Very poor experience. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru pharmacy pick up with only one person in front of me. I called the store multiple times to see if they were even there, and was unable to speak with a human being, just a computer. Finally, I went inside. When I walked over to the pharmacy, there were 3 ladies all handling the man in the drive-thru and nobody even acknowledged me. Took them another 10 minutes to get to me, and I was finished in less than a minute once helped. I’ve had similar issues with this location in the past, but nothing to this extent. After today, I am considering taking my business elsewhere to a place that treats customers right.Update 7/26/21I once again waited in the drive thru for almost 20 mins just for them to tell me my prescription was not ready even though i received multiple emails telling me it was ready. After today, I am switching pharmacies because this place is ridiculous.

Objectively, Id say this location deserves 3.5-4 stars. However, Walgreens does not pay very much and these guys have a tough job and also deal with a lot of rude customers and thieves. Have some empathy for the employees, including those who may be rude. Unless you challenged this Mohammad guy in person, Id chill out and think twice about ruining his career through the internet. I used to work at Walgreens and only made $10 an hour, I think Walgreens should start paying their employees more and I suspect the moral would improve.
This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! The doc called in Diebetic Lancets for my Accuchek machine. Waited a week(even though they had them on the floor). The doc ordered the wrong one. Took it to the Pharmacy, they said they couldnt redo it, doc would need a new prescription. So called doc, they called it in. Then I got a text, from Walgreens stating I would have to pay full price, that it was to soon to fill the order(90 days not checking my sugar!) I said to them I DONT THINK SO! that they were to cancel that order. Well they cant....they dont take product back and I should know what I need myself.What the hell. Well I called AARP UNITED HEALTHCARE!! thank gosh for my great insurance. They told Walgreens to OVER-RIDE the prescription, I wasnt paying anything! To think making a Diebetic, wait for needles because they were trying to charge me full price than the zero amount for Diebetic treatment. Im really dumb founded, the idea of not even to try to fix the problem, especially a Diebetic.
I had a couple of issues with the ad sale price not showing up on the register and my coupon not going through, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. However, Andrew and Anita resolved the matter which is what matters to me when it comes to good customer service.
Front end mgt on weekends seems to suffer,The last two Saturdays, I’ve left without my purchase - due to long delays
Picking up my sisters prescriptions this past year I found Mohammed to be the most professional, knowledgeable,caring and kindPharmacist I have delt with in my 70 years.
Mohammed at the pharmacy is the rudest person Ive ever met. I cant believe they keep him there. Dosent say much for Walgreens because when I complained to the assistant manager she said it wasnt the first time she had been told the same thing by other customers.
This Walgreens needs help. Our doctor called in two (2) prescriptions on Friday. Attempted to pick them up on Saturday but the Pharmacy has different hours than the STORE. My wife and daughter-in-law went to pick them up on Saturday and brought only one (1) home. When I asked where the other prescription was they both said there was only one. Today, Sunday, I went the Pharmacy and was told that the other medication was out of stock (not good). They found it at another pharmacy so I picked it up there. I told the lady in Pharmacy that they should have told my wife that it was out of stock and we could have gotten this critical medication yesterday. She informed me that they were told it was out of stock. So, I guess my wife and daughter-in-law are just a couple of liars. We will not be using this Walgreens again for anything

People in the pharmacy dont know what there doing giving out the wrong prescription and very rude and nasty. Stay away!!!!
Young female employee had her drunk belligerent boyfriend in the store with her. While in the store he was talking trash to customers and using obscenities around a little kid while in line at the pos area. While it was not the employee herself who was acting so poorly, as an employee of the store she is responsible for the people she brings into her place of work. Im normally in this store daily but I am now considering to do my shopping elsewhere and I strongly encourage others to do the same.
Pharmacy is always friendly and helpful they take the time even when super busy to answer my questions and advise me on what to take. They are a valuable resource to navigate the over the counter medications.
This pharmacy is the worst... expect to wait (A LONG time) and typically they don’t have what you need. It seems understaffed and just mismanaged. I feel bad for some of the ladies who work here. Advice: go somewhere else :)
Parking lot is retarded, access to this horrid location is difficult. Photo section doesnt digitize negatives. Theres no reason to ever hit this location
They need techs working in the pharmacy. It seemed to get overwhelming very easily causing confusion with the single tech available.
This walgreens is a complete disappointment every time I go to pick up my prescription. It is either never filled or a hassle to refill. They do not automatically refill prescriptions for you no matter how many times you ask and every time you visit you will feel inconvenienced. The technician at the drive through window seemed amused at my inconvenience and proceeded with sarcasm when she could not help my situation. I will NEVER be returning to this walgreens. I would recommend going to your local CVS pharmacy.
This walgreens use to be such a great store. Last year or two has gone down hill FAST!! All the good people they had they ran off. I never see the same people working there-the ones that are there DONT want to work. (They are always in break room)The pharmaceutical dept now has banking hours and the one person who.is working there is soooo rude! He never smiles and I think he just hates women.in general! I rarely go here anymore.
Worst pharmacy in Melbourne. Never have the right things. Never call to tell me i need the doc. Always texting that they have my scripts ready and then they are never there. No one seems to have a clue what the others do. I have gone in there and been told there was an issue only to come back and have someone else tell me there was never any issue to begin with

Worst pharmacist Ive ever met. The pharmacist didnt consult with me about a medication I was previously on, he assumed I was still taking it, called the hospital and CHANGED MY RX WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Pharmacist wouldnt admit he was wrong and LIED to the doctor. I had a horrible reaction to the new medication and ended up back in the hospital. Dont go to this Walgreens unless you want extra medical and lawyer bills.
Ive been an insulin dependent diabetic for over 15 years and have had lots of experience with various pharmacies, including different locations of Walgreens. This one is BY FAR the worst one Ive ever dealt with. They are rude, they lose your prescriptions and if you need a doctors office to submit a form to Medicare they will just cancel the prescription without a call or a follow up. Today I go to pick up insulin that was confirmed via their automated system to be ready 2 days ago and now they tell me they will need to start over and it will be ready this afternoon. I am now without my insulin because of this place and will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

The tech and the pharmacist Mohamd both made a mistake about our script. They gave us the wrong one did not have ours did not tell us about it and then told us we dont have it and we are stuck..
The pharmacy is ridiculously slow. I ask them what time to come back and pick up scripts and still end up waiting 40+ minutes. Always some kind of an issue at this location. 🤬
