I came in today to drop off my Amazon return and an employee named Dominic was very helpful. I come to this store often to bring in returns and his customer service is always great and he has a positive attitude even when he’s the only one it seems like who is helping customers and working upfront most of the time. If there are other employees in that store I hope they start being up front and help other customers as they come in. Although I do understand that places are extremely understaffed and I do take that into consideration very much. He even stopped eating his lunch on his break and helped me when I came in to return at package last week!

Contacted this store on 8/15 at 5 PM about 2 Amazon packages that I had dropped off on 8/14 at 6 PM. The packages were not showing as received but I had a receipt. The person answering the phone did not check the tracking numbers or offer any assistance. I was told that there was nothing that they could do because the packages would have already left and it was Amazons issue. WRONG!!! The packages were finally scanned into UPS on 8/15 at 7:01 PM. Prior to that they were showing as label created. I can understand errors and mistakes but the unwillingness to provide assistance or accurate information is not acceptable. It is no wonder there werent other customers when I was there.I recommend driving further and avoiding this store. Management needs to hire better, train and monitor their employees.

I came in with a package to return with the prepaid digital return label on my phone. The UPS Store employee said it would be $3.16 to reprint the label. I expressed that seemed extremely high and they replied it was nothing they could do, as it was store policy. I confirmed later one B&W copy is only about $0.19...So I had to go all the way home, print a single black and white return label sheet from my printer, drive all the way back, and hand it to them at the store. PLEASE change whatever policy this is to allow for shipping labels to be printed at the store without charging ludacris fees.

Always understaffed, but what staff is there has always been really knowledgeable and good to me and nothing has ever been messed up for the multiple years Ive shopped here. Great stuff

This place is a joke. They wanted to charge 18 for a small box and 54 for the shipping. The post office was 1/4 the price to insure and send my package. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and save yourself $$$

Wow I read so of the owners reply’s and I’m horrified. “Someone needs a nap”! How about instead of Judging your customers (you know the ones that PAY you) you listen. I wasn’t going to say anything but I have been to your store many times and after reading some of your reply’s.. Not anymore.. I have too been to your store where a couple of your employees are angry or mad. So instead of making excuses for them. You Actually fix the problems. Why would you let your employees come to or be at work with an attitude? Horrible ownership. WOW.

*this is not about this store specifically, I just feel the need to warn people about shipping with UPS*Do NOT ship with UPS. They will handle your packages poorly, resulting in damaged or broken items and then make it impossible for you to receive any refund due to their requirements! We shipped 7 boxes and two came with broken or damaged dishes despite have 72 ft of bubble wrap between both boxes. We couldnt submit our claim because we couldnt take the pictures UPS wanted us to take as we had already assessed the damage within the boxes and couldnt put it back to show the original packing method. Also random upcharges for no reason. Now Im out over $500 AND have to buy new dishes. Shaking my damn head!

This place is horrendous. Customer service is nonexistent. Tried to walk in the door and was met by Anjali saying they were closed as she was locking the door right at 3pm. When asked if she could take one more customer she stated they were closed. All I had to do was drop off a package. It would have taken one extra minute.

Dont ever use this store for delivery. We were knowingly overcharged for a package delivery. We were charged the 2 day rate but the package was sent through USPS Ground delivery. An $80.00 overcharge that the owner refused to credit! It has been 7 days now, a day late already, and no package yet. Now, tell me this, who goes to UPS for delivery expecting the US Post office to deliver the package??! The worst part, the owner acknowledging the mistake and not making it right. Dont ever use this store!!10-26-20What? No response ?!?!

Measure your package and use UPS online calculator before taking it to this store. I had to argue that if it measures under 6, you cant charge me for 7. Basically, she was upselling an additional $32 by entering higher dimensions. Facts Note: Pricing based on 39x6x26 package. Dimensions were physically less than that by about an eighth inch, but was entered into the system as 40x7x27 (not sure about the 27). Final price was $67 instead of the $99 initial ring up after getting correct dimensions entered. While this may be standard practice, I find it unacceptable to enter 5 7/8ths as 7 when Im paying for the difference.

