pay it after actually trying them. The sales person stayed late, gave us a discount that seemed to make the price more fair, and even worked out shipping options that fit our unique circumstance. Highly recommend.

Good selection of beds. Its nice that I was able to try multiple brands and types of beds. The sales guy was a little to eager to help and a little to pushy. He would not leave us alone so that we could talk without him leaning over us. We finally just ended up leaving so we could talk about what we wanted and return later after we have decided.

We walked into mattress firm on Saturday and met a salesman by the name of Kelly great guy showed us all the adjustable bases and mattresses spent a good hour with us showing us and explaining everything to us very honest helpful we were so happy with him and He did not try to talk us into a more expensive bed we told him what we were trying to spend and he helped us out in that and he gave us a set of $300 sheets for free I recommend Kelly at mattress firm in West Jordan

Zach was amazing! He was happy to help and it felt like he really cared about getting us a deal that fit our budget. He took the time to show us all of the product, and even stayed 30 minutes after the store closed to help us look. He got us some great deals and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with what we were paying! Customer service here was definitely 10/10, as were the prices and quality of product. We went on a Saturday evening. first dropped my Nicholas was the salesperson that assisted. He took my information to see if I qualified to finance a bed. My wife told him that had to get me from across the shopping center. We got back and then proceeded to ask us what type of mattress we would want. We told him. We also explained we needed a low profile box spring and a heavy duty bed frame. He showed us a few models of beds. We picked one out. He was so kind during the entire process. He was not pushy. He was very friendly. The entire staff was friendly

The employees were nice enough that I didnt give this store one star, but the simple fact is that I bought my mattress two weeks ago and I still dont have it. They still havent even sent me a tracking number. They even had the gall to send me an email asking me to rate them, which took me to their own internal rating system. That wouldnt have been a big deal except for the banner at the top that told me that I had to disable my ad blocker in order to submit a review. Im sorry, what? If I want to tell them about my experience, which they asked for, I can only send it if they can make a few more cents off of me? Ridiculous.

Went in to browse mattresses, wasnt sure I would leave with anything or have made a decision. Cathy helped us out and she was wonderful, she gave us some mattress care instructions and was very patient, we were there for 3 or 4 hours and she was so helpful the entire time, even suggesting items and options for payment I didnt even know about and explained them. It was a relief because I have never bought furniture or anything large for myself where I would need to consider different repayment options. I left confident about my choice and excited about the new mattress that my partner and I dont have to worry about replacing for a long time. I had the most incredible customer service I’ve ever experienced. My sales agent Catherine was so attentive and made sure that what I needed is what I got. There was no upselling for the sake of a sale. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for and my back pains and was able to find the most perfect mattress for me.

When my interaction with the representative Zach first started I thought it was great. As the conversation progressed though, I lost complete faith in the integrity of the business. I bought my mattress and bases from MattressFirm a few years ago andI was overpriced and never given the correct equipment even after countless calls to customer service and the salesman who sold me the mattress. Despite that, I chose to reach out to MattressFirm again in order to give them another shot.I called and got ahold of Zach at the West Jordan MattressFirm. All I was looking for was a twin size box spring because I had just spend 2 hours assembling a new bed for my daughter only to realize it needed a box spring. Shout out to Wayfair for not putting that in the product description LOL.Zach at first sounded very helpful, telling me that I could go to a warehouse and pick one up the same day. The price he quoted me though was a lot higher than all the ones I had seen online. I asked him if there was any specials and he said that MattressFirm would price match any competitor. I told him I had found many box springs online ranging from $80-$120. He said he believed me and would drop the price to $129.99. None of this sounds like price matching to me lol. I asked if I could send him the quotes I found and he said I could via text. I sent him 3 quotes to start. He started to review them and while doing so I asked if they price matched all competitors or only some. He confirmed that they would match anyone. I explained that some of the best quotes I found were on Amazon.com for $88. Zach then proceeded to try and tell me that Amazon was an “auction” website and that I was most likely looking at a used product and being sold at “cost”.Amazon is NOT an auction website. He clearly was getting confused with eBay and wasn’t reviewing the quotes I was sending. He started to sound like he was going to price match it because he knew the product I sent was comparable. Half way through saying “give me one second” he switched tactics and said he needed to hang up with me and that he would text me the work order with the lowest possible price on it.This was the moment I knew I was getting swindled and cold shouldered.I agreed, hoping Zach would do the right thing and price match in according to his company’s promise. Instead I was sent a work order for $134.99. He had already told me that regardless of anything, he would discount the price to $129.99 and couldn’t even honor his own promise from the beginning.I called the store back to ask to speak to Zach to find out what was going on and determine where the disconnect was. I conveniently couldn’t speak to him (he wouldn’t take my call) and I had to speak to another lady instead. She said “oh he never saved you order in our computer”. I asked if it was because he knew the quote was incorrect and he was trying to fix it in order to resend it to me. She was completely at a loss and sounded like she didn’t know what to say. I could hear Zachs voice in the background saying words like “box spring” & “price match”. I asked the lady if he was standing next to her feeding her what to say and she said “oh…..uh……no. Ummm, he’s with another customer right next to me. Do you want me to have him call you back?” I said “yes please that would be great” and I explained that I would text over more quotes from competitors other than Amazon while I waited for his call.I sent Zach 5 more quotes from other companies besides Amazon while I waited for his call. I said “hopefully the other prices from other companies would be considered more comparable”.He NEVER called me back.I ended up calling a couple other places in the area and explained what was going on. I quickly found a company in the area who was able to get me a new box spring and matched the price of $88.Here’s the deal…..when I first called, all I wanted was just to get a box spring and was willing to pay the full price. Zach’s “batch and switch” b/s though made me not want to do business with MattressFirm.

