The new manager at this store is amazing. The store looks much better for a long time I had to go to the south jordan location to get my pre workout. I decided to give this store another chance since its the closest to me. I visited the store surprisingly it was opened. The store looked cleaner and the guys over there now are much more professional and knowledgeable. I am glad I can make my trips shorter again.

Hours are incorrect- wasted 30 mins of my time driving down there for false times posted. Unprofessional way to run a business, this is the bare minimum geez.

Almost every time I try and come to this location the doors are locked with a sign saying be back in 30 minThis is beyond frustrating. I waited outside for more than 30 minutes and nobody showed up to open the doors and do their job. This is the 3rd time Ive shown up to a sign saying someone left their post and they would be back in 30 minutesSomeone should get written up at this point.

First, the store is a mess.I think he was doing inventory? But paper towels were all over the floor.Second, his greeting was “Hey, do you already know what you’re looking for?”Third, he overcharged me and when I called him on in he shrugged his shoulders and said “Huh.”Still charged me and then when I checked the price and told him what it was, he said “Oh, I’ll give I’m store credit next time.” 🤣Hilarious that he thinks I’ll ever come back to this store. Holy cow.Customer service at its finest. 👌🏼

Its sad to see that employees really dont care about the business they work at.That shows lack of management and corporates clearly dont care about their store and employees.We Will never go back to GNC in jordanlanding where we waited out side for long periods of time for a person that puts a sign up saying they will be back in 20 mins and when they are back to the store to see they are not wearing a face mask the whole time they are working and wont help customers get merchandise from shelves or with knowledgable information about the products.

I worked for GNC some 5-7 years ago. This company is on its way out and bankrupt. Class-Action Lawsuits. Every time I need a supplement shop, I try to give GNC that one last chance. Only to be disappointed in myself for entrusting them again.Now, where do I begin? I worked in the Lehi location, South Jordan District and Draper on occasion. The South Jordan District had two boys working there who stole somewhere in the range of $10,000 - $20,000 range of merchandise. This retail chain has sold supplements that have taken peoples lives and then the banned prohormones. Overpriced junk. I have also been to the Foothill Drive location in SLC. The guy working there (before it closed) got to the point where he didnt even ring me up! He just would say ...ummmmmmm forty dollars). No receipt, no scanning no nothing.I lived in Fort Union Cottonwood Heights and I did occasionally go into the GNC there to get VPX Bang energy drinks before they were everywhere. As I was checking out, the merchant tries to scan an overpriced testosterone boosting supplement into my purchases. Ill let you decide on how that kind of sales practice sounds.Ive placed orders for PrimaForce Citrulline Malate from GNC via site and direct to my home, and the two times they shipped, the orders were lost. Never got the merchandise but a free sample bottle of Grapeseed Extract.Ive renewed my Go Pro Rewards account a couple of times. But I needed to see if I could have it refunded. I called customer service and I was told for the refund itself, I had to go in-store. I go to Jordan Landing and then I am told I need to go to the exact location where I made the purchase for the membership. What happens? Im told he cant refund it.This past Sunday to burn some time, I decided to naively give the store another go while I was in Sugarhouse. I ended up buying the fortified oatmeal product. The lady in the store said if I gave her my birthday, I could get the third one free. She never asked me for my birthday.I go to try and return the product at the Jordan Landing location only to discover after ONLY one return, Ive been blacklisted by their store. Honestly, its good riddance.Go to Good Earth and Vitamin Shoppe. Way better options. Besides, try and get your nutrition and calories from FOOD. Or support local shops. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience in Good Earth or Vitamin Shoppe (even the Sugarhouse location that was closed).

I have been to many GNC‘s throughout the state.The Jordan landing store in-particular is the only one I will ever go to.The manager Brenda was very helpful, polite and respectful and is the reason I will return. The supplement industry is saturated with crooked companies so this store was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for existing

Signs say open but the doors are always locked. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried stopping to get something and haven’t been able to. Super frustrating

Ive gone to many different GNC retail stores and this has been hands down my favorite! The manager and the staff were not only very friendly but also knowledgeable about the products. I was able to find EXACTLY what I needed during my visit. I will definitely be back again.

