Be careful that they would scrum out of your deposit security!When I moved out they told me they would give my security deposit back by check. But just after I returned the key, they sent emails to me saying the the apartment was now belong to another company????????????I did not receive any check and my email thread was never answered as well.I believe this is planned to hole my security deposit, otherwise how can the apartment to be suddenly changed to be for another company at night, while still not telling the previous resident any related news in the morning?

Granite is THE WROST. Never live with granite unless you don’t want any of your deposits back and willing to pay extra “cleaning fees” when you move out.
