Kinda and courtesy people. Have to give David there a shout out, they where slow to load me but where very nice. They do prefer that you have your trailer washed out and fully fueled before arrival. Only down side is there is a gate with a code, and nobody is in the office to answer the phone to give you that code. Crab shoot if you can get ahold of them

Horrible place to work the management team is very rude and disrespectful. They accuse you for doing stuff wrong. The make you unwillingly work overtime 12 hour shifts. They are not understanding at all. Please save yourselves and don’t work for this company.

These guys are great! I had a 6am appt, got there about 2100 the night before just to park for the night and they went ahead and loaded me as soon as I arrived and still let me park overnight. Thanks guys, great job!

Loads always ready when they say it will be. Office staff is great.

They say they have issues with production or shipping line.I checked in yesterday and was told about 12hrs wait.Now, next day morning they say another 4-6 hrs in the best case scenario or another day in worst.Looking at other reviews it’s not one of the fastest place to get loaded.Other driver was told 36 hrs wait.So if you’re not ready for reset avoid their loads.We can stay here overnight or drop trailer and go outside.Their shunt truck will put trailer in a door if needed.

I come here pretty frequently for pick ups. This place is absolutely terrible. Count on being here a minimum 5 hours. I came here a month ago..on time.. waited 5 hours. Then last night...same thing. On time, waited 5 hours. And both times I was told the same excuse: we have been having technical issues. Reporting this place to the BBB.

Abysmal shipping and receiving office which they blame on the transportation office in New York. I check in two hours early. I get told that they might get me in early. That would be a change for this location. Then after my appointment time has come and gone I go back into the office. I find out that they don’t even have the product here to be shipped. It’s on a truck being unloaded it may be four hours before I get to a door. The clerk says don’t worry you’ll get detention. My time is worth more than whatever detention they pay. If anyone is an independent owner operator refuse to come here unless you want to burn an entire day.

Now more than 2 days late.customer service lady said I need a empty company said bobtail went back got one yard dog said he couldnt take it had no more room after all of that .company has empty here already local company load was susdposed to be ready Monday morning at 0900 it now almost Wed morning and still havent started it yet.The rideness of the kasyvin window rates less than 1

Very nice folks! Easy docking, plenty of room to maneuver and straight back. Truck entrance on Prosperity. Gated. Follow instructions on call box for entry. Given door right away. Loading was only 30 minutes. They also have free yogurt in the Shipping/Receiving office. Nice snack while getting loaded/unloaded.

The staff very friendly and professional.

I have read mostly positive reviews for this place but honestly shipping is very slow, checked in before half an hour from my scheduled appt time and it’s been more than 4 hours i m still on the door and they are still loading.

This place is horrible checked in at 1300 and 1830 still here went in office and shes like we are behind the lady in office we have people since 9 in the morning ovoid this company

Easy in and out! Got on door early and it only took about an hour to get loaded!!

Been here a few times on the back side . Not the quickest load but they dont take much more than an hour or two. Plenty of room to back. Nice employees

Very nice people

They do have overnight parking. Dont block driveway. Go to gate and press call button and #3 to enter. Will let drop trailer in case you want to go out. No early unloading in my case. Staff is courteous. Once i backed into door, they unloaded me in less than 30minutes.

So first off the yogurt is disgusting second off i get out of my car at like 8 at night and the smell of the air is so bad i have to run inside. but that’s no help cause my house now smells like it. figure it out cause it’s awful. smells like my toilet.

Horrible place to work, not reliable, they rather throw food away then to give it to the poor. Never missed one day of work and Never been late to this Job and i got laid-off without a explanation.

I come here about 300 days out of the year! Great place!

I have called this company almost everyday and no one is ever available to answer the phone. I have also called their main office and no answer .

24 hours operations, they would take you early but not like 5-6 hours early. Truck entry from prosperity drive, close to Sysco, nice place.

Laziest bunch of employs that work there I dropped my trailer on Saturday my appointment was on Monday I called them up to get loaded earlier so they said bring in your trailer we could get you loaded before your appointment so they finally got it loaded around almost 8am on Monday appointment was at 6am then I get there latter to pickup my trailer walk inside the office tell them about the PRE loaded trailer and instead of getting off his lazy butt and check the holder next to the window with all the other pre loaded trailers paper work he says we need your pickup # and the stupid yard guy jacks my trailer up to its max lift makes so I have to take a slug hammer to get it unstuck i would fire them all
