Paid for two pairs of glasses and only received one pair, despite picking out two pairs of glasses at the time of my appointment. I also paid for two sets coats of teflon coating and a single-poly coating, which I was told wasnt for two pairs of glasses but for each single lens? Doesnt make sense. They also charged me an upgrade for a standard lens? When I called to ask about it (because the receipt I received even confirmed I paid for two pairs of glasses), I heard the tech in the background yelling Im not dealing with these customers anymore, he can just go away. Gladly, and I suggest you do the same. SCAM.
I thought the staff was very friendly and did their best to save me money.
Very friendly staff. I ran out of contacts before my insurance would let me get a new prescription so they gave me a trial pair of my strength for free to hold me over until I can get a new prescription. Very helpful
Very bad experience. Just go somewhere else.
