The arrangement was delivered within 24 hours of ordering it (no extra fees for such a quick delivery time) and the person who received it LOVED it! They said the arrangement was so beautiful they didnt want to eat it!

I had a wonderful experience ordering the arrangement from the woman on the phone and was excited to receive it. When the day came for it to be delivered, I corresponded with the delivery woman as she couldn’t find where I lived. Shortly after the call, she arrived and things took a turn for the worse. The older lady with short grey hair and glasses that delivered the arrangement was rude, negative, and unprofessional. If my mom (whom I ordered the arrangement for) would have received the arrangement and was approached with this horrendous behavior, it would have ruined her birthday. In good consciousness, I felt I needed to share this experience. Be prepared that if this woman delivers your arrangement it might ruin your special day.

When are you guys going to re-open? I don’t want to drive to Portland to get chocolate covered strawberries lol

Rudest delivery person hands down. Do not recomend if you wish to give your loved ones a pleasant or even semi decent memory.

I had the wrong address and had to call a couple times to fix it. Both people I talked to were very understanding and nice. Delivered the same day and everything was fresh and beautiful!

Had the rudest delivery person today and it really ruined the experience. The older lady with short grey hair and glasses that delivered the arrangement was rude and unprofessional. A place that is supposed to deliver joy needs to have a talk with this employee. She should not be working as a delivery person if she cant be professional and kind to the customers. I will not be buying from this store again.

Gal who took my order was wonderful HOWEVER, they substituted balloons and ruined it. I sent it to myself so they could have called and asked. Never ordering from them again

Pretty good strawberries even though I bought them off season. Fast service, nice packaging but it seemed overpriced, that’s why the low rating.

No issues. Wife loved the chocolate covered strawberries.

I would give it 5 because the pic of it was gorgeous but it didnt get there until after 7 pm..when my grandson had already left to go see Walking With the Dinosaurs...for his 7th birthday. There was a 7 on the arrangement and a balloon. I called the West Linn store when my DIL said it had not come yet. Yikes. That was grammy and grampas gift from CA.The owner said they had been busy...they had to get their business arrangements out by 5 cause people go home at 5..and she said..how was I supposed to know it was for a kid? and you should have told me what time to have it there. I said...I didnt know I had to.So my grandson gets home and it was late...he had to go to bed. His mommy saved it for tomorrow. He didnt get to see it or eat any of it. So so sad. It wasnt cheap either.

I was trying to check status of an order. I couldnt get the West Linn Location to answer, all I could do was talk to the answering machine. I tried the Chat option and all they gave was corporate policy on when deliveries can be made. Overall a really bad experience, but I can control that by never letting it happen again.
