Fast and friendly service. Didnt have exactly what i wanted but helped find a printing solution that worked just as well.

The lady at the store is very friendly and helpful. I have visited this store for multiple times and never faced any issue. She knows exactly how to process stuffs, is very fast and completes the shipping without any hassle.

Per UPSs reponse, I would clarify that the employee there only asked what can I help today, no available tracking sevice introduction or further asking. Whats more, the employee clearly indicated me thats the tracking number on the receipt as the receipt has the words tracking #.. But it is not a real tracking number! It is a stamp number! This means the employee mistook it as a tracking number. My intension to write here is not to quarrel with the UPS employee but to let the UPS employee and other customers to be aware of what to do or to improve in the further in order to avoid such situation happen again.Worst shipping experience ever had!! I asked for a tracking mail, but the tracking number provided by the employee turned out to be the stamp number! So radiculous! The mail was shipped by USPS instead eventually as a regular mail. Now my mail is no way to track anyhow. I cannot believe how this kind of employee can work for a shipping service!!!!!!!!

I give them 5 stars due to the Manager Kaitlyn went above and beyond to get results for a package lost. KAITLYN THE MANAGER OF THE PURDUE STORE 6156 MADE MY DAY BECAUSE SHE REMEMBERED ME. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THIS UPS STORE. KAITLYN GAVE ME A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION WITH THE CONCERN SHE HAD FOR ME AND THE PACKAGE.

They did a terrible job on training new guy. The trainee have problem with scanning and the trainer just sit on her chair using her cellphone. Totally waste of time.

Terrible service, they lost my important document and were unwilling to even investigate or refund. The manager had the audacity to argue that the package was in transit after 20 days. It is very clear that the manager and her associate were totally uninterested in helping. I will never go this UPS store.

Went to drop off a package with a friend. The guy check us out as fast as possible because he was in the middle of an overwatch game. Not only did this hero stop his online game but he was lightning fast. 10/10 service

Don’t waste your time here. The two guys in there were literally doing nothing and it was obvious that’s what they wanted to continue doing since they were completely unwilling to help with my issue and would rather waste my time.

I went there 3 different times right when they opened and the lights were off and no one was there. I waited for 30 min and still no one. Terrible service.

This is the only UPS I visited asked for 22.60 to pack a return package!This is also the only UPS store asked for Drop-Off fee for USPS package!This is the only UPS store asked customers to use the tapes in Amazon Store upstairs!Whereas, all other UPS stores handle them for free!

They charge astronomical prices for everything, just because they are located in the Union. For example, I had to send a card from West Lafayette to South Califonia in the 2 day priority mail, they quoted $30-40!Got it done at $6.65 at the USPS store on Navajo st. Try to avoid going here if you can, they will fleece you.

This store is famous for extra charge and bullying students! If you could get over these two, you may have a car and go to other UPS stores.

Used them because I didnt have time to go to Fedex. Got charged 20$ for 7 day shipping. Fedex charged 12$ for 3 day shipping on the same item.
