Stranded in Willamette with a flat tire. State Farm told me not to use their roadside svc. or I’d be waiting for hours. I called 10 companies, only 2 answered their phones, 1 guy quoted $150 in 2 hrs, and the last one recommended I try Les Schwab. Googled Les Schwab, and to my delight they were .2 miles away! Gave them a call and their $66 quote sounded pretty good, but they were 2 hrs deep in jobs also. Then spoke to Zach in Svc. and told him I was a stones throw away with a flat. He said he’d take a look at his jobs and call me back in 10. In 3 minutes He drove up! Had my spare tire on in 5 minutes! He was young, fast and efficient. There’s something to be said for good, old-fashioned service! Their chain competitor came and went, but Les Schwab remains the same!! Thank you Zach!! Willamette will be my go-to!
Les Schwab Tire Center in West Linn is awesome! I take my truck and horse trailer to them - without an appointment - to check the tire pressure and adjust if necessary every 6 months or so. The service is complimentary too! The staff there are always happy to help me. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I am safely hauling my horse on tires and bearings that are in good shape! Thank you!
I love Les Schwab. They repaired two punctures in one tire in less than 30 minutes...for free! Who does that? Very polite as well. Convenient location, right off of I205.
I came here for a tire repair. The lady upfront told about 1 hour. I thought, no problem, I’ll just walk over to five guys and grab some food. My son and I walked around willamette for a little while to kill some time. Came back, and not ready. They looked busy, so it didn’t bug me. So we waited another hour. Went for another walk, and came back. Car still not ready. I asked for an update, and she couldn’t give me one. We are going on 3 hours now!!!! No updates, no apologies, nothing. I understand being busy, but I could’ve made other arrangements. Being a paramedic, I can’t just miss work. I’m really disappointed in the customer service here. I’ve lived in west linn my whole life,but I think I will take my Business elsewhere.
My nephew had his break line burst and was basically stranded helpless in this hot day with his kid and the nearest relative that could help him was over 25miles away. They tried to charge him 175 to bleed his line and replace the fluid and the busted line. Now its been my experience as a mechanic to know that they tried to take advantage of him. My brother in law found a line for 12 bucks, and a bottle of fluid to bleed the breaks that ranges from 7 to 10 dollars and labor is a out a half hr. To complete the job. If you do the math there is definitely some shady stuff happening here. He got his car fixed for over half of what they was going to charge him and probably quicker then what they was going to do it in. Disappointed because I buy my tires from les shuab. Now it will be elsewhere.

I needed tires on my RV trailer before my camping trip. They found time to do a needed safety inspection and found an issue. They explained the cost and complexity with the repair and gave me the facts I needed. The customer first ethos has worked for decades with this company and it is why I am a loyal customer.
The Manager and staff are very polite and they answer questions about your vehicle and let you know exactly what is needed for your vehicle to run smoothly, They dont try and oversale like most places do. In other words my experience is awesome every time I go there.

The service itself was good, I dropped off my vehicle and they rotated the tires and checked for leaks for free, as per the warranty. They got it done fairly quickly too.What I didnt realize until later that afternoon is that they messed up my drivers window so it wouldnt roll up anymore. This happened to me once before when I left my vehicle at the Ford dealership. My guess is that they use the window as a door handle and it pulls it out of the track its supposed to slide in.I was able to take apart my door and fix the problem, but it would have been nice if they at least let me know what happened, and offered some kind of solution.
We always come here for any tire and battery issues. The guys want to help and seem to take pride in their work, and is usually pretty quick. Also its convenient if you want something to eat while waiting, there are a few food places within walking distance.

Worst customer service. Unreliable dependency for work done on a vehicle. Left my car with black oil marks on the seats and doors every time I took it in. Do not use this location. I will never take my car back there.

