Got what I purchased and sell quality products. The reason for the 3 stars is the shipping communication wasnt the best. Got my package about 2 weeks after purchase ( which isnt a problem to me), but did not get a shipping confirmation until 3-4 days before receiving package.

I feel they have a few logistical bugs to work out as far as their searching system goes, see the first purchase I made had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Somehow the second purchase didnt go quite as planned...The search 🔍 didnt lead me to what type of item I had searched for, there was a little bit of confusion and I received an item that was related to what I had searched for but Not what I was exactly looking for. However I Will Say theyre very professional in their return and exchange system.I have yet to fully complete that return, however they took all of the steps necessary to set me up for success and in your future, the very near future I will hopefully be able to procure the item that I had originally been interested in

They send you a email letting you know that it has shipped and a postal tracking number to check the progress. I would not hesitate ordering more items from them in the future as they I have been very reliable. As far as the knives go check the reviews and just remember good knives arent cheap and cheap knives arent good.

Very good as always quick shipping. My only gripe was that they did a signature confirmation without telling me. My mailepersons (all of them, ups, fedex, usps) dont like to put any energy into actually delivering packages so when there is a signature they dont even bother, even though Im home when mail is delivered 95% of time. So I had to schedule a pickup. Other than that bladeops is up with the best of them.

Needed warranty work on a knife that was engraved. Every other dealer wanted to swap it but I couldnt do that. They were the only ones to actually call the manufacturer and confirm Id get the same knife back.
