If chocolate is what you’re looking for, this is the place. It’s like a heaven for chocoholics. Even the hot chocolate is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory whenever you are near. They have locations in many places in Utah. As a famous actor once said “I’ll be back.”

Okay Ill be honest here. They have great treats! Havent had one I dont like! But theyre way overpriced in my head. I got three Carmel apples and I paid over $22. They werent anything crazy either which is kinda annoying..... but I needed them for a friend and didnt have time to make them. However they did taste good so take what you get right? I dont want to give lower than 4 stars because the staff is very kind and helpful. Also accurate. And they do have tasty treats. But the price for the taste doesnt deserve the full 5 in my opinion

Was given a Carmel apple with MOLD on the bottom. Sad because we LOVE RMCF... we havent gone back since.

I used to love Rocky Mountain. Unfortunately I think theyve got less business now, which means the stock of treats is usually affected. I got several truffles recently and they all tasted old. How old do expensive truffles have to be to actually taste old? I dont know.My husband got the cold stone ice cream and that was great. I really do just think that they make more than they sell, and then keep it around till the quality suffers. Kind of sad.

The girl working was awesome. Quick, happy, and professional. The cake will be a hit in sure as well as the reeses cups.

Went in when they opened to buy apples and there were none in the cases asked if they had more and was told no they had people come by them yesterday. Love these apples but cant buy them if you dont have any. Very disappointed!

My kids wanted ice cream so I decided to take them here ice cream was good.. problem was I got 2 apples to go we got home and cut the apples and the apples were so old wet and mushy. My pecan bear tasted salty and old I think it’s something they should work on is making sure the apples are fresh.

Didnt go inside but they have great stuff like the Carmel apples and the new location is pretty awesome. Love what theyve done with the place

To say this place has gone downhill is an understatement. I used to be an avid fan of this place but the last 2 times I have been here will for sure be my last. Last time the chocolate tasted very old and poor quality, I thought it was a bad batch. This time was worse, the raspberry truffle left a horrible chemical after taste in my mouth after one bite. Popcorn from the movies cant get rid of the taste in my mouth. Save your money and find a different source for your chocolate craving.