Im a big fan of the service and quality of Les Schwabs offerings, but they are not enforcing their mask nor distancing requirements during a global pandemic. Multiple signs are posted but customers still ignore them and the staff did not request that they put on masks. Ill be staying away for awhile
Excellent service and prices. My only gripe is that their warranty service isnt much help if you are no longer near Les Schwab. Moved to California and was then out of luck when something came up with the battery there.
Once I started going to Les Schwab 8 yrs ago, i would never consider going anywhere else. They take such good care of the big and the little things. Staff is thoughtful and patient. My Mom, son and I live in different areas but we all take our 4 cars to the West Linn team and we appreciate all who have helped us through the years. It is also great to be able to get work done on the computer in the waiting area where there is plenty of room and popcorn!

Why I dont buy tires at Les Schwab anymore. After 30 years of buying tires at Les Schwab I simply cant do it anymore. The service is simply no longer there the way it used to be. While they advertise offering free tire rotation, every time I go in the wait is always 1.5 to 3 hours so I end up paying to have it done somewhere else that takes appointments. Same is true for having tires installed. It simply takes WAY to long. At other tire retailers you can make appointments and be in and out in 30 minutes. The whole point of Les Schwab used to be that sure, the tires costs a little more but they offered great service. Sad to say this is no longer the case.
Les Schwab continues to attain their stellar reputation in customer service and quality products. I will trust my car to no one else. Thank you for continuing to carry on the legacy of Mr. Schwab.
Great staff, quick and easy service. Came here to get a nail pulled out of my tire. They were pretty busy Saturday morning, they were able to get me in and out in under 45 minutes. The Schwab by my house likes to take my valve stem covers so I took it off before I arrived, they even noted that one was missing. Only complaint was they filled the tire up to 42psi, was an easy fix.

Just OK, they arent like Les Schwab tire centers in more rural areas, more upselling, slower service and somehow the same tires cost more in West Linn than they do in Burns Oregon.
Absolutely the best at being friendly and honest. The level of customer service is top-notch. Tony and the staff will go out of their way to assist you in the most friendly and professional manner there is. And never a problem to get your tires air pressure topped off (complimentary and wont accept tips) and youll be given multiple tire estimates to fit your needs. I highly recommend them to service your car!
My second time to this location in a year. Last time they went above and beyond on a tire repair. This time they nailed their great level of customer service again with an alignment. I had an appointment, showed up at 1:10 and was out of there less than an hour later. Staff here is always friendly. Willing to go that extra step or at least make me feel like they are. Not usually a Schwabs fan but this location is incredible. Will go back again.

I went to this place for an alignment at 10am. The staff told me it takes an hour. I came back in 2 hours but they didn’t even started my car yet. The staff tried to make an appointment at 2pm instead after waiting 2 hours. I have been called yesterday and this morning to make an appointment because I needed to get this done by this afternoon. She told me I don’t need to make an appointment. But she tried to make an appointment after waiting. It was very frustrating experience especially waiting with the kids. The staff neeeds to get trained how to communicate with the customer better. She needs to give an estimate time or call if it’s going to take a longer time so I don’t show up with frustration. Or consistency with making an appointment or what. I left this place without the car fixed and wasted my time. I regret that I didn’t read the review before I went to this place. I won’t give any star.

