Armando was amazing. Just needed to get my driver tire patched up and he was great to get it done for free. Did have to wait a bit though since its busy but thats a given. This location has been good overall.

Absolute worst place to go for any service on a car I had an alignment done for $150 and my car still pulls to the right there was absolutely nothing done. Another lady while I was sitting there had came in with a nail in her tire they told her that it was the opposite tire left the nail in the right side and then when they went to give her her car the gentleman helping her walked out with her and her tire was completely flat 😳

Paul always takes care of us. We have been doin business with paul and the Big-O team for years and they always give the greatest prices and the best service from anywhere. Big-O is the only place i trust wit my show cars and race cars.

We’ve been customers for years and they are usually good to work with. Took our van in for new tires before a big road trip back in July. Paid to have the tires mounted and balanced (obviously). However they did NOT balance the tires. So we ended up having to take the van in AGAIN on a Sunday to a different tire shop (Big O is closed on Sundays). Very frustrated with our experience. When we got back from our trip we called them and they made it clear they’re not interested in retaining long-term customers. Refunded us for the mounting and balance cost but were reluctant to even give us that. They did not hold themselves accountable for the huge inconvenience they caused us during our trip. On vacation or not, having to spend an extra two hours at a tire shop on a Sunday for work that you already paid to have done is ridiculous. They refused to acknowledge that on the phone and because of the way the conversation went we won’t be going back.

I got a nail in my tire and it caused a slow leak. I brought my car into Big O told them what was wrong, they put my car on the lift repaired and patched up the leak. Best part of it all, they did not charge me for the patch up. What a great end of my work day. These guys @ Big O are the best!

Really excellent customer service, but Id recommend choosing elsewhere if you work on your own car.Ive had the tire studs on my care stripped by this location twice on routine tire rotations, the first time, it was found at the next rotation, they fixed the mistake and replaced the stripped studs free of charge.Ive since started replacing my own oil (reasons unrelated to this store) and I find it much easier if I take off the wheel when I do so. Found a stripped stud and brought my car in. This time, because I took off the wheel, they wouldnt fix it like they did last time, for liability reasons... It still got fixed, but it cost a fair bit. The thing that stings the most about it is that I wasnt informed there was going to be charges till they finished...They way I read it, they dont trust their customers to take off/put on their own wheels. So if you do any maintenance that needs taking off the wheels *not at this location*, dont bother. Theres plenty of local tire shops in West Jordan that are likely more DIY friendly.

I went to this location a couple weeks prior to getting a set of tires put on just to get some estimates. Ramiro went through many different tires with me and showed me all the prices and details of each one. He took the time and went back and fourth over a number of them showing me all the specs and features. He gave his personal opinion which made things much easier for someone who doesnt know a lot about tires. Today I went back to buy my set and again, he went over a few and we chose a great set. Im very thankful for Ramiro and the compassion and kindness he showed me. He was very personable and made this transaction effortless. I will always come back to this location and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I took my truck in to this Big-O for the first time, my wife got me a leveling kit for Father’s Day. They got the leveling kit installed quickly and it turned out great! I am very happy with how it turned out. When I was driving home, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped off the truck. I called and was told that they would need to review camera footage to see if they could verify it was cracked while there or not, which I completely understand. It did take a day or so, so I called back to follow up. I spoke with Romero and he let me know that they couldn’t see anything on the camera footage, but said that he was going to take care of it for me. I was able to drop the truck off and they replaced the windshield that day, free of charge. I was very impressed that Romero trusted me in that the windshield was not cracked before having it in their shop(I did take a before picture right before dropping off the truck which showed no crack in the windshield). Without video proof it was cracked there, it wasn’t their responsibility to take care of it but they did. Very great experience overall with this Big-O and Romero. I’ll be back soon for wheels and tires to go with the leveling kit.

I brought my car in to have my emissions done for my registration renewal. I had recently put new tires on so I had them check the alignment as well. A couple of specs were out and a few were on the edge of the spec. The alignment tech adjusted the bare minimum he had to do to show all “green” on the paperwork, leaving one at the exact edge of the spec and a few within a fraction of a degree from being back out of spec. I didn’t examine the paperwork very closely and headed home. I returned to have them redo the alignment “4 wheel” that I paid for, two days later. A different tech spent some time on it and it looked like he had it pretty decent. Upon further inspection of the paperwork the next day I see that the tech had modified the specifications for my car to show everything in the“ green“ once again, still not adjusting the tire that was at the edge of spec to begin with. This car has 36000 miles, no accidents, “I purchased it new,” it shouldn’t be difficult. The service writer was helpful the entire time but I don’t know if he knew what was taking place as well. Needless to say I won’t be going back a third time, or ever for that matter. I’ll go get a real alignment elsewhere. Two stars only because Victor the service writer was helpful.

The new store is beautiful. This place is crazy busy all the time, but there are at least two or three sales associates or service managers checking with you when you come in. Victor has been my point man for the past two visits. Friendly, helpful. I like the improvement to this corner of the city. Keep up the great work.

