Best variety of vapes in any shop Ive been to. They also have a lot of CBD stuff I wanna try out. Staff is super nice and helpful, theres an ATM inside, and they have sales often. I tried switching smoke shops when I moved, but realized its worth the drive out to keep going here.

THEE place to go for all your smoke shop needs. I literally go across the valley to shop here even though theres dozens of other shops closer to my home. Best customer service AND prices! Ive been going here for years for these reasons and now theres a newer rewards program thats light years above and beyond awesome! Dont even bother looking anywhere else. I will not go to any other shop. If I’m going out of town I make sure and stock up. The employees are always welcoming and very helpful. I have yet to find a better selection or price on disposable vapes. If there is a flavor you are looking for they will have it. The owner is one of the most friendly and fair people I have ever done business with. To all the people that have put bad reviews on here I can imagine they are very difficult to please and did not give this shop a chance to make it right. They also have a great selection of coils tanks and mods. I also know that the prices on their “tobacco” tools and other such items is a price and quality that can not be beat. I could go on and on about how great this place is to shop but it is not necessary. If you try them once you will always return and they will be your exclusive shop as well.

They DO NOT OFFER WARRANTIES. Buying in this place is a lucky guess that you may buying a good or defective merchandise. At least they were helpful and told me to call the manufacturer in China as they offer 30 days warranty. This place sucks.

This place is the best place for authentic vapes! I guarantee it is real. Ive been here 5 different times and purchased 5 different items. ALL LEGIT!! Trust me smoke shopes will sell you fake stuff. NOT THIS PLACE!! Great prices. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE 20 MINS. ITLL BE WORTHWHILE!! The staff is really friendly and know what they are talking about. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Worst customer service ever!! I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life!! I get a better welcome at freaking Walmart!! These guys need a huge reality check. They think cause they have a shop they are golden but without customers you’re nothing. After reading the replies by the owner and staff to one star ratings they ask for ways to improve....BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don’t know how you are still in business. There is a smoke shop north of them on redwood road right by Smiths. You guys need to go take a few lessons.

Stopped in to purchase some juice and a new tip. Girl at the counter sold us the wrong size tip, at this point getting a little annoyed. Manager came out and we explained the situation. He pointed to the all sales final sign and I started to get agitated. But he totally turned that around and handled the situation perfectly. Gave us our money back for the tip we could not use and even offered us a free one when the get them in. So use to stores having zero customer service in this time of COVID that it was nice to go in some where that they actually treat people right.

Ive thought this shop was great for a while. I spend about 100 a week here on vape stuff, and the other day they sold me an empty box. Who opens and checks boxes while in the store? I went back and told the employee what had happened, showed my eagle scout id. I believe very highly in honestly and would not lie about something so petty. Like I said, I spend 100 a week here and thought they would take care of a faithful customer, but this is not the case. If you are going to shop, here which I would not recommend with how many other good shops are within a few minutes, open your boxes in the store and make sure theyre not scamming you

This place has pretty much everything with knowledgeable staff who will explain everything you don’t already about the products. This is the only smoke shop I got to because they always have what I need while other places either don’t have them or don’t have a selection as wide. I drive the 6-7 +miles because I know once I get there they will have what I need.
