I thought I had reviewed this before but its telling me I havent. This is a very enjoyable little shop combined with Get Your Fun On and I frequent it to raid them of their Doctor Who merch even though they dont get restocks that often. Nice people there as well.

I liked the store better when it was a small operation on Aurora run by a group of friends back in the 90s, but it is still good stuff. I think the only person left from that time is the owner himself.

This is the best comic shop ever. I have been shopping here for years and years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is lovely and they have a huge selection of just about anything you could want. They go out of their way to help you get what you are looking for and to make you feel welcome. Rick the owner is one of nicest people you will ever meet. I seriously can’t recommend this store enough.

This store is huge! So much to look at and get lost for hours! Staff was really nice, super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back the next time were in town!

Board game heaven.

This place is huge ! Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Seen people gathering for some type of card game . Looked like a regular event. I only scratched the surface of this place and I was in there for an hour an a half. They also have ties to some artist / writers who will come in and sign books or current issues, this place will then put them back out on the stand for customers to buy at cover price .! Very cool . A free little bounus you may stumble upon.

Great staff. Ive been going to famous faces for my comic needs for years and love that they combined forces with game on so now I can get my ttrpg needs in the same spot. Kid friendly stores. They even cust ordered certain sets we needed. Very good selections with dnd minis too.

I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE ACTUAL STOREIve purchased several items off of their online sales that they host. They are quick with invoicing and quick with shipping once the invoice is paid. The items are packed securely and no visible shipping damage was seen on any of the items Ive ordered. Prices are reasonable for the collectible figures that they are, as is the flat-rate shipping.Would recommend.

Situation arose while shopping for a board game to play. I agree with the owner and the stance they took as to mask policy.However I didnt agree with how the situation was handled.Especially when customers are piling on in the insulting of a patron that was being escorted out due to mask policy.The patron in question was being abrasive and spewing all kinds of nonsense,when it could have been a simple thing of do as asked or leave.I was disturbed mainly over how the conversation kept escalating,rather than allowing that,the conversation should have been one-sided once it was painfully obvious that the patron was being abrasive and uncooperative.Calling people names in that situation was uncalled for on both parties,but the patron was a face in the crowd,your business is KNOWN and established think about that for a minute,and consider that male CUSTOMER that was slinging insults at that woman, REGARDLESS to how SHE was acting,he only made the situation WORSE.He should have been told to leave as well for his bad behavior.Just because you can doesnt mean you should.Me nor my money will be back, theres other gaming stores to shop at.

Famous Faces is one of my absolute favorite stores in the entire world! They have a huge selection of Comics, Toys, and other pop culture merch, plus a fantastic staff and a load of great events throughout the year and online. If youre in the Melbourne, FL area this store should be on your list of places to check out!

Went to the free comic book events and got some drawings. This place was awesome! I absolutely love this place, has a nice atmosphere and great selection of pops and comic books. Got myself an obscure comic that I was surprised I could find. Overall enjoyed and will definitely come back again and again!

Fantastic store! Super friendly staff, incredibly vast selection, fair prices, excellent COVID protocols and an excellent rewards program.Despite never regularly volunteering my name, the staff knows me and refers to be my name whenever I come in. Aside from that, their knowledge of comics and their history is second to none in this area. On several occasions, Ive clumsily explained story beats from old comics I read when I was a kid, and the staff was able to decipher my mumbo jumbo and point me in the direction of the book I was looking for.Ive also purchased a few things through their Facebook auction sales, and that process has been nothing but easy and quick.Cant recommend this store enough, and youre a fool if you go anywhere else.

A huge store with tons of various inventory. Nice staff.

Someone I know went here recently and pulled out a bunch of back issues from long boxes that were priced only to have the employee at the register mark up a priced book 400% because it was what it was on ebay. You should honor your marked prices period! It is your job not the job of your customers to go through your back issues and search for books that have gone up in value & you should never punish a paying customer for finding a good deal. I hope you get what is coming to you.Terrible business practices

Great place for new and used comics. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I dont do the games nor collectibles but they have awesome set ups for both. Good amount of silver age to go through and awesome weekly online events too!!!

