Very nice people. Im not big on negotiating prices; I just want to be done with the transaction. Ive sat with some regret over the price Ive accepted for my trade especially since my stomach turned after the initial offer (got less than 50% of market value). The blame lies on me, but hoped that I could expect a bit better offer in good faith and that they touted the best trade-in prices in the valley. I spent over 3 hours there with the promise I would sell to them since they were kind enough to test every piece I brought in. I would still recommend this business as I realize they are only trying to make a profit. I would only caution you to not expect a price that is wholly reasonable you at the first offer.

Came here after searching online for a business to sell some unneeded possessions for cash. No regrets, they answered all questions honestly and I felt I was treated fairly with the best price. I worked with Thad, his attitude and pleasantness made the experiece a good one and I would recommend them for any precious metal estimate.

Amazing place. Super professional, educational and understanding. Came in seeing how much my wedding band is worth. Just cant ware it in my line of work and hitting some hard times. The gentleman who helped me really showed me my ring and educated me. I paid way more than what it was worth at Shane co and he realized that and wanted to show me how I could avoid doing that again. I really just wanted a silver band for now nothing fancy and he helped me find a really adorable cat ring. I am coming here when Im ready to upgrade my ring and customize it. Very honest, up front, very kind and just an amazing company. I wish I would have gotten his name because he truly made my day. I cried in my car from his kindness. You just dont find that much anymore but here you will. Thank you!!!

Fell on some difficult times and also needed some closure from my mothers passing. Tyson was absolutely the nicest person I have ever dealt with in regards to selling gold and jewelry. He was very sociable and understanding. Wish all places had individuals of this caliber. While I hope I may never have to go through what I have but if there is ever a time I need to sell precious metals my first and only stop will be Rocky Mountain and I will tell anyone about my experience.
