It’s a well organized store, but their items are way overpriced. And there aren’t any tags on the items so they don’t offer any tag deal days here. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

They have lots of items and they are all in great shape. I was amazed at the Halloween costume selection. We will be back in future years for costumes!

We had a pleasant experience at this goodwill location on Aug 16. Taylah, the goodwill representative at the cashier, greeted us and treated us with a professional manner. She deserves recognition for her incredible guest services. Thank you!

It is unfortunate that in places like these people are not respected and are discriminated against !!! because people from other countries also pay with the same money. The manager is terrible at resolving conflicts. He does not do his job well. And there is an old lady who is rude and despises people who buy who are not of the same race or speak English. That is if he treats Anglo-Saxons with respect and sympathy. That is discrimination! !!!! and it is ugly that such an old person does not know respect.

I really dont know how to rate my experience last week. I took a box of glasses & other kitchen items to donate. The gentleman who was taking items told me they dont take boxes. Ok, I was going to go home & bag them. But he took the box after I told him it was full of glass, that I had wrapped in newspaper to prevent breakage, & dumped the entire box into a bin. Then he said, good thing you wrapped them. I was speechless. I throw my junk or recycle it. I donate good items that we dont use or have never used. I like to think that someone can use what I donate. But this event has made me rethink donating to Goodwill. Im almost positive all my wrapped items were broken when they were dumped. My worry is someone getting cut when unwrapping them. Good grief.

I havent shopped here yet, but Ive donated here and the drop off process was very smooth. They did not require a reservation to drop off items and their drop off hours are longer then a lot of other places in the area.They do sort through your items as you are dropping stuff off, so its helpful if you have things pre sorted to help them out!

This goodwill location is awesome. Small but packed full of awesome stuff. Kept fairly clean so far and clothing is well sorted. Mainly go to find cassette tapes and wasnt disappointed.

So happy with this new location! Very well stocked always find great deals and the employees are willing to haggle with pricing issues overall great store and service. Definitely a bang for your buck!

Everything is neat and organized. The prices are decent and clearly marked, which makes shopping much easier. Finally, the employees were very friendly. Ill definitely return here.

They seem to not have daily deals anymore, and all of the clothing categories have one price. So all pants are $5.99. This is so stupid, majority of the clothes aren’t worth the price. They’re desperate for business... haha

Very clean location, one of my favorite locations to shop at and the friendliest staff !

Toy section is fairly small and not much room in between clothing racks.

This is just a post for a heads up -This location has no signage of discounts or promotion going on. They leave the responsibility up to the customer and not associate to keep track of the discount.The fitting rooms are closed, however you’re able to return items within seven days BUT it will be put towards a store-card and not back on your visa or cash. Just a heads up for those of you wanting to shop!I found it unfair for I need those funds in order to sustain myself but I sadly can’t get them back on my terms, good luck!

Great price for children’s clothes (toddler clothes don’t exceed $3 I think). Super fun to see what treasures you can find.

This is store is refusing to allow people with medical condition to shop. It is against the law to ask me to show you my medical paperwork. GOODWILL is breaking your HIPPA privacy.

For being brand new, this location is well stocked. I love thrifting and this store has a good atmosphere.

Will you stick to the same donation hours!! I have been trying to donate clothes 6 days in a row but the same rude lady who always answers the phone says the donation hours are closed for the day.

Your Donation crew is rude. Yelling at customers. Ill think twice before going back.

I like all goodwill stores in the Salt Lake valley, however, this new one has a different way of pricing and Im not so sure I like that as some are not worth it and others are worth more.

Very clean and organized, looked like they care about what they’re putting up on shelves for sell unlike other used item stores. Hopefully stays that way.
