What a great place. I was looking for a 5 x 7 area rug and found one. In fact its still in my car. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped me today. What a pleasant surprise it was to meet such nice people. Now I hope the colors match. Ive had such a hard time trying to find the right rug. Ill send pictures tomorrow once I bring it in! Do NOT do business here!! We are new in town and went in and chose a large rug. Two hours later we went back to say we knew the color was wrong. We figured we might end up getting something else but definitely did not want that one. Today we went back to ask for our refund and they withheld a Manufacturer Restock Fee Charge of $158.50! There was no mention of this and they had plenty of time to cancel the order on their end before it shipped. A shameful way to pass their negligence on to a consumer. I will be contacting the BBB and small claims.
