Honestly I was so impressed by this company. I shattered my phone on some rocks and I called that day and my phone was fixed within the hour. Amazing service, they were so helpful, and my phone looks amazing. Incredible job and so happy with how it turned out!

I wish I could leave a 5, but Im just so frustrated. I brought in a shattered phone that was fully functional and left with a pretty screen that doesnt work on my most used apps...Made an appointment online and came in no problem. Be warned that when you make an appointment online it will only quote you the cost of the screen, but not mention the labor charge theyll add.They said my phone would be fixed within an hour, which it was, but the unfortunately whatever screen they gave me had issues.I mentioned it to them before leaving the store and they said they would replace it right then and there. I was appreciative they were willing to fix it, but had to wait another hour for it to be ready.I pick it up, it looks great, and I head out. While using my phone, Im discovering that certain parts of the screen are not working correctly. So after spending TWO HOURS at a location I went out of my way to because of the positive reviews, I will now have to try another location and hope that they are actually able to fully fix my phone.I work 60-80 hours a week, so having to spend so much time on what should have been a simple fix has been frustrating to say the least. I do want to at least say that the 3 staff members I interacted with were all very kind/helpful, but unfortunately my phone isnt actually fixed.

I was terrified to get my iPhone battery replaced but when my husband cracked his screen we took both phones to Fixit Mobile and had a great experience. They finished both phones within the time frame quoted and everything works perfectly. The West Jordan Location has many restaurants within walking distance so you dont even have to leave the parking lot while you wait. I highly recommend them!

Went in for a screen repair. Called ahead to get a quote for the repair. The employee provided me a quote of $192. Took my phone in signed a document and was told an hour. When I came back an hour later the phone was done and the girl says “I quoted you the wrong phone so instead of $192 it’s going to be $371.”Then she sits there and says “I didn’t know if you’d still want to do it.” What choice do I have at that point?! The repair is done and it seems to have been done well and in the time described. However, nearly doubling the price is absurd and uncalled for. I would’ve rather they not done the repair and verified that I was prepared to pay that price.Update: Spoke with Amanda at the store expressed my frustration and she took care of the situation. Repair was good and completed quickly. Please visit these folks.

I took my Galaxy S9 in to the West Jordan location because I was adding a 256 Gig chip for more memory but I could not get my phone out of the cover. (It was too tight) Brooklyn sat down and had the phone out of the case in 10 seconds without damaging the phone. She also put the chip in the phone for me and even put the phone in the new (easier to get out) case. All For No Charge! When was the last time a business did that? Great Customer Service. They told me one price and then tried to up-sell me on a sketchy product, I know those that invented it. It is now technologically passé. To fix a screen for two IPhones (7s and X) was $587, tax, labor, etc. they told me it would be &79 per phone. I told them I wanted just the screen fixed and it was about $400. The staff is nice enough but the bait and switch is not appreciated.

They were very professional and kind. They were upfront with expectations and what they would be able to do. I dropped it off and a little less than an hour it was ready for pick up. I will always go here first for any repairs or cleanings in the future. Thank you so much!!!

Great company. We had them repair a broken iPad screen. They were great and fixed quickly. After realizing the screen was defective they stepped up and fixed it again without any hesitation. Went in with a very old phone that wouldnt turn on. It had old pictures of family pet that has passed away. Christian went out of his way to make sure we were able to recover the photos. He took up easily 30 min or more of his time and didnt charge us. His kindness will make my daughters day. Thank you Christian! Had a destoryed iPad screen from a toddler tantrum. Took it in to Fixit, Arick who helped me was awesome. Quickly looked at it and let me know hed be able to get it done today. If he couldnt said theird be no charge. He got new glass installed within a couple hours for a decent price.

I went in to get my iPad air 2 LCD screen replaced. Arick was fantastic to work with he estimated that it would take about 4 hours for him to be able to get it finish, due to other customers that came in before me. He called me about 2 and half hours later to let me know it was ready. I was shocked that it was done so much earlier than I expected. It has worked fantastic since.

They are the best. I Came in today for my iPad that I couldn’t get to charge, they fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes free of charge.

Even with ordering a part, they got the repair done in a week and for much cheaper than the other places I had approached. They were also very personable and good at keeping me up to date about the status of my repair. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and honest employees. I brought in an iPad and Apple Watch that had both shattered, and the gentleman that helped me was upfront and honest that it would not be worth fixing and I’d be better off buying new items. I really appreciate that, rather than just trying to make a few bucks off me. Next time I’m in need of a repair I’ll definitely be bringing my business to them. Side note in response to another comment, both employees were wearing masks and wearing them properly.

