Ive done business with Brad and Jan at Diamond Brokers two times now- once for a custom engagement ring, and again for the wedding rings. I shopped around before visiting them, and once I met them there was no way I was returning to the ugly I-grade diamonds most shops peddle- its really a shame how so many others will sell stones which look like they have sand or coal in them.Both are wonderful people, and they are honest dealers. Prices are very, very fair and the craftsmanship is excellent. Both of them really care about their customers and are pleasure to talk to. Really nice folks for sure.If you want quality jewelry and top-notch service, I dont see how you can do better than Diamond Brokers. Definitely stay away from the mall stores.

I had an excellent experience working with Brad and Jan getting a custom engagement ring made. I knew my fiancé wanted an oval diamond mounted east-west on a 6 prong ring, which is not something jewelers normally carry in stock. I got bounced around trying to deal with the online and chain stores and ended up in their hands. Brad and Jan listened to me, were very clear about the process, and made exactly what I wanted. I had very specific requirements for the diamond and Brad worked with me for weeks (almost 2 months) finding the stone I wanted and at a great price too. I cant recommend them and their store enough.

What a delightful experience shopping at Diamond Brokers was for us. We originally went in to have watch batteries replaced and were promptly greeted by Jan each time we visited. The master jeweler Brad was also able to repair an older ring of mine that I basically destroyed when I stepped on same.We also used diamond brokers to buy a very reasonably priced yet exquisite ring as a Christmas gift for our daughter. We would definitely recommend that you check out Diamond Brokers in the bed bath and beyond shopping center On Highway 192 in west Melbourne - well worth your time!

Went to all of the mall jewelers. The Diamond brokers are friendly and professional. I ended up getting my soon to be wife a much better quality diamond. Dont be fooled by the big box mall jewelers. They offer you a lower quality diamond at a supposedly cheaper discount price. Not a great deal when you compare them apples to oranges. If you want to pay a high price for a much lower quality diamond then the big box stores is your gig. If you want to purchase a higher quality diamond for close to the what the mall jewelers are hawking then go see the diamond brokers. Great selection of unique jewelry that nobody else will be wearing. Isnt your wife worth it! And you will be glad you did as well! Here is a little nugget of advise. Save yourself thousands always try to buy just below a full carat of whatever size carat you want. You cannot tell the difference in size and you will save $$$

Dont judge this place by the building! I was a little hesitant about this place due to the outside, but the staff is super friendly and willing to help. Ive been struggling to find something to match my Parade engagement ring that suites my taste. The lady here didnt mind that I was a bit of a challenge and I walked away with some pretty good candidates for wedding bands. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They have a pretty good selection of womens wedding bands and Ill probably end up buying mine here after being just about everywhere else in Melbourne.

If you are looking for something different for a GREAT price, this is the place to go. Over the past 7 years I have purchased my wife several VERY pieces of jewelry here and she has not been disappointed nor do we found that everyone has one just like it. Quality stuff at a fair price. I like the owners and find them very easy to do busy with. I wouldnt think of buying jewelry any place else.

Love my ring! I got a limited edition Artcarved ring with rose gold and platinum and an ideal cut round diamond. Even though I work at Diamond Brokers of Florida I have to say the quality is excellent and the prices are super competitive. They have the largest selection of engagement rings and bands as well. Jan always is warm and friendly and Brad does pristine work on setting the diamonds. :)
