Excellent customer service characteristic of a local business that really stood out to me. Although I was initially a bit disappointed with my ordered bouquet when I went to pick it up (it was smaller and had slightly different flowers than I was expecting), after we talked it over the owner did more than enough to make it up to me and make me happy with my purchase (she even offered to redo the bouquet). She is really trying to make customers happy with her flowers and always strives to meet and exceed expectations. Be prepared for pretty bouquets that smell wonderful!

The only good thing about this order was that it was delivered first thing in the morning. Otherwise not good at all. Flowers/vase were jammed into the box and were very difficult to get out. Roses looked old and my daughter said they looked half dead by evening time. The vase/mug was NOT like the cute round yellow happy face mug online. Instead it was a generic white mug with a happy face. Sure expected more for a $60 mug bouquet plus $10 delivery!Will NOT be ordering from this florist again.