Havent really had a problem minus customer service being a little slow until today. Curious why I am turned away to pick up a package at 6 PM when your store hours in the window say youre open until 6:30 PM? I walked to the door at 6 but someone else was turned away before I got up there (she screamed through the glass, made a good scene). What gives? Oh wait, here comes the employee locking the door and leaving the store at 6:07.....Awesome. I like the sign in the window that says Open for you though.

Excellent services and courteous employees. I dont like UPS delivery because I have bad experiences of getting delivery stickers on door when someone is at home wait for packages, and then had to drive to South East Palm Bay to pick up the package, in the warehouse with hostile, entitled employees whose think they are doing you favors. But this store provides good services, courteous and straight forward.Of course employees will not bow to greet you or bend backward on your demand. Service is provided timely and orderly so all is good. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had to get something notarized and mailed off to NYC on a Saturday. I called ahead to ensure the package would go out that day. When I got there around 2:30 PM, I was told I just missed the pickup but they never told me this when I talked to them an hour earlier. On Monday, I checked status all day and kept getting error that the Tracking number wasnt valid. I called them up Monday night and they said if the envelope was scheduled to be shipped on Saturday it would have definitely gone out Monday morning first thing. This was not the case, the Tracking information didnt show up until Tuesday and said the package was picked up around 7;30 PM Monday night and, therefore, wouldnt get there until Thursday end of day. What a total waste of time and money (cost me over $23). I could have gotten Notarized for free on Monday and mailed 1st class for $0.50. This place should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I ordered a car part from Arizona and my apartment number was left off of the package. Instead of trying to contact the sender or myself these guys just shipped it back no questions and now I have to repay to have them ship it back to the same place. This is a very troubling time and no one should do business with lazy people who bleed their customers.

My experience was great . The gentleman helping me modified my box to make sure my purchase was exactly what I needed. The female manager on staff, however, was rude to her employees and it was distracting while conducting business. I felt bad for her employees who were working very hard.

Terrible experience. Went to get a paper notarized but the guy (Alex) would just not come out to take care of it even after getting called by every single person working in the store. Waited for several minutes in the middle of the work day and left the store without getting it done. Hopefully their work attitude changes seeing such reviews.

Had a package shipped here via UPSs access point service due to the value of the item and not wanting to have it sitting outside my home or having to take a day off of work to sign for the package. This service is advertised as having no additional cost to the recipient. They attempted to charge me $10 to pick up my package and appear to have been in the process of returning it to the shipper less than one day after it arrived.When I complained about this the person whom I was talking to noticed something on the package and said it was a mistake and released the package to me appearing to only check ID after I asked if he needed to.In summary- the store doesnt appear to know the services their franchiser offers- doesnt check to see if their fee is prepaid before demanding money (meaning they probably get paid twice on a regular basis)- Returns packages to the sender without waiting any time at all- doesnt appear to check id when requiredThey clearly dont read the shipping label so why would you trust them with your shipping.

Great customer service from David. I had many items to ship and he was helpful, patient and efficient even with a line of people behind me on this busy Monday evening. He was polite and pleasant to everyone. Two days later he called about a photo I had dropped in the store and said he would mail it back to me at no charge. A minor thing maybe, but to me above and beyond. I would recommend this store for your shipping needs even though it is more expensive than USPS.

I use to advocate for this UPS. NO MORE! In August I overnighted a package with a guarantee of delivery the next day. Didn’t happen. So I called to follow up why. ORIGINALLY, manager couldn’t understand why. Therefore, they compensated me by stating they’d REFUND me the entire payment for their mistake. Well I NEVER got a check! I called, I left messages. No one contacted me back regarding my check. So today I went in to send some stuff, I don’t live in the area and just happened to be in town and needed to ship things. I asked for a manager and the “acting” manager looked into the situation. He stated he saw what I was speaking about but then gives a reason why it wasn’t delivered and that’s why no check. I told him okay I want to file a complaint on the woman manager there because she clearly stated I should be getting a check. I restated I had called, left messages. But NO ONE called back. The “acting” manager continued to state why it was delivered and blah blah blah. Point was no one here communicated that to me, nor when I called and left messages did anyone get back with me. So this “acting” manager says the manager will be in tomorrow if you want to talk with him. NO! I want to file a complaint and how am I going to talk with him, he obviously hasn’t called me back in the past why would it be different now? “Acting” manager walks away and the lovely woman assisting me with my packages checks me out and I didn’t file the compliant. DON’T GO HERE!

