This place is amazing. They picked up my cart on Sat afternoon. They replaced all six batteries and the battery cables, lubed the cart, and put air in the tires. They returned the cart to me 2 days later on Monday afternoon. They charged me for the batteries and the cables, sales tax, $30 for shop supplies, and $66 for the round trip pick up and delivery, but nothing for labor. I was blown away by the three day turn around on a holiday weekend, the excellent job they did, the low cost to me for the work they did, and no labor charge! The young lady who answers the phone is pleasant and beyond efficient. The owner, who delivered my cart to me on Memorial Day, was pleasant and friendly. I will surely call them again if I have problems in the future with my golf cart. Happy and satisfied customer here. 5 stars!

This place is amazing. They picked my cart up on Thursday replaced the batteries, battery cables, ran new wiring, greased and lubed entire cart and it back to me less than 24 hours later. Highly recommended and will use tgem from now on for all our cart needs.

Golf Car ER is Awesome! Service is thorough, quick, and solid and pricing was fair and reasonable! The owners Steve and Tony are wonderful people and great communicators and Tony has a ton of knowledge about the golf carts! Our golf cart needed new batteries and some other minor things looked at. Tony came and picked our cart up the same day we called and that afternoon he called us and told us what was needed, how much it would be, and when the cart would be ready. A friend of mine texted me their card because I have a golf cart that became disabled and to get parts for this model is impossible. I tried every golf cart parts place from here to Arizona for just one part. No luck whatsoever. So I called and spoke with Toni and Steve Thomas, explained our issue and he said he could probably fix it. Not only did Steve fix it but it runs better than when we got it originally!!! I have personally been skeptical of mechanics from really poor experiences in the past and I typically do everything myself. Steve, his wife Tori and Chris the mechanic are some of the best people I have ever met. I have known them for a week and they almost feel like family. The dynamic and honesty I experienced was astronomical. It’s a shame I only have one golf cart for them to service. Steve picks up your cart for very reasonable rate and fixes it in a very timely manner. His labor rate is very affordable compared to other shops. It ended up being cheaper for him to do all the work with his parts discount and low rate then it was for me to buy everything myself and do it myself. The work was clean and there was so much attention to detail in what they did. You can tell him and his mechanic put pride into all their work. Chris even detailed my cart for me because it was dirty from me neglecting it. Now I am having them do some custom work which I’m sure will turn out amazing. Steve even came to my house on his own dime. He measured my garage door clearance so he can modify my Cart to fit perfectly without rubbing the door. This was before I even hired him to do the work! If you need your cart repaired or serviced this is the place to go. Locally owned, very friendly, reliable, no surprises, no silly charges, no hidden fees, honest, caring and overall amazing people. I rate them 6 out of 5 stars!

Great service. The owner makes it feel like talking to an old friend rather than just another business transaction. Had new batteries and an anual service done on an older cart. They did not try to up sell anything, let me know what was good, what was bad and both the owner and the other mechanic gave me useful info to help make my cart and parts last longer. I will be back to see them again if I need work done and to get my anual service.

We bought a new club car golf cart, after a week the battery wont charge. we looked in the internet and we found golf car er. I spoke to Steve and he said that he will pick up the golf cart and assess the problem. The next day he called and told us that the batteries were good but the charger were bad as it would not turn off. He told us that we need a new one, but show me how to use the old charger while I get a new battery charger. He return my golf cart in good running condition and charge me a very reasonable fees. Called the ER and an actual human answered immediately this is after calling others that still havent returned calls. Quickly came to the rescue, picked up the golf cart at my house, serviced it right away and brought it back in the best shape! Steve was prompt on picking up my car. Next day had a quote . They did perfect electrical work, front end, etc. Steve even found a few other loose bolts.... and fixed them too. Honesty and good service are rare these days. Highly recommend.

I called Steve regarding my golf cart low acceleration. He responded and picked up the golf cart within an hour and he had the needed part in stock, and I got the cart back and fixed at a reasonable price in under 24 hours. Bought a used Club Car 2007 about a year ago. Thinks just did not seem to run correct. Called Steve and he came the same day to get it and had it back in less than 24 hours with extra fixed than he charged me for. I was really frustrated on Saturday as we were installing a light kit on our golf cart. I was calling numerous phone numbers and no one was open. After reading a neighbors comment about Golf Car ER, I gave them a call. The cart had only been serviced once elsewhere and it was returned damaged. I hadnt been happy with the bumpy ride since I bought my EZGO a year ago. Steve was there within hours to pick it up. Called me right back with an estimate. Did the annual maintenance, fixed all the issues, some new tires and repaired the damage from the previous cart service. Returned it next day clean as a whistle and it rides nice and smooth now. Have a used electric golf cart that was acting up...hard to get in reverse...corrosion build up underneath...backup warning not working..n some other minor issues. Saw the ad for Golf Cart ER in the HomeTown News and that they were local. Called them, explained the problems, Steve said he could pick it up Tuesday morning, which he did, and was able to get it back to me same day! He fixed the issues, and then some, and now I feel my cart is working much better!! Thanks Steve!!

Cant say enough good things about Steve and Chris. Brought in my 2015 EZGO and they fixed it in 2 days. Called with an estimate and advised there were a few other things that needed attention. No pressure sales tactics, just honest info and left it to me to decide if they should fix them or not. Got the cart home and its ran like a champ. Hopefully, I dont have any issues in the future but if I do, there is only one place ill consider calling.