Honor your prices or dont price them at all. You cannot make a customer do the leg work of finding hot issues then charge them more than the marked price. I wouldnt and they wont ever get one penny of mine.

I talked with them about buying the SIKTC 8th print. He said hed put me down for a copy if they had enough. Since I was hopefully getting at least one book from him, I bought a book (Vote Loki) from him online as well. Im already going to be paying shipping, might as well make it worth it. Had communications with him the next day to confirm. Asked him to hold for shipping with other books that we previously talked about. On the 21st I messaged again for invoice, and to ask about SIKTC, which was originally shipping on the 14th. He lied about messaging me from another page. (Continued the lie by saying I had to contact them first before they could message me. Messenger doesnt work like that). He claimed he didnt know where it was. After a couple messages he admitted he sold it to someone else, and that he pulled it a few days ago. Since SIKTC was supposed to ship the 14th, this would have only been 3-4 days after. He claims he explicitly asked me for my email several times. This is a lie as well. At no point did he tell me he didnt have it. I have to assume he pulled it to sell to someone else for more. Judging from the other reviews, not honoring prices is a habit of this store

The staff were all courteous and made sure I had a fantastic shopping experience. They have a vast selection of items and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in need culture!

Found some books I wanted after a 2 hour drive with a couple friends, $10 price tag but when I came to the register he searched eBay prices and told me I couldn’t have it at that price and wanted $40 for it instead . In my opinion the price is what was marked and shoold have been honored . This is part of collecting and finding great deals not eBay prices especially when it’s already priced differently

Where do I begin? I live 2.5 hours away but consider Famous Faces and Funnies one of my local comic shops. Why? Because of their online BIN sales. They always seem to have the books I need to finish a run. And they have tons of Merch from t-shirts to funko pops, from Godzilla to dragon ball z. Trust me when I say I did most of my holiday shopping at FFF.Now for the sentimental part. The pandemic hit most of us hard. As an essential employee, I had a lot of stress and anxiety from the added work duties and the overwhelming Stress of not knowing what was waiting around the corner. FFF continued (and increased) their online sales, offering distractions. They also kept a ton of folks working on their store.which showed how a small business could adapt and overcome. Their online love sales gave me a place to go where I didn’t have to think about the pandemic. I didn’t have to think about my crazy job. I could just be a nerd, buying stuff from other nerds.Thank you Rick Shea and team. You are a healthy distraction from the crazy world. Looks up current eBay prices on back issues when they’ve already been priced. State of Florida has consumer protections and I hope this company goes down because of their practices!

I live in Deltona and everytime I take the long drive I am not disappointed.

Learned of this store when they decided to not honor the posted price of a book. Saw the conversation between the potential buyer and a representative of the store. Absolutely pathetic way to handle a business.

Huge! All your geek dreams come true. An entire large room dedicated to comic books, 100s of boxes. An entire large room dedicated to geek socialness. And finally the general geeky store section, games and comics and books, EVERYWHERE!

FF&F is Melbournes one stop comic and game shop. Theyre good people and the place is full if anything you could ever want. I go there to sate my comic needs (Paper Girls and I Hate Fairyland), game needs (Cataan and the like), and others (MTG essentials and d20s). Its really a great place to meet like minded people and they hold weekly events.

No need to take time and look around this store. Just buy it online for the same price.

Theyre currently doing only curbside pickup but they were really helpful over Facebook messenger and extremely friendly for the pickup. 😊

My D&D group came in a few times to play, and I loved the experience. The store is spacious, clean, and has a wide variety of comic/roleplay products compared to our usual place. I just wish the drive wasnt so far for us, otherwise wed come in more often!