I just stopped by to get tires rotated on my car. I really like the staff at the West Linn location. They told me to get the tires done every time i get the oil changed. That makes it easy for me to remember.
Great guys that work here. Funny that it wasnt like in the commercials where the employees run out to you but they were very nice and friendly. Fast working. Parking lot is a little confusing though. But they got my car in right away. Pulled out two huge nails that were stuck in the tire, free of charge and I was all set on my way.
Something to keep in mind is asking the correct questions. I called them asking for mounting prices. Was told 88 for all four. That is about fair, cause most places do it for 20 each. I get here and they wanted 144 for all four cause of having aftermarket wheels. Not once was I asked if I had stock or aftermarket. The low rating is because of the poor customer service when I got there.
I will never buy tires anywhere but Les Schwab. They are the pinnacle of customer service. I just recently had them remove a nail from my tire and repaired the puncture, at no charge. They are also trustworthy, and will provide honest information about the status of your brakes or tires. Their only downside is that they are closed on Sundays.
Was told work would take 2 hours. Ended up taking 4:30 to get out of there. As I was waiting one of the workers went flying by in my truck. Then proceeds to mash the throttle wide open around the corner, spinning the tires like mad. Alignment was done poorly, truck drives worse than before and steering wheel is sitting 20-30 degrees off to the right when driving straight. First and last time I ever go there. Not even taking it back to have the alignment fixed cause I dont trust them touching my truck again. Trash.
Quick service, super friendly, and they really go above and beyond. I went in to get a tire patched after I found a screw in the tread. The mechanic pointed out the last tire shop I went to put my lug nuts on backwards. They even fixed the ones on my other tires for me. Theyve definitely won my business in the future.
Came in for a flat repair... had been caught out in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday, and I was forced to install plugs and Fix-A-Flat to get the vehicle home, which after decades in the industry, I know that technicians HATE with a passion! My truck is radically lowered, and a pain to work on. Omar was most patient, diligent, considerate, and gave me incredible service - and this from someone who has spent decades managing tire stores, including personnel. EXCEPTIONALLY great experience!

Same as other experiences here. Came in for a simple slow leak fix and they told me it would be 45min. 40min after arrival: they pulled the van into the bay from the parking lot. An hour and 10min after arrival: they tell me they cant fix the leak and I need to buy new tires. Still here waiting for that quality service Les Schwab promises.. btw, there was one other customer when I showed up. They are NOT busy.
I did not like my experience at all while i was. showed up checked in wasnt told how long it would be just figured it would be a little bit an well thats what i get for assuming. i was there three hours, watched people come in after and leave before me. i asked how long it would be they said i had two more cars in front me went for a walk came back still car not even in the shop. when i asked how much longer they didnt even ask how long i had been there no real care shown i felt. i felt i annoyed them by asking how much longer. i work in the service industry so i tried my best to show patience an it ws hard. I work at round table same city an well i would atleast let customer know time without them even asking. so if it was unexpectedly long they would know. maybe let you r customer know you have an emergency line an that car will be taken care of you even if they come in after... which i think is still stupid. but what ever. i dont recommend this place as a local.
Just have to say, the team at Les Schwab in WL continues to show me while theyre so successful.On my recent winter change-over to snow tires and wheels, my tire pressure sensors in my 2 of my 4 wheels failed to sync and needed to be replaced. Even though they were past the 4 year warranty, Tony and his team put new ones on for me at no charge.Ive used these guy for over 20 years and for all my families vehicles and always get fair and honest treatment.KG

