Small store, 3 employees up front by computers. If They have it, get it, if not can order it for You. Very courteous.

Item, a tire rim gauge, was not as represented IE: out of cardboard rather than plastic.

Had to go back a second time because it was no record of my order, got better help the second time, not happy.

I needed hard to find V belts, called and they had the exact # I needed in stock. Said it would take about 30 minutes to pull the order, I showed up in 10 minutes and they were ready to go. I was very happy!
