Very very disappointing. Going to drive 2 hours to another location tomorrow.. This location sucks and I will never go back. Poorly stocked. Nothing I usually get at another location was available. Your selection of yarn was really small and in truth offered no real selection

Very low on fall floral supplies. I usually buy several outdoor silk plants. Lately there have been none in stock.

Great staff is always a plus, the manager is so nice and she remembers her customers. The store is clean and usually well stocked. The only thing I miss is the 40% off coupon. There do not hassle non mask wearers, thats a plus!

Did not have all I was looking for, in terms of Halloween decorations, but the experience was just fine and employees were kind.

I usually only have great things to say about Sushi Factory. This last time I tried the Escolar. A white fish. Idk if I just didnt like the flavor of the fish... or if it just wasnt fresh... but I actually spit it out. Everything else was on-point. But I dont think Ill be trying the Escolar again.

Lots of goodies but so much stuff was not on shelves that I needed for my projects, but still came out nice. They had 40% off so many items for the holidays. This was my art yard facelift DIY. Paint, mode podge, glitter.

The ladys in the framing department are fabulous and really educated, lots of help and everybody goes out of their way to help you find what you need, even at times when its hard to explain, they know what you need. Staff were friendly but merchandise sale sign was not accurately worded nor were certain items shelved in the correct location. The display sign for Black History items said 70% off. The entire display had some nice items left and Im a teacher so I definitely wanted to get the books. But unfortunately, Black History books, although on the sale display, werent included in the sale. (Then why have them there?) I can go to Barnes and Noble and get the books with my teacher discount, for less than what Michaels was charging. Anyhoo...I ended up buying a nice African bag and some t-shirts for my granddaughter. 🖤

I love crafting, my favorite store

Staff was super friendly, everything was clean and stocked well. Even the bathroom was well cleaned.

First off, Michaels not for just anyone. However, that being said, everyone has a purpose here tho and that is my point. If you do anything with you hands on an abstract artistic impression.. this is that place. If you want to invest in a new hobby to be that artist.. this is the place. If you allow your children imagination to flourish, this is that place. I spent a hour today just to figure what project I can do next. Now that I have all my tools to do so.. with the help of a very astute young lady who works there. I am going to bring out that inner child, and let him take me there.

It is a very small store with limited inventory. I have not once been able to find everything I need for a project and have had to go to other stores.

The store is a little cramped and messy, but I found what I needed. Customer service was very lacking, I wasn’t asked by a single employee if I needed any help, so I had to wander for a while before I found what I came for. Cashier wasn’t rude, but wasn’t exactly friendly either. I have had much better experiences at the store in Merritt island.

They accomadated our neducsl exemption and privacy of such very professionally and I applaud them.

Don’t post mandatory mask mandate in your store and allow people to pour in not wearing one. Had I known that you don’t abide by your own company policy I would’ve shopped elsewhere. I feel that the amount of people not masked made my shopping experience unsafe.

I would love to work at the Michaels in Hammocks Landing in Palm Bay, FL. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to, my only hold back is if I worked there I would spend all my paycheck there. 😂 They should be acknowledged for how hard they work and be proud of their store following because its huge.😊😊

I dont go here much at all. The store was clean and the staff was nice. I wanted to buy a lot of yarn that was on a shelf with a large red sign that said $4.99 but at the register it rang up $5.99! They need to get that organized better! I dont like shopping with no real idea of the true price. Signs say one price and items ring up totally different. Maybe Ill try them again in the future and update my review. Until then be aware.

Ridiculous! I ordered for work online using a work cc. 2 rolls of vinyl, said they were in stock. Went to pick them up. 1 was out of stock. Had to cancel order and reorder a different color in order to use the work cc. Order went through on 1 item even though my receipt showed 2 items. So was told had to reorder the second item again! Went to order online and the item is now listed as out of stock even though there are at least 5 on the shelve. Had to use my own money to buy the roll of vinyl in the store because there was no way to pay for it with work cc. Sub-standard computer system to say the least. Worker was nice but couldnt help.

I went looking for brush markers, and there isnt many big packs of markers that arent over hundreds of dollars. But the Artists Loft selection wasnt too bad, doesnt seem to work well with Micron liners though, or even its own liner brand. But it was still a good visit to Michaels. Theres a large selection of many different art and craft supplies, but few choices in each section

I love Michaels and the selection here is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful and you should be able to find pretty much anything you need for all your crafting needs. The checkout line is almost always too long and can often take 10 to 15 minutes just to check out, so incorporate that timeline into your planning for your visit to the store.They almost always have seasonal goods throughout the store and they have a wonderful selection of art supplies for those who draw and paint.

I had just been to the Michael’s in Viera and was exceedingly disappointed in them, so thought I would try this Michael’s store, even though it was further out of my way. Not only was their staff there to help me, they were very polite and professional, and they honored the 60% off 2020 planner coupon that I had. I purchased quite a few and left a happy shopper. Only question I have is why did one Michael say no and the other say yes? You can bet I’ll be going back to the Michael’s that said yes on honoring their own coupon, even if it is further out of my way.

Always have what I need as an art teacher. I never shop without a coupon here, so the prices are fabulous. It is always clean and tidy and the staff can help you find what you are looking for when you can’t find it. On the rare chance they do not have what you need... they can order it. Love that I can test some products out when they have special make it days. They host events for teachers too.

Love everything about this place except for the new 10 person per limit inside the store. I feel like the 10 people inside take forever they are not considerate of other people outside and I feel it’s kind of rude. If we’re going to do a limit like that there needs to be a time limit as well

Easily accessible from the Main Thoughofare and not far from I-95. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.Store was clean and well staffed. Plenty to choose from and someone to offer help if needed. Other shopping and restaurants are nearby.

