Drove up to get gas and a young girl employee was dancing between the pumps flirting with the other attendant. She then walked away. I needed gas not a show. Have tried to call them several times and they never answer their phone. Poor customer service.

Convenient location for me.Well staffed with friendly people.Everything inside the shop is extremely expensive. I know this is how these businesses make a lot of their money, but personally, the prices frequently keep me from purchasing drinks, candy, etc. They would make a lot more money from me if they would back off some on the prices.

Showed up to get fuel at 0556. All the pump lights are on. Store has 3 employees standing outside smoking. I know that I am 4 minutes early. I am more than capable of starting the pump myself.. after my fuel started, I walked to the store and was yelled at by the lady in charge because they dont open till 6... extremely rude. Will go elsewhere from now on.

I love this place - the BEST gas station and car wash customer service ever! I often wonder what they do right to make it so consistently pleasant.

Speedy, friendly service, store is clean and well stocked, car wash can get backed up but again friendly speedy service, keep up the good work.

Went into get couple drinks an notice cashier wasnt wearing mask and the 4 customers inside also NO MASKS ON THEIR FACE. The only one wearing mask was the employee who was sitting in the back office. Gas stations get Allot of people coming into the store all day long, ALLOT I would think the employees would CARE ENOUGH ABOUT CUSTOMERS TO ENFORCE THE WEARING OF THE MASK. The cashier did say he had a medical condition that he couldnt wear mask? If that is true then why is he working???? Ive been going to this gas station many many years. I will not return until they start to care about their customers health.

I stopped for gas and Robert was the person who helped me at the pump and he made my night... He washed my window without me asking and Im only 411 so I cant reach my own window to wash it. I really appreciated it so much. Ill be back

The Customer service I received today was amazing. Champ did a great job for me and had a very postitive attitude. I hope this is the standard for this Chevron location.

Awesome staff! Pulled into the station on fumes in our bus just before close time. Unfortunately this station does not have diesel but they graciously let us stay for the evening. Now, at 2:00 in the afternoon, we are still here trying to get a tow. In addition to being very understanding and upbeat about a 40 bus in the middle of their lot, they are a great crew. We have been watching them hustle a busy station all day. Thanks Chevron West Linn!!

I just got gas had to wait over 5mins for a guy showed up to help me. But there were 2 young looking kids at the other pumps not helping anyone just standing there. I guess they couldnt leave those pumps to help people who are ready to get gas

Customer service is critical in any business, and these folks hit it out of the park! I will gladly pay a little extra for the level of service I experience at this station every time I go there.

Mostly positive experiences here. 2 stars for repeated mistake of filling when I only asked for $10. Management will not make any effort to compensate or refund you for this.

Waited 5 minutes after the gas was finished pumping for someone to notice and get my receipt. Once they did, the guy didnt close the cap and cover! I wouldnt go there again, especially if I was in a hurry.

Customer service has gone down quite significantly. For example, employees are pointing at my car while Im waiting for my receipt, saying why is this chick still her *pointing at my car with a irritated attitude* isnt she gonna leave I look in my rear view mirror as she is saying this and she has an irritable look on her face. Like my car and I were a 4 wheeled cow pie. Could you save this type of talk for the break room and not in front of customers? I get we all have bad days but the irritated pointing at me was, well irritating.