We stopped at this store because they were having a sidewalk sale and our curiosity brought us inside the store. We were totally thrilled that we did. The store is huge. There are 3 rooms. One room is mostly comic books, one room is mostly figurines, and the 3rd room was a game room. They have everything that you can imagine you would find in a comic book store and more. The prices are very competitive. The store is very clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store and if you bring your kids, plan on being there foor awhile

If u are a avid board gamer then this store is for u! OMG... they had to have at least 800 different board games....& expansion packs. From adult to kid. It was hard to focus! 😎 As seen in pics provided. Walked in & the games started. The staff was very attentive & pricing was reasonable. Id recommend this to anyone that will be in the Melbourne area.

UPDATE: I stopped back in on May 31st 2019 and spoke to the owner Rick. He was understanding and remorseful that an employee treated me this way, but also explained why in the past this was done. I completely understood. He stated they have since change their policies and this would not happen again. I then was able to go through their massive back stock and picked up many books to include a Swamp Thing #37. Rick also made up for the issue I had. I will now be back. Thank you Rick for the concern and resolution.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am new to the area and I went in looking for a new shop to get my pool of about 30 different titles and decided to rummage around their back boxes and found five or six books that I wanted. They are all priced and I was happy to find those books and I went up to the counter and realized I left my wallet in the car. I went to go get my wallet and came back and the prices of the books have changed drastically as the guy behind the counter started looking them up. He still gave me what he considered a deal on one or two of them and I went ahead and grab them as I had a hard time finding them at other places but I will never be back in this store again. If these books were not priced I can understand but if they are out for the public and they have a sticker on them with a price then thats what it should be regardless if it was your mistake or not.

This store has just gotten bigger and better over the 25 years theyve been in business. Theyre not out to snub anyone or make anyone feel less welcome, but theyve got the geek cred where it counts. Full disclosure: Ive known the owner, Rick, for many years, but I can honestly say he just wants everyone to enjoy all the stuff he does, and his store is packed with tons of stuff to enjoy. Theyre constantly having sales and giving away things at discounts or even free, and theyll stand by all their recommendations, money back guaranteed. This place is just an institution. Head and shoulders above most other shops.

Great selection. One could spend a couple of hours going through all the amazing stuff they have. Games, comics, toys, etc. Couple of times, though, I was treated unexpectedly rude when interacting with the staff but only 2 isolated incidents.

I always get great stuff. The staff is super helpful and always gives great recommendations.Also: As a women, I have learned comic book stores can be really hit or miss for women when it comes to employees and other patrons not being weird. I have been going to famous faces and funnies (and get your fun on) regularly for about 4 years now and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend this comic book store.

Hands down the best comic store! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The owner has been involved in the comic book business since he was a kid and didnt just pop up out of nowhere, which is a huge plus! Even if youre not into comics, I would recommend stopping by! The best and probably the biggest comic store in the Melbourne-palm bay area. Staff are wonderful and always strike up a conversation. This place also sells collectibles, and even stocks a fair selection of Gundam plastic kits. Fabulous!

The sign says open at 3p.m. this is the third time we tried to come to this shop. After waiting until 10 mins after, the door was not unlocked. 3 of the 4 people waiting left. Personally I feel this is not a good way to run a business!!!!

Amazing comic and gaming shop. I never leave this store without spending more than I intend to. There are just too many cool toys and issues I have to have! The staff is very Friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked for an insanely specific sub genre and imediately they handed need three different books with a couple of extras that might do in a pinch. They know their stuff!

My niece collects Funko Pops. They have SO many to choose from. I also bought a couple of comic books something I havent done for 40 years. Very big choice.

A cozy shop for board games and comic fans. In the back you can sit and play some of the games they sell in stores. Its a regular date spot for us as well as a fun way to test out which kid games our 5 year old can play.

Huge place to get comics and games! I love going to pick up my comics each week at FFF. Staff are great as they are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Go to this store. My three star review does not properly show my respect for the store.its the best comic book store around, always has what I want. My biggest problem is one or two members of the staff can be a bit rude. As long as you havent interacted with them the experience is lovely.

If you have not been here and your nerdie you are missing out. They have about as much stuff as you can think of including room to have tabletop game sessions. The people that work there are cool and know about what they are selling. And they have a whole section for and and the likes.

We love coming here. Always friendly employees and helpful. Best place to get all your comic book and figure needs.