A few days ago my husband needed something notarized. After driving around Melbourne and having several banks refuse because we didnt have an account with them, we went to the UPS store on New Haven. My husband is a disabled veteran and has to use a power chair, so I went in first to see if they could do it. The manager, Stuart, was so nice and said it would be no problem to notarize our document. When I mentioned that I would have to go unload my husbands wheelchair, he even came outside to our truck so my husband and I wouldnt have to unload the wheelchair and come inside! Stuart is a friendly and considerate young man and deserves many kudos for excellent customer service.

Andrew has terrible terrible customer service and talks and bad mouths customers right in front of their face to show authority! I dont need to email you I already called the customer service department. He refused to take an item because he said it was too big for him to ship it back to Amazon. It was a net that can easily be folded. I never heard of a company that turned down a customer or turned down money. He then called his boss which I assume could be the same person responding to me on here and the boss told him that he was right. Then he bragged about how his boss said he was right and snickered with his co worker about how right he was just to show some kind of authority! Last time I checked the customer is always right, Ill take my business else where! Refusing to ship a net? That could be folded? Trying to make a customers life harder than it needed to be? On top of that he saw I was disabled too! How dare he! I think its unfair to ask me to write an email. These are the details everyone should know! Im not hiding anything back! Then he has the nerve to ask me how do you expect me to ship that with a bunch of other items that go.to amazon? Um I wouldnt know because last time I checked I dont work for UPS I dont know your procedures, why is he asking me???

What a great experience today at my local UPS Store. I have a bicycle that is in a large hard sides case that when most people see coming they cringe knowing that are going to have to handle it. The young man that helped could not have been nicer in assisting me with my transaction. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing UPS services.

NOT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION*****I had several Packages delivered from USPS with ZERO problems on Sat early, afterwards I waited by my door all day FOR UPS, to get an email at 2:32pm stating they attempted to deliver my Packages and rescheduled my 2nd delivery date to Monday??!!!??? After I been sitting by my door checking my delivery status all damn day on my phone on a freaking Saturday!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I WAS ABSOLUTELY INFURIATED BECAUSE UPS DID NOT COME TO MY HOME, RING MY BELL, KNOCK ON MY DOOR, OR LEAVE A NOTICE AT ALL!! Im literally sitting by my front door when I got this email! I ran outside looked around the block, and there was No UPS Truck!! Earlier that Morning I got several updates about my Packages being delayed, back to being out for delivery and I dont think this was a coincidence pertaining to the BS about Attempting to deliver my Packages. The Driver did not Attempt to deliver my Packages and I wouldnt be surprised if he even drove passed my home! Nice attendant but they charge $1 to tape a box closed. WTH??!! Every other UPS location ive used prefers to close package on their own so they can place labels and package properly. What a stupid idea to charge for this. Wont be doing any future business here.

I was totally gouged today on shipping costs. They charged me $61 to ship a package. After returning home, I compared prices online. The same shipping via FedEx ground was only $38 & via USPS $40. I wish I had researched ahead of time before going in the store. Buyer beware.

Giving this place 1 star is far more than they deserve. 1 of the employees, who begrudgingly gave the name Alex was hands down the most terrible customer service I have ever had thus far in my life. As I was standing by the counter he grabbed my package out of my hands. Then whilst I was asking a question about my package he cut me off and put his hand up and said ok ok ok I dont have time Im in a rush so I can leave in time I was in shock and was silent for a moment and he responded ok bye have a good day Im backed up and I need to leave in time I was in the store a total of 2 minutes, I asked 2 questions, one of which was what is your name. As I walked out the door I saw and heard him yell out ahhh and he was banging things around.