I didnt actually find what I was looking for. I make wreaths for gifts. Not for sale. You have basically nothing. I was very disappointed.

Friendly and clean.

Well stocked and clean. Seasonal sales are up front in the center and always easy to locate. Lots of scrapbooking available, unlike some Michaels stores that have so little. Bathrooms are basic and decent. Staff are always friendly. Waiting line is not usually too long, even during busy times. Teachers can get discount with ID. I usually prefer Hobby Lobby myself, but this Michaels is my go to on days I dont want to drive 20-25 minutes to the closest Hobby Lobby.

I find myself needing to ask for help finding things in this store pretty much every time I go in... mostly because i dont go there often, I am sure, but the staff always seems so put off or outright annoyed that I am bothering them, even when they are just chatting with their coworkers. I dont know if it has just been luck of the draw but I can say over the past few years I have been there four times and that has been my experience every time.Id rather order from amazon and wait two days for my stuff to arrive than deal with that.

Staff is always nice. Sandwhiches are good. Good beer and snack selection. Needs lotto ! And fountain drinks always taste like dust !

Great store. Helpful people. Im happy they are adding more fine art supplies. I’m not happy the Michaels chain turned all Adult classes over to a company that handles them online. (Store has no choice) There isn’t even a display showing what classes are coming up at that store like there used to be. Out of sight, out of mind.

The people that work at Michaels that I have been involved with are knowledgeable and friendly. One young lady spent a half an hour assisting me in locating specific pieces in the craft and beading Department to make something for my daughters birthday. She was exceptionally helpful we had a lot of giggles and it was very pleasant to be there.

Love the new look of this great craft store... Store seems very clean, and well stocked, and cashiers are very courteous... BUT that said, Im only giving 3 stars because the last 2 times I was there, I couldnt find so much as one employee in the entire store when I needed help finding something and really dont feel I should have to go searching the entire store for one in the first place... Nor should the checkout need to take so long due to lack of cashiers... Please either hire more cashiers/employees, or get them to come out of the back or from where ever they were hiding the last 2 times I was there in September. :)

I really enjoy Michaels. They have great sales and prices. The selection is wide and the online options make it a big thing too. For instance I wanted to pick up some Prismacolor brush tip markers and got a set normally 140 dollars for 75 with a 60% coupon!The staff is rather friendly and knowledgeable about things but they can be very sparse and hard to find at times. They also offer classes, so if you and your friend want to make a mug for Mothers Day or learn how to paint its a great place to sign up and meet new people and have fun with others who enjoy crafty activities.

Same selection one would expect from any Michaels or analogous craft chain. What sets this one apart is the staff. Helpful and creative, ever willing to stop and help you brainstorm how to tackle the next step in any project. This personal touch extends to the numerous workshops offered on a variety of skills and hobbies.

Still love everything about the products they carry but they no longer take competitors coupons. Such a disappointment! I will be shopping at joAnns from now on, until they fix this!

Amazing selection of crafts. Staff very attentive. I placed an order online and got the wrong item shipped to me. The employee at the store apologizez and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes.

The store is organized nicely. There are always enough cashiers and the shelves are well stocked. Store is clean as are restrooms. Make sure to use a coupon, there is always one....check out the app to pull up on your phone or sign up to get mailers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I rushed in 10 minutes before they closed and the employee wouldn’t let me come in. She slammed the door in my face and told me that they were closed. I said “The sign says you close at 7, it’s 6:50. I have 10 minutes. I’m getting one thing”. She said, “I don’t care how many things you’re getting, I’m locking the doors and we’re closed”. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service. I work in the service industry and I would never treat a customer that way. Ridiculous.

I found most of what I needed. Employees were all practicing covid19 rules and that made me feel comfortable.

My granddaughter and I both found what we wanted and thing a we didnt even know we wanted. We spent too much money, so its a good thing we dont go there very often!! LOL

I love Michaels I could live there! I do a lot of crafting like scrapbooking, collages, beading, painting & have lots of family members that craft so its always fun to go together & get to use the stuff together! And always has some coupon u can use! Id definitely recommend if someone hasnt been.

I love Michaels. They always have what I am looking for (and usually buy what I am not looking for. My only disappointment is they dont have sewing machine lessons. Would love to work there part time as it would fulfill my crafting addiction especially knitting and crocheting.

The selection of items is great. And I love the coupons. Cashiers are friendly. My only issue is that sometimes the line to check out can be long. But the great items at great prices makes it worthwhile.

Ordered frame online since this location didn’t carry it. Even though it came in oversized box wrapped with a lot of bubble wrap, the glass was shattered. Lora offered to reorder or refund me and help choose something similar. Decided to go with just replacing glass, which she had in back. Thanks for the options and your help Lora. This location has a clean look, aisles make shopping easy and the staff are always helpful.

Perfect place for people who like to do crafts, you will find everything you need, such as oil painting. acrylics brushes, make jewelry, make cakes, wool, they also frame pictures, and much more. Always they have classes to learn how to make jewelry, cakes, knit, etc.

This is definitely my place to shop for craft supplies. They are always having some kind of good sale. I am a painter and usually can get all my art supplies right here and for a great price!

Michaels is always a nice store to visit with a large selection of craft items. During the holidays you can find all sorts of decorations or craft items. They have paints, kids items, jewelry. The staff here is usually friendly and helpful. Many of them know which type of merchandise is right for each customer.