Kids usually receive hand me down phones, especially when they are a certain age. Well thats what happened. 11 yrs old and doesnt understand the price of electronics. Dropped his phone and eventually the screen went kaputz during Pokemon battle. Sure he could have gotten a new free phone. You know the ones you cant get to do what you want, cause it doesnt have the power and is cheaply made. Or fix the phone that does what he wants, and wont cause gamer rage when playing games. He wants phone fixed, with his own money, cause he broke it. (Good kid) I take it here, to get it fixed. For the price I paid, it would have been just as much as paying the deductible on a phone with insurance. Beauty of this is, not only did they get it fixed in 45 minutes (2hrs 15min less than quoted). The price included free case, reenforcement of water repellent, and screen protection. It also came with a warranty that of it gets broken again, it gets fixed again, for no cost. Better value than paying deductible, imo, and didnt have to wait for days. Definitely recommend coming and getting your phone fixed here, when disaster happens. Saved me from hearing the whining that would have happened.

I shattered my iPhone X screen the day before leaving on a trip. They were able to get me in the next morning and were a competitive price and had my screen in stock. I had called around to a few other places that didn’t have my screen or were more expensive. I also got the tempered glass put on before leaving and it’s great quality. It has been over and month with no issues with my phone. Great friendly service.

What an absolute joke. I brought my Pixel 3 XL in to have the glass back replaced after getting cracks. The first time they sent it back I noticed that the camera lens cover was no longer sitting flush but I was happy to just have a phone again so I overlooked it.I brought my phone back to them again for a couple of different reasons.The fingerprint sensor was sliding down behind the back of the phone, the flash diffuser had slid into the back of the phone, there was a sizable gap between the phone and the back, and lastly the microphone was not working.After they fixed it they gave it back to me with the microphone working, the lens cover still not sitting flush, the diffuser back in place, the fingerprint sensor in the right spot, and lastly a new giant gap between the back cover and the rest of the phone. Its worse than when I brought it in! Its not even centered and is hanging off on one of the edges. When I expressed concern I was told that was the best they could and still keep the fingerprint sensor in the right spot.Ill be taking my phone to another company that has a better idea of what they are doing.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

The quality of the work is great. They completely it relatively quick. My only issue was when I went to pay they charged me for the wrong glass, but a secondary visit in and they fixed their mistake and apologized. So solid experience.

Lance was amazing! He fixed my problem very quickly and gave some really good advice. He went way above and beyond and took the time to answer all my questions even though I came into the store right at closing time. I will most definitely be recommending and coming back if I need my phone fixed again!

I do not recommend this location, absolutely terrible experience. I brought my phone in to have the broken screen repaired. After it was returned to me, a few days later the loud speaker failed. I took it back to the store, a different employee took it apart, examined it, and determined that the previous employee used too much adhesive and some of the adhesive got into the speaker. They offered to order a new speaker and replace it free of charge. However, shortly after returning home with my phone, the touch screen stopped responding. I took it back yet again, they opened it up, told me the screen started working again, put it back together, and gave it back to me. I went home... 30 minutes later the touch screen stopped responding again! I took it back again, they opened it up now for the 4th time, and discovered some micro dust on the contacts for the touch screen, they cleared it off, and I took my phone home for the final time. The screen has been working fine since then. BUT now, 2 weeks later ( still waiting on the loud speaker by the way) the adhesive is failing and my screen is coming off... Im done letting them open up my phone over and over and over. Im just going to buy a new phone. So thank you FixIt Mobile for costing me $400-$600 dollars plus what I spent to have you fix my screen but otherwise break my phone. I feel that FixIt mobile should pay for my new phone but Im sure they wont.

I had my iPad screen replaced here. I am now having issues with the touch screen. I have texted, Christian, the manager twice with no response back. I’m furious that I’m getting no help. I cannot call during the day, so my form of communication has to be through text, that Christian started to check in and now that I’m having problems, no responses. Poor service. Poor product.

They were fast and friendly and very respectful of our limited tech knowledge. We will definitely go back again when we need help with our cell phone.

Christian and Brook were Awesommmmmmmeeeee!!!!! They were both on top of everything-from greeting me at the door to helping me fixing my cracked iPhone! Christian explained that I was missing screws for my phone and I figured that was the problem with the other place they fixed my screen! I would definitely recommend this place to fix phones.