I’ve been to many different locations around the US and this one is by far my favorite! Management is very friendly and helpful above and beyond. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping in.

Last 5 times Ive gone during business hours they have have been closed. The doors were locked but the business sign was on saying they were open. 3 of the times there was a sign said back in 15 minutes I went back an hour later and it was still closed with the sign still up. Most recent time I went doors were just locked, no explanation or modified business hours. Dont bother wasting your time going most likely noone will be there anyways.

Same employee that someone mentioned three days ago had NO MASK ON behind the register again this morning, 12-26-2020. Beyond irresponsible on GNC to allow this to happen.

I have very little knowledge about anything sold in this store so I was intimidated when sent in here to look for an item. I was immediately greeted and asked if i had any questions, which I obviously had many. They took the time and explained everything to me so I understood it. Very friendly guys, i would highly recommend.

This store is horrible. Its the 2nd time Ive tried to shop this week and there is a sign on the door that says back in 20 minutes BOTH times I waited the 20 minutes because I have driven out of my way to be here and no one came back! And who knows how long the note was hanging on the door before I got there. Very frustrating.

I had the best experience here this past Memorial Day weekend, the representative working that day Cristina was both thoughtful and helpful. She pointed out sale items, discounts and the benefits of several supplements. Im definitely making this my regular GNC.

No AC with outside temps near 100. Youve got to be kidding me. It was honestly more comfortable outside, given the slight breeze.Nobody should be working in those conditions.

I was overcharged for some items that I purchased and they were clearly marked with price tags. I told the clerk that I did NOT want to start taking any diet pills and was not interested in any fad diets. He continued to show me weight loss supplements and pills. I told him several times I was looking for a specific product and just wanted to look around. He continued to follow me around the store and constantly tried to push other products on me. I finally purchased something just to get rid of him. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when I discovered he had overcharged me too.

Closes at 9pm... But today we went at 5:45pm and it was closed with someone inside due to terrible working conditions. The girl in there was literally butt hurt cause she was working by herself today. Nice real nice.

I dont know what is going on with the people they hire, but they dont know their head from their butts. In the last 4 weeks Ive gone in here twice. They have one guy that works there, every time you ask a question he responds, I dont know.They false advertised 2 weeks ago on a protein powder I use. It was marked 2X the reward points, when I asked him if that was still going on he said, I dont know, my manager told me to leave it on the shelf. They wouldnt sell it to me for 2X the reward points. I will shop online from now on.

Went into GNC today and I just needed some pre workout. Jaina was way awesome and let me compare and look at all the options. She really helped me make a good decision. I will definitely come back to this store because of her.

Wanted to do a simple return and they messed it up. As a result I got a gnc gift card instead of my money back. I dont shop at GNC ever. Extremely ride and took no responsibility for messing up. All he said was heres your gift card... So disrespectful

The guy who was working on Sunday didnt wear a facemask in a small shop.The store doesnt have enough products.

I don’t really have anything good to say about this location except that they have some vitamins that occasionally go on sale. They stopped stocking their shelves with the more popular supplements and began pushing their own brand which I’ve never really cared for because they don’t provide the results that other companies supps do. You won’t find anything here that you can’t find at Walmart, the only difference is you’ll pay a lot higher price at gnc. The staff tries to be helpful but they’re only taught to push their gnc products and will rarely turn you onto something that is not theirs. I’m no longer a pro member because it’s not worth my time or money to shop there anymore.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dan is the man!

09/12/2020 5:00 PM and 09/14/2020 5:30 PM this location closes at 9pm according to GNC.com and OPEN sign is ON but no note on door and doors are locked no sign of hours of operations attempted to call thinking maybe they dont hear my loud door shaking knocks behind that back of house closed door and no answer no machine just ended call...

The good day to go to GnC is Mondays. The other worker there that works there the other days isnt that great.. he just stood there watching us while we were trying to get a bottle down and didnt say anything so we left, because it was a little àwkward..