I called around for quotes on 4 new tires with the best deals but with a high mileage warranty and when I called Big O I spoke with Ramiro. He gave me all my options, explained all the best deals offered, and there was no pressure to buy. I was in and out of there in no time, and all the guys I spoke with while there Victor, Paul, Armando, Jayden and Jose were knowledgeable and friendly and I would trust! I’ll be taking my car there every 5,000 miles to maintenance my tires and I know I’m in good hands!

Love these guys! Fast, efficient, friendly. If some other maintenance comes up they explain it clearly and are never pushy about up-sales. Because of their honesty, I trust their recommendations=]And a plus; no masks!

If your looking to waste a lot of time and money then be my guest. Service was decent inspection was just down right horrible. It seems like all they like to do is take your car and go on a Sunday drive with it.

I always get excellent customer service whether it’s personal or work vehicles. The new location is twice as big with more bays to get you out the door faster. The waiting room upstairs is huge with plenty of room to work on a laptop, watch tv, or keep the kids entertained. Hit up Ramiro for excellent service.

So I ran over a pair of scissors ✂️! I called BIG O and talked to Victor he gave me a quote on a new tire. I have always bought my tires from this BIG O. When Victor looked at it he said we can just patch it up. He saved me $215. The staff is great and the new store is so much better then the old one that has been there since I was in elementary. You cant go wrong with BIG O in West Jordan.

I took my car to Big-O in West Jordan today to have my tires checked because I trust them with car. I have been going here for 2 years now, and they are always busy but still offer great customer service & explain to me what maintenance my car needs. I am not that person to write reviews, but I am so disappointed in them. I arrived 10 maybe 15 minutes before they opened. Which is at 7:30 am. I was one of the first to be here. I had a tire rubbing problem that I wanted them to look at and fix immediately. They told me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to do so. 2 hours later I was still waiting. They said at 9 they would go test drive it. They did and it took 36 minutes to test drive to see what the problem was. We all know it doesn’t take almost 40 minutes to see what’s wrong. After 2 hours and 15 minutes they told me I needed new tires and a suspension which is not true. I just got knee tires in may. So I was clearly not buying it. I took my car and left. Waste of time. Highly would not recommend going over there. I mean if you want to waste time and money then be my guess.

These guys are the best! They have great customer service. I bought a new set of tires and within 2 weeks I ended up with a slow leak in one tire. I took my car back in and they were on top of it. 45 minutes later, they had removed a nail and the tire repaired with no extra charge.

We found a great deal for the tires I need for my Nissan Rogue $108 per tire. When I went to the appointment I verified the price of the tires before leaving my car. I was told that the price was correct but there would be fees for installation etc. which I was expecting. I figured an extra $200 at the most. When I went to pick up my car it was more than DOUBLE $850.00.When I asked why the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed. Turns out they did some services and added insurance for the tires with out asking me first. Plus they charged me $227.50 dollars in labor costs. My car was there for 1 hour and the labor was suppose to be included in the other fees. I got them to go down $100 dollars but that was it. It ended up being $750.00I feel like they took advantage of me because I went in there without my husband. He had to work. If you are a women looking for an honest place to take your car please go somewhere else.

My son has used Big O in West Jordan for many years for tires and for service/maintenance on his personal and work vehicles. I can see why. They have always been extremely good at things like fixing my flat tires and checking the air pressure on my Spyder. Today Armando took a 16 trailer tire that could not be repaired and re-mounted a new tire. I took the time to price compare with Sams Club, Discount, E-Bay, Amazon, Les Schwab, and Burt Brothers. What a waste of time! Big O was the best price. I anticipated just leaving the wheel and picking it up later. They took the wheel out on my vehicle, mounted and balanced, put the wheel back in my truck all in about 15 minutes. Thank you Armando and all of the other great people at the new expanded store! You have earned my business!

I brought in a loose wheel that was toast, I told Armando I needed to purchase 4 new tires but had to get the loose wheel done first so I could bring them the truck. To my surprise they had it done in probably 10 minutes. I brought my truck down and it was done within 2 hours. For it being a spur of the moment drop off I was very impressed! Armando is the only guy I’d trust in all of the valley to be sure I’m taken care of!

Used to love this big o. My family serviced our cars here for the last 4-5 years. Recently in the past year we have had one negative experience after another. There are now additional service charges just to diagnose & things that are said and then not followed through on. Went to there grand opening today with the intention to enter to win new tires before I went into work today. It was was advertised as all day and I was told to come back later to enter drawings because it is now only 10am-3pm. Wasted my time. Was intending to also schedule work on a tire change for this weekend and other engine work. Very disappointed and no longer trust this location. Will go elsewhere for future services.

Youre better off going to another location. None of the employees were wearing masks, including when they drive your car. They also charge $40 more (140 vs 100) for a four wheel alignment than the other Big O locations in the valley. I usually go to the Sandy Big O on 7th east and its a much more pleasant experience.

Took my skid steer tires to recycle 20 of them. Was smooth from start to finish..

