This review is about an online order. I tried to order a pair of shoes from my local shoe carnival but they were out so i was forced to make an online order. Thats the best part of my day so far! Due to technical issues, I had the pleasure of being connected with Barbara from Canada and she was amazing from the start. She helped us find the shoes we needed and input the information we couldnt input online. She was so caring and polite, it was honestly a refreshing pleasure to talk to her. Thank you Barbara! We will order our shoes online because of the outstanding we customer service we received!

I expect a certain amount of disarray in shoe stores since people are there trying on shoes, but the place was well-organized and clean. And it wasnt due to a lack of customers. Good selection of womens shoes. Both employees seemed happy enough to be there, I was greeted, and I was asked later if I needed help. Staff politely overlooked that I was carrying a bright orange pool noodle that I didnt feel like walking back to my car. All around pleasant experience.

Great selection and price. Found sandals for my 2yr old grandson. On sale and fit great.

Grabbed a pair of mens flip flops because I cannot find what I like in womens shoes... anywhere. Service here was great, we were asked by no less than 3 people if we needed help and not in a pushy way... just as we walked around the store. Good overall experience with people on hand and willing to help.

This is a hit or miss type store with inventory changing frequently. Should you find what you are looking for great five star rating. Prices are fare and shoes are good quality. No reason to not include this place if you looking for shoes for practically any occasion. Good luck.

I have a question for any of the employees or managers here. Do you have any narrow sizes in Tennis shoes or sandles? I keep buying shoes but I cant find any narrow sizes for my feet.My feet slide side to side and it hurts. Horrible experience! Yesterday, I came in at around 6:45pm and I wasnt aware that they were closing at 7:00pm. As soon as I entered, I was immediately told you have 10 mins no greeting or anything!! Then she was talking to her coworker saying I have things to do out loud and they thought it was funny. That was very rude and unprofessional! I will never spend my money at a place with horrible customer service like this. This store needs to make some changes if they want to continue business.

LORRIE the manager was extremely kind & so helpful.. my husband & I came in on Jan 3 late in the afternoon & that manager was really RUDE the cashier was great but that manager talked to us like we didnt matter..I got shoes on a 30% off & they didnt fit my husband so we came to exchange them the manager said YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE because we dont have the sale any more ..we explained we never had that happen before but she was adamant she then gave the cashier instructions on how to charge us she said because they didnt pay full price these are.. any who Lory took care off the matter like a true BOSS ..... Thank u so much for being so kind....

The prices are very reasonable and the selection is adequate. The buy one, get one half off deal makes it even better. Paid just over one hundred dollars for 2 nice pairs of shoes. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. They have a wheel you get to spin at certain times for even more deals! Take the family and save some money.

I would not recommend it . I was never asked if I needed help .place was nearly empty . Both employees walked past me didnt even ask if I needed help .both employees had their mask on ther chin not even on . I asked if I could order a pair of shoes she told me she couldnt order it for us in the store, that I would have to order it online . So yes it will be my last visit . Sales not really .

If you want to buy sneakers this is the place to go they have a lot of sketches there I mean loads of it pick any kind of shoe you on out they have it best place to go find sports shoes there is a place

NO customer service what so ever. Its literally a free for all for customers to walk around in circles not knowing what the best fit is. There was a young red haired girl that walked past my son and I and several other customers without so much as a hello or can I help you? Oh but when we go to leave someone FINALLY says Have a nice day. Never again!

Shoe Carnival offers a variety of shoes variety of styles and I like the opportunity to be able to walk around and anyway the only reason that I didnt give it five stars is because I cant believe the price of sneakers today though Im in my 50s but I hate to pay $70 for a pair of sneakers just for a pair of sneakers anyway I recommend Shoe Carnival. Anybody that needs a pair of sneakers
