It is truly a relief to find someone so honest and trustworthy to entrust with my handguns and rifles. I recently contacted Richard with a handgun and rifle with what I thought were significant jams. I was anticipating several days and I was a little nervous about the cost. I was but only a mile down the road when they called me to say they were finished. Instead of sitting on the guns for a few days and charging me for the work, he did not charge me anything. On top of that, he also gave me some oil as I was collecting my guns to leave. This is an extraordinary example of customer service and honesty, and why small businesses are so important in the community.

Richard is awesome! Not only did he quote me a very fair price for some work on my rifle. He kept to his word and did the work as discussed. Very professional and great attitude go along way too. We have taken several guns to Badass Gunsmithing. He has done a great job fixing things, he always spends time explaining what he has done. He is our go to gun guy and his wife is a sweetheart as well.

If he handles clients anywhere close to how he drives I don’t know how he’s in business. Very aggressive and rude and drove in the center median on the freeway so I couldn’t get over a lane. Ridiculous.