Im very happy with my mattress and adjustable frame. I had purchased 2 beds for my teenage boys about a few months back. The are so comfortable.The adjuster is nice so you dont have to use a million pillows. This will be great for when I get my knee replacement surgery coming up. thank you

Great selection of mattresses from price to comfort. Cat was the most professional, knowledgeable sales associate I have dealt with in a long time. Highly recommend at least going there to take a look.Placed an order for a king size medium intellibed on 2/20/21. Had to drop the rating a bit due to delivery issues. Delivery scheduled for the 3/1/21, we were contacted on 2/28/21 which is the day before delivery and told a delay has come up the new delivery date is 3/12/21. Not sure if this is typically trending this direction lately but just be aware that it is happening. I think mattress firm should be able to confirm these dates a lot closer to the actual date they tell you.Update: Received mattress and other items on the 12th. The delivery and communication was great. Thanks.

Well when we arrived, we were promptly greeted and allowed to shop, Bo was our salesman he had showed us all the bells and whistles of the adjustable frame we were fond of, he told us of the wifi features that it had, we were sold,We signed papers, and were on our way we waited patiently to for the weekend when it was supposed to be delivered we then found out that it had been postponed we were still very enthusiastic about our new bed set so we waited patiently when the bed set arrived it was a bit of a disappointment to find out that the Wi-Fi features were not available on the bed that was delivered only to find out it was an older model on the showroom floor that had the Wi-Fi features I called the salesman I talk to Bo and he got back with me after a short. Of time after he talked to his manager and said the Wi-Fi feature enabled us to have a second way of controlling the bed the reason I wanted the Wi-Fi feature was to have a second way to control the bed he then told me they would order me in a remote that could be programmed to run with the remote we had so we both had remotes he then offered a Wi-Fi module that wasnt going to be out until the next year still hopeful we decided to give it time for the remote to come in after a while we hadnt heard anything so we decided to stop by the store only to find out that Bo had dropped the ball not only did he drop the ball but he no longer work there so nobody had any idea that we were waiting for anyting and the remote had not been ordered Chuck Lindsay another salesman at the store picked up where Bo had dropped the ball he had talked to his manager and they offered me a solution to my problem Chuck is great I would definitely send my friends to him overall the experience was was good they do take care of their customers if they are aware that theres a problem if it was my choice to buy here again I definitely would but go see Chuck hes a good guy

Came in today not knowing anything about a mattress. Right when we came into the store we felt very welcomed. Cathy helped us out ! She first gave us information about all the purple mattresses. She was well informed about each and every mattress. I’m very glad we went in today. I recommend going to this Mattress Firm, and asking for Cathy!

The folks at Mattress Firm were very friendly and helpful when we selected our mattress. They were able to quickly answer all our questions and knew all the details about each product by heart.

Generally, I feel like we are not the easiest of customers. We ask a lot of questions and can be difficult. Nicholas was great to be patient with us and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience or bothered by our questions or concerns. We walked in planning to look and get a feel for what we like. We ended up buying a mattress for 47% off. I cant wait for it to be here Wednesday. My only complaint is that I felt like we had to haggle for the price a little. I wish they would have just advertised their lowest possible price instead of being able to drop it when we asked them to.

The lady who helped us was amazing especially since she said she had just recently started working there. But one of the gentleman there was rather rude when I said she was amazing stating that we didnt buy anything. I never give 5 star reviews but this one is well deserved. From the second I walked into the Jordan Landing store, Bill was there to greet us with a warm Welcome. Usually Sales Men/Women bug me but Bill was different, he was empathetic and even took the time to go over different options and listened to my needs from mattress preference to budget. Not once did he try to push us into buying something and was very patient as I was being indecisive. I left the store with an Awesome deal and a friend named Bill.

$500 for a bed frame they cant even make sure the parts will go together straight? Are you kidding me? Obviously no care goes into their products if its missing a button and its all uneven. Pathetic. Update: Just got my mattress and base. They left some zip ties laying under the bed that I found and theres a hole in the mattress. Really showing what the company is about here.

This place is great. We went in to try and find a comfortable bed for my son. Cat was super helpful. She had him laydown on 3 or 4 beds and then we went over to the wall of beds. She pulled at least a half dozen out and had him try them out. Based on what he said she pulled out the next one until we found the perfect bed for him. She also asked what our budget was and made sure to stick under that. All in all a fantastic experience!

I called Rory at the West Jordan store to see if he could help me with a platform for my queen bed. I told him I wanted to pick it up do that day. He said that the warehouse closed at 5 so I had about 25 minutes. He said he could help he over the phone if someone else could drive me there. He wrote it up, called the warehouse to tell them I was on my way, and sent me a link to pay. It was so perfect and I left the warehouse at 4:58 pm with my platform. He obviously knows what he is doing and he was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will buy my next mattress from him.

I went into the store with a strange request. All I needed was a bed frame for a mattress. Rory was awesome he didnt have one at his store but phoned Chuck and he had one. I went to the Mattress firm because I needed a new bed to help with my lower back. My salesperson BILL was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a bed that would help with my pain management.
