Lucy and her team did such an amazing job in our kitchen. We had her company install new quartz countertops and remove/replace our kitchen backsplash. This woman knows her field extremely well and did an excellent job educating and communicating with my husband and I. This helped us know exactly what we were getting, how long it was going to take, and her team was here when they said they would be. Not only did we have a positive experience with her, she was reasonably priced as well, and beat many of the other bids we received around the valley.

We are finishing our basement and put a kitchen in it and a bathroom. We worked with Lucy from Elegant Universal Stone. She was really great to work with and gave us many choices. She gave us opinions but didn’t try to upsell us and respected our choices. The results were fantastic! It was just what we wanted. We got two other estimates and theirs was the best. I couldn’t be more pleased with my outdoor kitchen.. it is functional and beautiful. It has plugs for crockpots, ice cream machine, hot dog cooker and a deep farmers sink. The counter is ten feet long so it had to be seamed and you cannot even see it. lucy always responded to every question (even some lame ones). They communicated when they were coming and never left me hanging. I won’t go anywhere else to ever buy granite. I highly recommend their work.

We asked Elegant Universal Stone to fix a chip on our existing quartz countertop. They came out reasonably quick, were very professional using drop cloths and protecting our home from dust. When finished I could not even tell where the repair was. Perfect. They also noticed a few scuff marks caused by wear and tear, they took care of them while they were there. We are very happy with the work and will call them for repairs and when its time to replace. Thanks

We had the best experience with Elegant Universal Stone. We were first greeted by Sarah and she was on top of all options and designs. We left feeling satisfied with our choices for our 30 year old kitchen. Henry came to our home and created the templates for our countertops. A short time later we had the installers who were on task and left our kitchen looking lik new. ( you could not tell that they had been there-my kitchen was left clean). All of our expectations were fulfilled. Friends and Family were amazing and happy for us❣️

Their fabricators are so good and take pride in the work that they do and the product that they deliver. They do both residential and commercial projects. I picked elegant universal stone based on great reviews for Lucy and i wasn’t disappointed. Lucy was very knowledgable and was there to answer texts or questions through COVID, earthquakes and my own indecisiveness. She arranged meetings to fit my work schedule. This was a big project and i checked out many granite styles before i found my perfect fit. Lucy tried to talk me into an under mount sink but i wanted to stick with my old cast iron style. That option ended up not working and I bought a new under mount and Lucy was right! I have been very happy with my sink and countertops.

I searched a lot of places to find a matching slab for more countertop space and Elegant happened to have what I was looking for. Their staff was friendly and professional. Not to mention fast. A week for manufacturing and about 15 minutes for installation.

Overall Im very pleased with my experience. Henry literally could not have been better to work with. He was patient, helpful, easy to work with, and always responded quickly to my messages. My new granite countertops are beautiful. The only issue--and the reason Im giving 4.5 stars instead of 5--is the installers accidentally used white caulk instead of clear on about a four-foot strip of the backsplash. To their credit, they came right back as soon as I told them and cut out the white caulk and replaced it with clear. Unfortunately, some of the paint was scraped away and you can see the drywall paper behind the caulk in several places, so Im going to have to repaint that section. I am, admittedly, very picky, but when youre paying thousands of dollars for new counters, I dont think its asking too much for perfection. And Elegant was *this* close to perfection. The installers were great--fast, friendly, and on time, and Henry and everyone else I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my gorgeous quartz countertops. From start to finish, this has been the most seamless part of my remodel. Henry was professional, prompt, and does beautiful work. They had a unique quartz I couldn’t find anywhere else in the valley, they communicated regularly, responded to my questions promptly, and demonstrated such a beautiful eye — the layout of the design/grain couldn’t be more perfect or more striking.

Elegant Universal Stone installed my quartz countertop yesterday. It is beautiful! They have been easy to work with and their team of installers were very respectful of my home and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I shopped around and no one could beat their price. I’m totally satisfied!

They did really good craftsmanship work but there were some noticeable issues. The first being that I paid hundreds extra to have my countertop torn out and removed and taken to their shop for fabrication with the express reason of not having this stone cut inside of my house due to dust sensitivities. They removed it and I ordered a sink and a faucet set and a soap pump that was delivered directly to their shop, they didnt predrill any holes, or even make the correct cut they measured for so this ended up happening inside of my house, and they used no plastic or even a vacuum cleaner when they were cutting. This dust mind you is toxic and can cause death. I had to go and give them a talking too for them to turn on the vacuum. Further they didnt even bring plastic any time they came to work. They did not remember to drill all the holes and left, and to get them to come back and finish the job I had to withhold payment about a week. Oh and ya my entire basement is covered in their dust and there was no accountability for charging me extra to not have cutting in my house and than doing a lot of cutting anyways their mistake and then the holes. They then wanted to charge me the service transition fee of a few percent on the total. High quality craftsmanship, dont expect to not have drilling and sawing in your house even if thats whats agreed on. For the 1,500 I paid to have my countertop shortened and a new sink installed honestly I could have got a new natural stone countertop for cheaper from Home Depot.

This is actually the 2nd time I’ve used Lucy and her team for countertops! She is amazing. First of all, I like shopping for the best deal and her quotes are usually at or below competition. But more importantly than prices, she and her team are DEPENDABLE. We all know how frustrating it is to work with contractors and they never show up on time and they show up when they want without caring about your schedule. Both times I’ve worked with Lucy, her team came out on time for EVERYTHING from quote to template to actual installation. Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint.The quality of workmanship is top notch too. Her team is efficient yet very meticulous in installing your countertops perfectly. I’ve referred her to some of my friends and they all agreed that Elegant does a great job and at a reasonable price.

I am beyond disappointed and angry with this company. They messed up our counter top for our bar and took no responsibility for doing so. I have never worked with a more unprofessional ot untrustworthy company. I can understand making mistakes, but take accountability and try to make it right.