Had 3 flats in 2 days. Purchased 1 tire after 1st flat, purchased 2 tires after the 2nd flat, 3rd flat was a new one and they replaced it for free. 3 different Les Schwab, all professional, honoring their warranty
They were fast and got the job done with no problems... did not try to upsell me on anything... Even charged me less than originally communicated because they said I did not need the full alignment... My only complaint is that they were not super helpful in addressing the ABS/ Brake light that has been on consistently (before I brought my car in).
This location doesnt deserve the one star I am giving them. My wife brought one of our trucks into this les schwab location to get a nail removed from her tire. In typical fashion they treated my wife like she didnt know what she was talking about and treated her terribly. After getting the truck back home and looking at the tire they patched I noticed giant chips and gouges in my wheels. When I called the location to get the issue addressed the assistant manager Eddie was incredibly rude on the phone. He basically called me a liar saying I dont think we did that, but go ahead and bring it by. I work 9-6 Monday through Friday and would really prefer not To take time off of work for such an issue. Ironically I have had issues at this location in the past with my father! They ruined two sets of custom rims and had to end up replacing both sets costing them thousands. When I asked if I could get the in touch with the manager Tony, Eddie literally told me no, bring your vehicle in. When I asked for the corporate number he again told me no, bring the vehicle in. When I took time off to bring the vehicle in a few hours later he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault, I shouldnt have had my wheel weights painted. Now I have dealt with Americas tire dozens of times and they have never damaged my rims and have always managed to balance them accordingly without any damage. Eddie is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never, EVER recommend this location to anyone.
Came in for an alignment and told them I’d like to pull my own car in, they took my keys and said it would be an hour wait. So I waited an hour, and then watched as they pulled my car in without letting me know. Immediately the tech said he can’t align my car because he noticed some movement in the front wheels, and then tried to get me to buy parts from them. I could have saved over an hour and had gotten an alignment from a real shop if they had just done a vehicle inspection beforehand. The people up front then told me it would have been impossible to know they couldn’t align it without pulling it into the bay...but the tech never even pulled my car into the bay he just moved it from my parking spot to another. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not a satisfied customer. I paid to have 2 of my tires changed (I provided my own tires) and they put one of them on backwards. I noticed my handling was a little off but I wasnt until an employee at Discount Tire pointed it out. I felt like I paid way to much for them to do their job wrong. Never going to any Les Schwab for the rest of my life. The company itself charges customers wayyyy too much to begin with. For any service.

I have never had a bad experience with Les Schwab and as I have been there 20+ times over the years, I think that is a good record they hold. They are prompt and handle flat tires, rotations with the same customer service as if I were buying a new set of tires from them.

I got one of the worst service ever the last time i went in with my 1968 Firebird to the Les Schwab in Willamette/West Linn to see about tires for my Firebird. I wanted slightly larger tires than my current P245. I wanted some P255 or P265, but all i got from the two servicemen across the counter was attitude, and it couldnt be found. I was asking the impossible. “Ask for a tire that is made buddy” is what they said. “Buy only what we have in stock right now” was the attitude.....etc…. “That is an unmade tire for my 17 wheel is all I got. Then they proceeded to insult me by looking out at my car, and calling it a Mustang. MUSTANG!!!! You jerks!!! I proceeded to leave and went across the river to “the other tire competitor”, and all i got from them was a Can-Do positive attitude, and they found exactly what I wanted in some awesome Firehawk Wide-Oval Indy performance tires. Quick and easy they made it. My rear tires are now running on a P255/40-17” wheel. Easy…not tough. I WILL NOT waste my time with Les Schwab anymore…..and LEARN your cars guys. I at least want to think that versus you were purposely insulting me.
Came in with a flat tire(one of their tires which is covered under warranty) and they patched it but after, I had to keep coming in weekly about the same tire that kept going flat and they wouldnt replace it for free which is what they advertise in their warranty. They are the biggest load of bullshit Ive ever encountered. Dont ever go to Les Schwab theyll screw you.
I purchased a set of TSW custom-order wheels in March, 2015. I took these wheels off for the winter. When I switched back to these wheels in 2016, I noticed that the finish seemed to be corroded somewhat. I took the wheels back to the store, mainly just to get their opinion of what was wrong, and if they knew where I could take them to be refinished. Much to my surprise, they said the wheels were under warranty and the manufacturer would replace them if deemed defective. It took several weeks, but, long story short, I ended up with a brand new set of wheels. This is all thanks to Seth and Tony for their great customer service, and persistence in dealing with TSW. Tony was really on my side in this, and really exemplified the Les Schwab motto of doing the right thing. Ive been a Les Schwab customer for about 30 years, and this recent experience is just one more reason I will not consider going anywhere else for wheels and tires.

Another driver noticed my rear driver side tire was going flat and told me. I took a chance on making it to Les Schwab; I wasnt far. Im glad I did. They had only been open for 15 minutes and there were at least three people in front of me having work done but I still got in and out within the hour. They didnt even charge me for fixing the flat. This was my first experience with Les Schwab.