New location is really nice. Waiting upstairs and down. Upstairs the remote is available so you can watch different channels.

I took my car in for a small brake noise. I was told I needed suspension work along with rear brakes done. I let them know I was getting a second opinion, as I had just had the suspension looked at. I asked for the price quote to be emailed to me (it never was). I took my car immediately to the dealership. They took a look and said who the hell told you your suspension was bad. They agreed on the rear brakes needing replacing, however, they double checked the suspension and it was good. I have a camera in the car that recorded the whole inspection by Big O, and no where on the recording does it show the tires being removed to check anything. I guess they are just so great, they can tell whats wrong without the tires being pulled. Even when the car is off, a jolt to the car will start the camera to start recording, so it would catch everything. So the $2400 quote I got from Big O was less than $500 at the dealership.

Lof all done very well of course, as well as replacing a blown tire—-Paul Gibbons went out of his way as my son did not have his receipt for the original purchase. Paul called the town where the purchase was made, verified the information so the tire could be covered by the warranty. This focus on the customer is why we have all of this kind of work done on all 4 cars for many years at Big Os across the state.Thank you,Dave and Parker Norton

These guys have helped me several times. Bought rims and tires for a great price. They always have quoted work at reasonable rates and have even fixed several flats for me at no charge.

Polite customer service, however I went in a few months ago and was told they would replace the dead bulbs on my vehicle for a serviceable fee on top of other maintenance. However, checking the tail lights and other compartments they hadnt even touched or bothered with any of them after having been paid.

I’ve put tires on my last two vehicles here and I’ve been very satisfied each time. There’s no upsell at all. I put very nice tires on the family van and cheaper but still quality tires on my personal truck. Today I had a large screw in one of my expensive tires. I brought it in and within 15 minutes they had patched the tire and I was on my way. No charge and the manager personally made sure I was taken care of. It’s the little things that will keep me coming back to this location. Thank you!

Highly recommend their services! Came in for a second opinion on getting my tire repaired after being told I needed a new one. I received excellent service from Ramiro. He was honest and repaired my tire. They were fast too, I was in and out quick which was nice since my kids were with me. The repair was really affordable.

Pretty good location, good service by the mechanics and do there best to get your vehicle fixed, in/out so your back on the road, down side is they can be very busy. Small waiting area with a unisex bathroom. And little candy vending machine. And a play area for the kids. Gas station, grocery store and few food choices near by.

We brought our vehicle here for an oil change a week ago.A few days after, white smoke was coming from under the hood and we could smell burning.We took the vehicle to the dealer and the vehicle was found to have a blown gasket and leaking oil everywhere.My question is, how in the world did Big O not notice this? I asked the technician specifically about this, and they had no doubt that it would be noticed during an oil change.This location has declined in the last 6 months and I have been wary of trusting them. This validates that. Avoid this location!

Not sure if I caught the staff on a bad day. Found an awesome deal online for an oil change, tire rotation and some fluid checks. They quoted me 69.00 over the phone, I was like awesome!I waited for almost two hours, and when it was time to check out my bill came to 94.00. Money is not a huge deal for me but I cant imagine if someone who walked in that was tight on cash had this happen. Adding three extra quarts of oil should have been communicated end of story.Please inform customers when you need to add a service as this was a huge inconvenience not to mention sales fraud.

I visited just yesterday and, Victor assisted me with patching a hole in my tire that was left by a nail. There were many cars but he still delivered great service with a smile and, the wait was not bad. It was worth the wait and, everyone there is always so cordial and polite. They greet each customer with enthusiasm and, with a smile that can be heard in their voice even though we are all wearing masks. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank You! Big O Tires.

I have always had a great experience at this Big O. The people that work there are very friendly and caring. If I ever have any concern or questions they truly listen. They are normally very busy but they work hard so you dont have to wait very long.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Repaired a tire that Firestone was not repairable just so they could sell me a new tire. They screwed themselves, IBought a set of 4 tires from Big O.

If you take your car into this shop and they have their “mechanic” tell you that you need any kind of work on your car DON’T DO IT! I spent over 4K in the last 6 months because I trusted their input. Long story short my car was making some noises and I took it to Tunex across the street. He told me my oil was completely empty and confirmed there were no leaks. And I had my oil changed by Big O just a couple month prior, or so I thought. I don’t know if it’s some new “mechanic” there, but in years past I’ve never had issues with taking my cars in, so they did gain my trust. It’s unfortunate I had to learn the hard way and may still have to pay more money to actually fix my issues. From reading other reviews, it seem as though other people were told they had similar issues as myself (suspension, alignment etc.) come to find out Big O was giving quotes 4x the amount of other shops.

I would give zero stars! Leaving customers in tears is not okay! Lifetime warranty you will never get what you pay for! You will take your flat tire back multiple times they will fight you on replacing the tire and then tell you they will call the cops for coming in the there store! Never work with Paul he was very rude and left me in tears and even throw away my paperwork. He threaten me and had me come pick up my car after hours!!