Took my phone in cause my screen was black. The guy fixed it within seconds for free. So thankful I didnt have to get a new phone.

So, my phone got ran over in a parking lot. Long story short, my almost brand new phone got its screen demolished. Im talking cracked, flashing green and just sad. They had me pay for the new screen, which they needed to ship in, and labor which clocked in at $425. In exactly a week my phone is back good as new. They had great customer service and always looked to give me the best deal! Thank you guys!

Faster than they claim, which is nice. They take very good care of my devices whenever Ive needed their help. The upsells they offer are at least applicable and good solutions. Have bought the upsells from time to time. Really has become my go to for credible help and products for my devices.

My phone wasnt charging properly, so I came in for a replacement part. Rather than charging me a lot for a replacement he cut right to the problem, and cleaned the port. Honorable work.

Best phone repair experience. the people who work there where quick and efficient and vary friendly. They had me in and out in 15 min. Last place I looked said it would be about 2 day before I got my phone back. They seemed eager to work on my phone i hadnt even payed yet and they where wanting to get it started. I decided to take my phone swimming at Jordanelle and, shockingly, part of the camera stopped working. I brought it in, one of the employees (Lance, who is fabulous) helped diagnose and order the part, and a few days later everything was fixed up good as new. Working camera, working phone, happy me. Everything was easy and well communicated.

The people who work here are so nice, they got my phone fixed on the short end of their time estimate, and it looks brand new. It cost like $100 less than buying a new one.

I brought in an iPad that had a piece of a charger connection stuck inside the charging port. They removed it quickly and even plugged it in to show me that it worked.Plus, the employee (Arick) even cleaned the screen for me. You can imagine what a big deal that was when I say, the iPad is used exclusively by my 6 year old son... ;)

I will start by saying that the service was amazing. Ashley was so helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything really well. So why the reason for only 3 stars? Because none of the employees there were wearing masks. I’m sorry, I haven’t been to a single business and haven’t seen the employees not wearing masks. It feels unsanitary, especially since it is proven to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.So again 5 star service, but really bugged no one was wearing masks.

I went there to fix my broken screen glass with little hope of renewing, but surprisingly within 20 minutes my phone was as new as you guess it. They even gave me warrant. These guys deserve TEN STARS.

Absolutely terrible experience. (Id check out DW Computer Resolutions instead for any computer repair.) We only needed a laptop keyboard fix. We were required to put down a full deposit up front. We were told that it would take a month for the keyboard part to arrive. After THREE MONTHS the keyboard arrived, but the store ordered the wrong keyboard part. After another two months, we called to check on the status. Apparently, the store had received the new keyboard weeks ago, but we were never contacted. We requested a refund of the initial deposit; refund received.

Did a good job at a good price. They followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well.

About 2 months ago I took my Macbook pro to fixit mobile to have the battery replaced. I got the laptop home, and though it powered up fine, the keyboard was not working so I took the computer back to Fixit Mobile to have the old battery re-installed into my Macbook as they were not able to determine the cause of the problem.After the reinstall, the Macbook would not even power up. That being the case, I asked that Fixit Mobile hold off on the refund until I was able to see if damage was done and would require me to open up a case. I brought the laptop to simply mac where it sat for 2 weeks due to backlogs before repair. 400 dollars later it was working properly with a new battery installed.FixIt Mobile had not damaged my computer, so I asked for the refund I was guaranteed earlier from fixit mobile. At this time the running around to fix this laptop had become insane, so I asked the store manager to send a refund check to my home so that I would not have to run from Sandy to West Jordan just to have my credit card refunded. He agreed.It is now over 3 weeks later and the check has not arrived. I called last week to inquire as to what was happening and was told the manager I spoke to had changed locations and a new manager was there who would call me on Saturday. That did not happen, so I called again today and was told by very polite staff that they were not sure when the manager would get back to me.Granted this is just 150 dollars but the process of getting the refund back without making a trip to the store has been absolutely painful with poor communication exacerbating those feelings.I would avoid doing business with this location again based on poor communication and inability to resolve a simple refund. I will likely just go into the store and have my credit card refunded.

My phone was dropped in some water causing my phone speakers to not work and I brought it here. Lance helped get the water out of my phone and got the speaker to work right when they closed. Lance wanted me to come back, just in case the problem came back. I came back to let them know that it was back to normal, but Ruby took the opportunity to clean the gunk out of my port and the speakers on my Pixel XL. I recommend these guys! They are someone you can trust with your mobile phone repairs! (Extra props to Lance and Ruby. Great people to work with!)
