My husband purchased a private class for me as a Christmas gift. Best. Gift. Ever. Seriously! I now know what I want for my birthday and Christmas every year!Leslie is extremely talented as a teacher and in how she decorates her cakes. My time with her flew by and left me in awe at how much I still have to learn (and Ive been decorating cakes for almost 20 years for fun). She will meet you at whatever level of experience you have and challenge your skills in a good way. We discussed what I wanted to learn ahead of time and she sent me a lesson plan to approve prior to the class so we were able to cover the topics I was interested in which challenged me at just the right level.I would 100% recommend taking a class from Leslie! Her studio and shop are worth spending some time in as they are both beautiful. She has every supply you might want to look at in person or simply try for yourself. Plus, shes genuinely a nice person and fun to just chat with!Tell everyone you know about this for your next wish list gift. Experiences are always the best gifts and this is hands down one of the best gifts my husband has ever given me!

Leslie did a beautiful job creating a specialized Minnie Mouse cake for my daughter‘s third birthday. My daughter specifically requested a big pink Minnie mouse bow and Leslie nailed it!!!I found Leslie online, after, unfortunately, being disappointed by a different cake maker who had canceled on me.Thank goodness I found Leslie! She was extremely professional during the entire process, ensuring she had my order correct, and following the proper legal route with her Disney props. Leslie is an excellent communicator and always quick to respond. She is very organized and thorough.Pick up was easy, and I had the privilege of seeing her gorgeous studio which is based in her house. Leslie obviously loves what she does, and it truly shows in her work. I highly recommend her and would order with her again in a heartbeat.

Leslie was the absolute best!! I had an idea of a cake for my bf’s birthday that was a bit of a stretch. Neither of us knew at first what we could make work. But Leslie made all my cake dreams come true! She was such a quick responder, and great communicator. I loved the level of professionalism she has! She was consistently keeping me updated and sending me her ideas back and forth and came up it’s exactly what i wanted! The day of the party I was BLOWN away by the cake and so was everyone else. It was the real show-stopper! It also tasted amazing. I will definitely be working with her in the future and recommended anyone else do too!

I have purchased supplies from them on multiple occasions and more than once they have gone out of their way to make sure that I received them in time even though Im not local. Their customer service is outstanding and they will forever have my loyalty as a customer.

I reached out to Leslie to see if she would create custom cookies for my boyfriends 30th birthday. It was super last minute and she completed these in less than 4 days! I was super appreciative of her taking on my order with such little lead time. She was super easy to keep in contact with, I didnt give much direction on the design and she did such a good job with such little design direction from me, I even got to pick out the colors she used! They tasted amazing I couldve eaten a million more of these, seriously. I will definitely reach out to Leslie again for any future custom cake or cookie needs!

Had such a great time at The Cake Room, went for a class for a friends pre-wedding celebration. We had so much fun learning how to decorate our cakes properly and all of our cakes turned out great with the instructors guidance. We all had a great time and took home such great cakes!

Not only did this angel of a cake decorator Save the Day. From a disaster of a 7 year olds birthday party after a company canceled an order. She made the most beautiful unicorn topper for my daughters birthday cake. Her designs are amazing. She even took the time to explain all that her company offers. She is able to design realistic cakes. She even offers a cake kit so you can take home and do it yourself. She even offers classes. She is so amazing that she offers this amazing deal you can have you and your friends make all the cake toppers and decorations as shes there to help or show you how. That way it cuts down the cost and time to make the cake. can you imagine, that saves so much money .She is willing to do this because she understands that we all have some craft ability and understands what its like to be able to save some money. Ive never met such a wonderful woman. I am so impressed by her store and her designs.

Leslie kindly accommodated my late bday cake order and the cake was spectacular. The cake itself was rich and has a very moist crumb. The frosting had a great texture and on the less sweet side, which balances out the cake. The fruit and flavorings are very fresh tasting as well. Im looking forward to ordering again.

Just took a beginning decorating class with Leslie and wow what a great experience! She was so generous with her time and knowledge. I walked away from class feeling really confident in the skills I learned. Great class and delicious cake!!
